Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari fenomena yang muncul di SMP N 1 Cileunyi Kab. Bandung khususnya kelas VII, yakni timbulnya kesenjangan, yaitu di satu pihak guru sudah menggunakan metode praktek dalam penyampaian materi PAI pada BAB wudlu, sedangkan di pihak lain dilihat dari motivasi belajar siswa dalam belajar masih rendah dan salah satunya siswa sering bolos sekolah, jarang memperhatikan, dan sering ribut di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa realitas variabel X menunjukan kualifikasi tinggi, dengan nilai 3,78. Nilai tersebut berada diantara interval 3,5 – 4,5. Begitupun realitas variabel Y menunjukan kualifikasi tinggi, dengan nilai 3,5. Nilai tersebut berada di antara interval 3,5 – 4,5. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,30 berkategori rendah karena berada pada interval 0,21-0,40. Dengan demikian hubungan antara respon siswa terhadap penerapan metode praktek pada bab wudlu dengan motivasi belajar mereka pada mata pelajaran PAI adalah posistif. Artinya makin tingi respon siswa terhadap penerapan metode praktek pada bab wudlu, maka makin tinggi pula motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI, sebaliknya makin rendah respon siswa terhadapa penerapan metode praktek pada bab wudlu, maka makin rendah pula motivasi belajar siswa pada mate pelajaran PAI. Adapun pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 5%, artinya bahwa 95% lagi dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Group Investigation Type cooperative learning model to the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education through online learning. This study used a quasi-experimental method. The data collection tools used were observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and literature studies—quantitative data analysis with a statistical approach. The results of this study are: first, the application of the group investigation type cooperative learning model with online learning is included in the particular category as indicated by the acquisition of variable X of 4.20 which is included in the interval 4.20 to 5.00. Second, the learning motivation is high if online learning using the group investigation type cooperative learning model is included in the high category as indicated by the acquisition of the Y variable of 3.92, namely at intervals. From 3.40 to 4.19. Third, the application of the Group Investigation type of cooperative learning model in online learning has a relationship with an increase in student motivation of 0.83 with a strong category including the interval 0.80-1.00. The significant influence of variable X on variable Y can influence or contribute 68.9%, while other factors influence the remaining 31.11%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Pendidikan Karakter pada siswa melalui pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, angket, dan studi pustaka—analisis data kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: pertama, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation dengan pembelajaran online termasuk dalam kategori khusus yang ditunjukkan dengan perolehan variabel X sebesar 4,20. yang termasuk dalam interval 4.20 sampai 5.00. Kedua, motivasi belajar siswa terkategori tinggi jika pembelajaran daring dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang ditunjukkan dengan perolehan variabel Y sebesar 3,92 yaitu pada interval. Dari 3,40 hingga 4,19. Ketiga, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation dalam pembelajaran online memiliki hubungan dengan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 0,83 dengan kategori kuat termasuk interval 0,80-1,00. Pengaruh signifikan variabel X terhadap variabel Y dapat mempengaruhi atau memberikan kontribusi sebesar 68,9%, sedangkan faktor lain mempengaruhi sisanya sebesar 31,11%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student responses to professional teacher competence in relation to their cognitive achievement in PAI subjects at SMPN 1 Cianjur. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and ex-postfacto research model, the data collection is literature study, questionnaires, tests, documentation studies. And data analysis using a statistical approach, namely: partial analysis, data normality test and correlation test, the research sample was 80 students of class VIII SMPN 1 Cianjur. So the results of the study can be seen (1) student responses to teacher professional competence (variable X) in the high category with a number of 4.01 which is in the range (3.15 -4.50); (2) their cognitive achievement in PAI subjects (Variable Y) is in the good category with a score of 75.3 which is in the range (70-79); (3) the relationship between the two variables is 0.19, while the effect of the variable (X) on the variable (Y) is 3%. Thus there are still 97% of other factors that affect their learning cognitive achievement. Therefore, it can be said that students' responses to the competence of PAI teachers are quite good, this can be seen from the competence of qualified PAI teachers to become professional teachers, and is evidenced by the motivation of students to follow their learning. However, most of the students' cognitive achievement is still low, this can be seen from most of the students' cognitive achievements that have not reached the KKM score.

Abstract

The aims of the study were: 1) To find out the students' attitudes towards the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers in class VI SDN Simpangan 01 Bekasi. 2) Knowing the discipline of class VI SDN Simpangan 01 Bekasi students. 3) Knowing the relationship between students' attitudes towards the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers and their discipline in class VI SDN Simpangan 01 Bekasi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used a statistical approach, namely: partial analysis, data normality test, and correlation test, the research sample was 68 students of class VI SDN Simpangan 01 Cikarang Utara Bekasi Regency. The results of the study can be concluded: a. Students' attitudes towards the creativity of PAI teachers are included in the high category, this is based on the average score of all indicators of the X variable, which is 4.00 which is in the interval (3.40 – 4.19), b. The reality of their discipline at school is included in the high category, this is based on the average score of all Y indicator variables, which is 4.14 which is in the interval (3.40 – 4.19), c. The relationship between students' attitudes towards the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers with their discipline in high school categories. This can be seen from the calculation of the correlation coefficient analysis between variables X and Y is 0.88. The number 0.88 is in the range of 0.81-0.99 and it means that the correlation is in the high correlation category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of individual characteristics—including capabilities, needs, expectations, and beliefs—to organizational behavior in the public sector, using a case study of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Bandung City, West Java. The urgency of this research rests on the premise that the effectiveness of public organizations is strongly influenced by individual behavior, making the management of employees’ personal characteristics a key factor in improving performance and the quality of public services. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with leaders and employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Bandung City, observations of institutional work dynamics, and a review of official documents. The findings reveal that individual capabilities and experiences strengthen communication, collaboration, and organizational productivity. The fulfillment of physical and spiritual needs enhances employees’ motivation and loyalty, while individual expectations foster achievement orientation and long-term vision. Beliefs serve as the foundation that reinforces communication, collaboration, and a harmonious organizational climate. Overall, individual characteristics directly contribute to shaping organizational behavior that is more adaptive, responsive, and service-oriented. The implications of this study underscore the importance of managerial strategies that strengthen individual characteristics—through continuous capacity building, incentive provision, and the internalization of organizational values—in order to further optimize the quality of public services. The originality of this research lies in its focus on highlighting the micro-level dimension of individual characteristics in shaping organizational behavior in Indonesia’s public sector—a perspective that has been relatively underexplored in prior academic studies.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of a partnership between PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.'s Bogasari Flour Mills Division in DKI Jakarta and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector. This mutualistic symbiotic relationship is being pursued optimally through a well-planned communication strategy, incorporating appropriate communication planning and management. A qualitative case study approach is employed in this research. The results reveal that Bogasari is strategically planning its partnership with culinary MSMEs based on principles of mutually beneficial interdependence, flexibility, relationship quality, and information sharing. The partnership is implemented through the Core-Plasma partnership model, involving training, socialization, guidance, bazaars, and recognition awarded to MSMEs. The benefits derived from this collaboration include enhanced value, quality, innovation, improved access to capital, and increased trustworthiness. Challenges faced encompass a lack of innovation, motivation, and educational resources among MSME partners. Culinary MSMEs engage in a partnership with Bogasari to access guidance, development, creativity, competitiveness, productivity, and income growth. This research provides valuable insights into the significance of such mutually advantageous partnerships between large corporations and culinary MSMEs, contributing to sustainable economic growth.
