Abstract

This study explains the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Quantitative research methods with cross-sectional techniques were used to reach 140 employees of PT Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan. The data analysis method uses the SEM method with the AMOS 21 program. This study provides findings indicating that Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment has an influence on Employee Performance. However, there is no effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. In addition, this research shows the importance of Organizational Culture in an organization to encourage employees to improve performance and achieve the targets desired by the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik cross sectional digunakan terhadap 140 karyawan PT Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode SEM dengan program AMOS 21. Penelitian ini memberikan temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Namun tidak terdapat pengaruh Organizational Commitment terhadap Employee Performance. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya Budaya Organisasi dalam suatu organisasi untuk mendorong karyawan meningkatkan kinerja dan mencapai target yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan.
