Abstract

The photovoltaic process inside a solar cell can be described using the distribution of electrostatic potential in the material. In this paper, the magnitude of the electrostatic potential of the solar cell for the p-i-n junction type is analyzed as the built in potential due to the diffusion activity of electrons and holes. The magnitude of the electrostatic potential is obtained by solving the Poisson and Continuity equations, which are applied to a-Si: H based materials. The difference in built in potential at the p-i and i-n junctions is obtained as a function of the energy gap of the intrinsic layer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan penggunaan e-commerce terhadap minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Nurul Huda. Pada tahun 2025-2030 Indonesia akan memasuki periode bonus demografi, yaitu situasi di mana jumlah penduduk usia produktif akan melebihi jumlah penduduk usia mudadan lanjut usia (lansia). Penting untuk memastikan bahwa angkatan kerja memiliki keterampilan yang relevan untuk bersaing di pasar kerja. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah meningkatkan Literasi digital dan penggunaan e-commerce, yang berpotensi mendorong minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa, serta menekankan pentingnya pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang kreatif dan dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Universitas Nurul Huda dengan jumlah sample 32 responden, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan penggunaan e-commerce memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Peningkatan literasi digital memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk lebih memahami dan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam mengembangkan usaha. Sementara itu, penggunaan e-commerce memberikan akses pasar yang lebih luas dan efisien. Kesimpulannya, kedua variabel tersebut secara signifikan meningkatkan minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa. Disarankan agar perguruan tinggi meningkatkan program pelatihan literasi digital dan e-commerce untuk mahasiswa guna mempersiapkan mereka menjadi wirausahawan yang adaptif dan kompeten di era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the utilization of a Decision Support System (DSS) in the loan application approval process using the SMART method. DSS helps identify, assess, and mitigate various types of risks associated with loans, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of loan processing operations. By automating repetitive tasks, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual intervention, it improves customer satisfaction by providing faster response times. DSS also helps lenders comply with applicable laws and regulations by incorporating compliance checks, regulatory guidelines, and audit trails into the loan processing workflow, thereby reducing the costs and risks associated with manual processes, errors, and inefficiencies in loan processing. Traditional loan assessment methods often require manual processes, leading to delays and inaccuracies. The SMART method (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) offers a structured approach to implementing DSS with clear and measurable outcomes. By leveraging DSS, lenders can streamline the loan application process, enhance decision-making accuracy, and improve customer satisfaction. This study will investigate the use of a SMART-based DSS in the loan application workflow and provide insights into best practices for implementing a SMART-based DSS solution in lending institutions. The findings of this research will contribute to the optimization of loan application processes and the improvement of decision-making capabilities in the financial industry, consistently, objectively, and more quickly. The system has the capability to collect, store, and manage data related to loan applications.
