Abstract

Masa kehamilan dimulai dari konsepsi sampai lahirnya janin. Lamanya hamil normal adalah 280 hari (40 minggu atau 9 bulan 7 hari) dihitung dari haid pertama haid terakhir. Kehamilan dibagi dalam 3 triwulan pertama dimulai dari hasil konsepsi sampai 3 bulan, triwulan kedua dimulai dari bulan keempat sampai 6 bulan, triwulan ketiga dari bulan ketujuh sampai 9 bulan. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pre-Experimental dengan desain atau rancangan penelitiannya adalah pre-test-post-test group. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kompres air hangat terhadap intensitas nyeri punggung ibu hamil TM III. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Setelah diberikan kompres air hangat pada punggung yang nyeri, didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar berada pada rentang kategori nyeri ringan yaitu 54,5 % dan sebagian kecil lainnya berada pada rentang kategori tidak nyeri yaitu 45,5 %. Menurut penulis sebagaimana yang telah di kemukakan oleh para ahli, bahwa pemberian penanganan nonfarmakologis ini dapat menurunkan atau menghilangkan nyeri setelah pemberian kompres.

Abstract

Obat adalah zat yang digunakan untuk diagnosis, mengurangi rasa sakit, serta mengobati atau mencegah penyakit pada manusia atau hewan. Masyarakat saat mengonsumsi obat, harus memperhatikan beberapa hal yang tertera pada kemasan. produk, bahan yang terkandung di dalamnya, kategori obat, petunjuk penggunaan, dosis, efek samping dan tanggal kadaluarsa. Tapi orang sering menemukan penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional. Pendidikan kesehatan tentang meminimalkan penggunaan obat kepada anak sekolah memiliki peran penting sebagai upaya peningkatan pemahaman konsumsi obat yang benar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2021 di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulun At Thahirin Desa Gondang Legi Kulon Kec. Gondang Legi Kab. Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan ceramah pendidikan kesehatan dengan media pembagian leaflet. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan observasi langsung saat konsultasi, melihat interaksi peserta dengan penyuluh, dan kegiatan peserta pada acara edukasi. Peserta dalam kegiatan penyuluhan sejumlah 32 santriwati yang berusia 10 tahun - 19 tahun. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh peserta mampu memahami cara penggunaan konsumsi obat secara benar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat “Pendidikan Kesehatan Tentang Pengetahuan Meminimalkan Penggunaan Obat-Obatan Dalam Kehidupan Sehari-Hari Di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum At Thohirin Kelurahan Gondang Legi Kabupaten Malang” pada santriwati mampu meningkatkan pengetahun tentang penggunaan konsumsi obat-obatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan benar.

Abstract

Based on Permenkes No. 55 of 2013 concerning the Implementation of Medical Recorder Work states that coding patient diagnoses must be carried out by medical record officers who have competence related to disease classification and codification. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The research variables are medical terminology accuracy and diagnosis coding accuracy. The sample for this study consists of outpatient medical records for respiratory diseases in December 2022 at Muslimat Singosari Hospital in Malang. The results of this research showed that the accuracy of medical terminology based on the use of terms is 81%, the accuracy of medical terminology based on the use of abbreviations is 83%, and the accuracy of respiratory disease diagnosis code is 80.3%. Based on the Chi-Squared test results, the p-value is 0.042. Therefore, with a p-value of 0.042 < alpha value of 0.05, it is interpreted that H0 (null hypothesis) is rejected and H1 (alternative hypothesis) is accepted, indicating a relationship between the accuracy of medical terminology and the accuracy of respiratory disease diagnosis codes at Muslimat Singosari Hospital in Malang. The suggestions to consider include standardizing or establishing medical terminology in accordance with ICD-10 and the Dorland's dictionary, implementing clearer regulations regarding reference guidelines for diagnosis coding to minimize inaccuracies in diagnosis codes, and appointing employees with relevant medical record qualifications to their respective roles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh studi pendahuluan waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit x tujuannya untuk mengetahui waktu tunggu rumah sakit x sudah memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal yang di tetapkan oleh permenkes Nomor 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 yaitu kurang dari 60 menit. Waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan mulai pasien melakukan pendaftaran sampai pasien diterima/dilayani oleh dokter spesialis. Waktu tunggu bagian penting dari sistem psselayanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, salah satu indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian ini kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi sebanyak 6.750 pasien dan sampel sebanyak 98 responden dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian 98 responden bahwa pasien dengan waktu tunggu  kurang dari 60 menit sebanyakt 35 responden  (35,7%), waktu tunggu dengan pas 60 menit  sebanyak 3 responden (3,06%), waktu tunggu lebih dari 60 menit sebanyak 60 responden (61,2%)  dan rata-rata waktu tunggu untuk pelayanan pasien rawat jalan 78,87 %. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bawah waktu tunggu di rumah sakit x belum memeruhi indikator nasional mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan, yaitu standar pelayanan tidak lebih dari 60 menit. waktu tunggu pasien yang kurang dari 60 menit lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan waktu tunggu pasien yang lebih dari 60 menit.

Abstract

Telemedicine, the use of digital technology and communication for remote healthcare services, has seen rapid development and offers potential improvements in accessibility and efficiency in healthcare services. However, the adoption and implementation of telemedicine also face various challenges, including data privacy and security, technological infrastructure readiness, and legal and regulatory barriers. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and patient satisfaction in the use of telemedicine based on existing scientific evidence. This study employs a systematic review methodology of related telemedicine studies. The results of this review are summarized and form the basis for further discussion about the effectiveness of telemedicine, challenges in its implementation, and its implications for the healthcare sector and further research. Recommendations are provided based on the findings of this review for future research or practice focusing on enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and patient satisfaction in the use of telemedicine and overcoming challenges in its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. The results of the study show (1) Employee satisfaction has a significant influence on the compensation system; (2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee satisfaction; (3) Compensation has a significant influence on employee performance;(4) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; (5) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen; (6) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen.

Abstract

Mortality reporting is an important aspect of evaluating the quality of health services. At Hospital X, the still manual mortality reporting system faces challenges such as slow processes and vulnerability to errors, therefore this study aims to analyze the input, process, and output in mortality reporting. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques, data were collected from medical record and administrative staff involved in the mortality reporting process, as well as analysis of related documents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of electronic medical records has increased efficiency in mortality reporting. However, data accuracy is still a significant problem caused by data input errors and lack of training for system users. These research findings indicate that ongoing training and improved technology infrastructure are essential to support the EMR system at Hospital X. With an optimal ERM system, it is expected that the quality of mortality reporting will improve, which will later have an impact on improving the overall quality of health services. This study recommends further development in the management of mortality reporting using EMR

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) serve as evidence of the implementation of information technology in healthcare services. To ensure the security of information in electronic medical records, Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 on Medical Records, Article 29, outlines three key aspects: confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The objective of this study is to examine data security at Karangploso Community Health Center (Puskesmas Karangploso). This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of the study are users who have access to electronic medical records at Puskesmas Karangploso, while the object is the E-Puskesmas application. The instruments used in this study include interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews. The data processing techniques in this research involve data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The analysis used is descriptive. The results of the study focus on the security of electronic medical record data in the E-Puskesmas application based on the aspects of confidentiality, integrity, and availability at Puskesmas Karangploso. In terms of confidentiality, data security is maintained as staff members are required to log in to the E-Puskesmas application using their respective usernames and passwords. Regarding integrity, data security is ensured because data can only be edited by users in their respective sections, and major data deletions or modifications can only be performed by authorized personnel. For availability, data security is also guaranteed, as necessary data can be accessed quickly, and electronic medical records are securely stored in the database without risk of loss for up to 25 years. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of healthcare facilities in safeguarding patient data within the implementation of electronic medical records, as well as the potential consequences if patient medical record information is leaked and misused by unauthorized parties.

Abstract

Qualitative audits are a crucial component in evaluating the quality of healthcare services through the KLPCM system. However, at Regional General Hospital X, the audit process is still performed manually using spreadsheets, which leads to inefficiencies and a high risk of errors. This community service project aimed to design a digital interface for qualitative audits to enhance the effectiveness of audit activities and support integration with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving observation, interviews, and the collaborative design and validation of a prototype with audit staff and field supervisors. The results showed that the proposed interface design reduced administrative workload, improved data accuracy, and expedited reporting processes. The prototype received positive responses from users and is expected to serve as an initial step toward the digital transformation of hospital quality audit systems

Abstract

Pelayanan pemeriksaan visum di Rumah Sakit Daerah dr. Soebandi belum berjalan optimal karena belum tersedianya alur pelayanan yang terdokumentasi secara visual dan minimnya informasi yang dapat dipahami masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang alur pelayanan visum yang lebih sistematis dan informatif menggunakan pendekatan PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap petugas terkait. Hasil tahap perencanaan menunjukkan bahwa proses pelayanan visum belum efektif karena ketiadaan panduan yang jelas. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, peneliti menyusun alur pelayanan dalam bentuk diagram dan poster edukatif menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui analisis terhadap kebutuhan informasi dan potensi penerapan. Tahap tindak lanjut menghasilkan penyempurnaan rancangan yang direkomendasikan sebagai pedoman pelayanan visum di rumah sakit. Rancangan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, mempermudah pemahaman pasien, serta memperkuat edukasi publik terkait prosedur visum.
