Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi dukungan orang tua terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas X semester genap SMA Negeri 7 Padang Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu korelasional, populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 420 siswa yang terdaftar dengan sampel berjumlah 204 siswa yang terdaftar pada kelas X tahun ajaran 2020/202. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah angket skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program statistik pada komputer IBM Statistical 22 dan Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis nilai rhitung yaitu 0,498 sedangkan nilai rtabel 0,138 karena nilai rhitung lebih besar dari nilai rtabel (0,498>0,138) maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan dengan arah positif antara kontribusi dukungan orang tua terhadap minat belajar siswa, dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 30% yang bermakna bahwa dukungan orang tua terhadap minat belajar dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the relationship between broken home family background and psychosocial development in class X students of SMK N 9 Padang. The population of this study was 420 people, with a sample of 204 people taken using the Proportional Sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of research that is correlational. This study examines the relationship between broken home family background and psychosocial development in students. The instrument used in data collection in this study was a questionnaire that was arranged according to the Likert scale model. Data analysis was performed using a statistical program on SPSS 20 and Microsoft Excel computers. Based on the hypothetical results, the rcount value is 0.429 while the rtable value is 0.138 because the rcount value is greater than the rtable value (0.429 > rtable 0.138) so there is a significant relationship between children with broken home family backgrounds and their psychosocial development in everyday life.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the experiences of the dimensions of achieving successful aging experienced by the elderly. The dimensions of achieving successful aging are characterized by the fulfillment of the physical, psychological, cognitive, spiritual, social and financial dimensions. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was set on an elderly person with the initials S who was 70 years old. The informant is a retired teacher (school principal). Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and in-depth observations of informants and verified through source triangulation, namely the informant's children. The results of this research show that successful aging experienced by elderly people is not only based on satisfaction with themselves, family, environment and finances, but is also influenced by the way the elderly pass through their youth and the spiritual strength possessed by the elderly.
