Abstract

It is a reality that the rapid development of science and technology requires changes in policies in the field of education where changes and reforms in improving the quality of education have an impact on PAK teachers to change paradigms both from technical, teacher, philosophical, and psychological aspects, besides teachers also faced with the dynamics of the background of life that greatly affects the competence of PAK teachers in teaching and educating. A successful PAK teacher is a teacher who can realize competence in his performance so that the teacher is called a professional teacher. Because of the importance of PAK teacher competence, research on the Influence of Teacher Background on PAK Teacher Competence in Sorong City and District based on II Corinthians 4:16-5:10 becomes important for a more in-depth study. This study aims to determine the tendency of PAK teacher competence in Sorong City and District based on II Corinthians 4:16-5:10, the dominant indicator that manifests the tendency of PAK teacher competence in Sorong City and District based on II Corinthians 4:16-5:10, Background category The background of the dominant teacher manifests the tendency of PAK teacher competence in the City and District of Sorong based on II Corinthians 4:16-5:10. The research method used is an explanatory survey. The results obtained in this research are that they tend to be quite competent, lack enthusiasm in work, sometimes give themselves to be renewed, lack competency motivation. Abstract

Diaspora SMTKN, Pelita Sembab SMTKN, Kaimana SMTKN have been established since 2006 which were originally under the auspices of the Sorong Papua Diaspora Foundation. Then there are 6 SMPTK in West Papua which play a role in the world of education. In terms of community interest in this school, the author assumes that there is a negative stigma, this can be seen from the number of new student admissions from year to year which does not meet the maximum target, for example for the 2020-2021 Academic Year the acceptance of new students at Sembab Manokwari High School has a total of 20 new students. SMTKN Kaimana 20 Students SMTKN Diaspora 35 students, the same thing also happened to SMPTK in West Papua. The learning process at the SMATKN and SMPTK Religious Schools in West Papua Province needs special attention in order to improve the quality of the learning process so that the resulting output has a positive impact on the community and also has a positive impact on community demand. Special attention is needed to make improvements to the management of the learning process which involves teaching staff, educational staff and stakeholder involvement through the school committee. The purpose of this paper is to examine and analyze the application of management functions in the learning process so that it can improve the quality of education at SMKN and SMPTK throughout West Papua Province. Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with research subjects being class XI students of Diaspora Vocational High School, Sorong Regency who have not yet achieved the KKM in the WWTP subject as many as 18 students from 23 students. The results of the pre-cycle carried out through teaching were carried out for class XI students on April 27 2018, it was known that of the 23 students, 5 students had completed the KKM and 5 students had not yet reached the KKM. Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) for Biblical Studies. The purpose of this research is to improve the results of studying the Biblical Science Subject for class XI at the Diaspora Vocational High School, Sorong Regency. The research stages are (1) planning, (2) action, (3) reflection. The research was conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 1 action. The indicator of research success refers to the KKM Biblical Science class XI of Diaspora Vocational High School, Sorong Regency, the research is said to be successful if all students have reached KKM 70. The results of PTK show that after implementing the action using the STAD type Cooperative learning model in the subject of Biblical Science material on the Book of the Prophets Prophet students experienced a significant increase. This can be seen from the scores obtained by students in cycle I and cycle II when compared to the initial conditions 18 students did not complete, then in cycle I it was found that 11 students did not complete and cycle II found only 2 students did not complete, so the results of completeness after learning with STAD model mastery of students in learning as many as 21 students from 23 students. The conclusion is that the application of the STAD Type Learning Model can improve learning outcomes in class XI students of SMTK Diaspora, Sorong Regency.
