Abstract

AbstrakSistem pembayaran elektronik (e-payment) dianggap sebagai tulang punggung e-commerce. Agar diterima secara luas metode pembayaran di seluruh dunia, sistem e-payment harus mengikuti protokol keamanan yang efisien yang menjamin keamanan yang tinggi untuk transaksi online. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) dan Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) merupakan dua protokol yang  banyak dibahas untuk mengamankan pembayaran kartu kredit online. Namun, SSL maupun SET telah gagal dalam implementasi pada pengguna akhir, sehingga munculah protokol Secure Electronic Payment (SEP) yang merupakan protokol e-payment yang aman dan efisien yang menawarkan lapisan tambahan perlindungan bagi cardholder dan merchant. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menentukan protokol mana yang paling cocok untuk keamanan e-payment berdasarkan perbandingan pada end-user implementation requirements. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi literatur dengan melihat karya terkait yang membahas mengenai protokol SSL, SET, SEP yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan perbandingan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perbandingan protokol keamanan e-payment SSL, SET, dan SEP berdasarkan faktor end-user implementation requirements (usability, flexibility, affordability, reliability, availability, interoperability) yaitu bahwa protokol SEP yang memenuhi syarat dan paling cocok untuk diterapkan dalam keamanan e-payment. Kata kunci: SSL, SET, SEP, security requirements of e-payment, end-user implementation requirements

Abstract

Kawasan pesisir Kabupaten Kulon Progo terdiri dari empat kecamatan, yaitu kecamatan Galur, Panjatan, Wates, dan Temon. Kawasan pesisir ini rentan terhadap dampak negatif aktifitas manusia seperti penggunaan tanah atau pemanfaatannya yang sering tumpang tindih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis autokorelasi spasial terhadap pemanfaatan kawasan wilayah pesisir di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu pengujian autokorelasi spasial yaitu Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA) dengan indikator Local Moran's I, yang menghasilkan signifikansi secara statistik tinggi (hotspots), signifikansi secara statistik rendah (coldspots), dan pencilan (outlier). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecamatan yang termasuk kategori hotspots (H-H) diantaranya Temon dengan lima hotspots pada kawasan permukiman perdesaan, pertanian lahan kering, industri, sempadan pantai, dan suaka alam, Panjatan dengan tiga hotspots pada kawasan permukiman perkotaan, perdagangan, dan sempadan sungai, Galur dengan dua hotspots pada kawasan pertanian lahan basah dan perdagangan, dan Wates dengan satu hotspots pada kawasan industri.Kata kunci: kawasan pesisir, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Local Indicators of Spatial Association, LISA, Local Moran's I.

Abstract

Martabak trading business is one of the businesses in the culinary field, which seeks to make the survival of the Martabak trade business can continue to develop. To maintain the continuity and development of Martabak's trading business steps are needed to be able to allocate raw materials and increase profits. Therefore, a technique or a method is needed in determining the right combination of products made and combinations of products produced. Simplex method is a method used in this research and utilizes information technology, namely the use of POM-QM tools to estimate the maximum profit gained from each production made by Martabak traders within one day quickly and accurately, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate. The result of the calculation of the maximum profit in one day is IDR 90,000.-.

Abstract

Usaha koperasi simpan pinjam ABC merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa, dimana usaha ini sering mengalami masalah tentang perekapan data yaitu pencatatan transaksi karena human-error. Usaha ini dapat mengandalkan perangkat lunak atau aplikasi dalam kegiatan kerja sehari-hari agar lebih mudah dalam melakukan pengolahan atau manajemen data, baik data anggota, data pembayaran cicilan kredit hingga rekapan laporan usaha. Sehingga meminimalisir human-error serta meningkatkan kinerja koperasi simpan pinjam karena semua pencatatan transaksi dilakukan melalui aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan metode Research And Development (RD) serta perancangannya menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasilnya adalah aplikasi ini dapat mengelola data dengan baik, mulai dari data anggota, data setoran, data pengambilan, data peminjaman, data pembayaran cicilan serta dapat menampilkan rekapan laporan usaha sehingga data-data tersebut menjadi informasi yang bermanfaat. Pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap aplikasi ini menggunakan Black Box Testing, dimana setiap fungsi yang ada berjalan dengan baik (valid).

Abstract

Oma Corry's business is a small-scale bread business in Sorong City, West Papua Province. One of the problems faced by Oma Corry Enterprises is the problem of calculating or determining the maximum profit gained every day from production activities. To calculate the benefits of Bread and Flour Bread and Babengka still use a calculator and write in books so it is less efficient. Whereas now the calculation of maximum profits must be completed quickly and precisely, so we need a system that can provide convenience in calculating profits. To achieve this goal, the simplex method is chosen for the manual calculation process and the POM-QM for Windows tool is used to speed up the calculation process. The result is a maximum profit of IDR 494,000 per day and a more efficient calculation process

Abstract

Sorong is a city located in the West Papua Province, Indonesia. It has a strategical location because it serves as the gateway of the West Papua Province. In 2019, its population has reached 247.084. Such condition has been deemed risky during the Covid-19 pandemic. The performance of the Sorong City Task Force for Covid-19 handling acceleration (Satgas Covid-19) had been considered ineffective by the citizens because it had not provided a system which would provide valid information regarding the Covid-19 progress in the city, resulting in worry and panic buying among the citizens. To overcome the problem, the knowledge possessed by the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force should be developed into a Knowledge Management System (KMS). The implementation of the system had been expected to be able to optimize the documentation, dissemination and creation of knowledge as well as its evaluation. The KMS then was built to improve the performance effectiveness of the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force in managing and disseminating knowledge regarding Covid-19 to the citizens. The methods utilized in this research were the qualitative method and the 10-step knowledge management roadmap. The research produced a conceptual model of KMS which could be utilized by the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force.

Abstract

Mama Mia is a farmer in Sorong City, West Papua, which produces Chinese lemons and kaffir lime leaves for sale. In February-June, the price of Chinese lemons and kaffir lime leaves has decreased. In order for Mama Mia farmers to get optimum profit at the level of the month, good calculations need to be done, one of them using Linear Programming. This research is supported by technology in the form of POM-QM software for Windows version 5 to analyze the optimum profit from each production for 5 months. The purpose of this study was to analyze the maximum profit yield from the production of Chinese Lemon and Kaffir Lime Leaves using Linear Programming, the Simplex Method when production prices fell for 5 months. The result of the Simplex Method is very helpful for farmers like Mama Mia because it can analyze the maximum profit from the production of Chinese Lemon and kaffir lime leaves.

Abstract

Mr. Ruddy is one of the small business actors, namely retail gasoline sales which is located at Moyo Kilometer 13, Sorong City, West Papua. Along with business development accompanied by intense competition, many problems arise and also affect the profits of this small business. Under these conditions, Mr. Ruddy must struggle to continue to carry out his business activities, especially production activities, so that business survival can continue. To maintain the continuity and development of the business, steps are needed to be able to allocate raw materials and increase profits. Therefore we need a method in determining the right combination, starting from the product made and the combination of the resulting product. The simplex method is part of a linear program and is very suitable for solving problems faced by Mr. Ruddy coupled with the use of information technology, namely the use of POM-QM tools to estimate the maximum profit obtained from each production made by gasoline sellers within one day quickly and precise, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate.

Abstract

The Cendrawasih Wiputra Mandiri company is a cable and channel TV company located in Sorong City, precisely on Danau Maninjau road, Number 19 Rufei. This company which is engaged in broadcasting and broadcasting services continues to develop its business while maintaining the quality of its broadcasts to customers so that customers can still get satisfaction. In these companies, requests for coverage are still manual, where customers come to the office or through marketing, causing ineffective and efficient services. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based information request information system to make it easier for customers to request coverage. The system design method used is Method V with a design model using Data Flow Diagrams. The software used in this research is Adobe Photoshop as a system framework, Brackets for coding and display design, XAMPP as a database server, Composer as a place to download Laravel, and Mozilla Firefox as a browser to run the system. The results of system design in this study display the main page, login form, coverage request form, price information, coverage category information, contact information and information about us. Then the results of the system design were tested using the Blackbox and the results went well (valid).

Abstract

Abstrak: Kampung Wisata Arborek terletak di distrik Meos Mansar, Kabupaten Raja Ampat, Provinsi Papua Barat. Kampung wisata ini memiliki luas wilayah sekitar 7 hektar dengan penghuni sekitar 40 keluarga. Masyarakat Kampung Wisata Arborek pada umumnya memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan dan pengrajin (tas dan topi). Kampung Wisata Arborek berkembang pesat sebagai pelopor diantara 18 desa yang indah di Papua Barat yang telah memulai pengembangan peraturan lokal untuk konservasi laut berbasis masyarakat. Tahun 2015, Arborek mendapatkan tempat pertama dalam kompetisi desa provinsi untuk Papua Barat, dan mendapatkan reputasi yang luar biasa diantara otoritas lokal dan komunitas internasional. Kampung Wisata Arborek umumnya telah dikenal oleh masyarakat luas, tapi hanya sebatas objek wisata yang ada pada kampung seperti snorkeling, memberi makan ikan, dan melihat ikan pari (manta) yang menjadi ikon kampung wisata ini. Namun saat ini belum adanya informasi yang lengkap dan spesifik tentang Kampung Wisata Arborek yang menonjolkan keindahan alam, kearifan lokal dan budaya kampung ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan promosi dan penyediaan informasi dengan menggunakan media informasi berbasis website. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mempromosikan Kampung Wisata Arborek agar dapat dikunjungi lebih banyak wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara, sehingga dapat berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat kampung wisata tersebut. Perancangan model sistem ini menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sedangkan untuk metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Waterfall. Kata kunci: arborek, kampung wisata, sistem informasi, waterfall, website. Abstract: Arborek Tourism Village is located in the Meos Mansar district, Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua Province. This tourist village has an area of about 7 hectares with about 40 families occupants. Arborek Tourism Village community in general has a livelihood as fishermen and craftsmen (bags and hats). Arborek Tourism Village is growing rapidly as a pioneer among 18 beautiful villages in West Papua that have begun the development of local regulations for community-based marine conservation. In 2015, Arborek get first place in the competition for the province of Papua Barat village, and get a remarkable reputation among local authorities and the international community. Arborek Tourism Village is generally well-known by the wider community, but only limited to existing tourist objects in the village such as snorkeling, feeding fish, and seeing stingray (manta) which is an icon of this tourist village. However, currently there is no complete and specific information about Arborek Tourism Village that emphasizes the natural beauty, local wisdom and culture of this village. Therefore, promotion and provision of information using website-based information media is needed. The purpose of this research is to promote the Arborek Tourism Village to be able to visit more local and foreign tourists, so that it can have an impact on improving the economy of the tourist village community. The design of this system model using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while for the system design method used is Waterfall.
