Abstract

PT. Abul Abul Bandung is a company engaged in the manufacture of shoes. Problems at PT. Abul Abul Bandung, namely not achieving the production target set by the company. This is allegedly due to machine damage during production activities and the lack of awareness and sense of responsibility of employees for the company's goals. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the internal environment has on company performance and find out how much influence innovation strategy has on company performance in PT. Abul Abul Bandung. The objects in this study are the internal environment (X1), innovation strategy (X2) and company performance (Y). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling (census). The samples taken in this study were 35 people, namely the leadership of PT. Abul Abul Bandung consisting of managers and supervisors. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test). Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a positive and significant influence of internal environmental variables on company performance of 0.751, and a positive and significant influence of innovation strategy variables on company performance variables of 0.956, as well as a positive and significant influence of internal environment and innovation strategies in improving performance company of 0.984 or 96.8% while the remaining 0.32 or 3.2% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. From these results it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of internal environment variables and innovation strategy variables in improving company performance.

Abstract

Skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan di Disperindag, dan juga diantara kedua variabel tersebut, variabel mana yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap variabel terikatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 62 responden. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan memberi kuesioner pada responden dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis melalui uji T menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan hasil analisis melalui uji F menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method approach that focuses on cause-effect relationships. This study aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment, energy, and workload on employee turnover at PT. Agri Tanimas Selaras. This study was conducted at PT. Agri Tanimas Selaras located at Jl. Tangkahan, Medan Labuhan District, Medan City, North Sumatra, 20251. In this study, the general population is defined as all employees of PT. Agri Tanimas Selaras. While the target population is all permanent employees of PT. Agri Tanimas Selaras, totaling 85 people. The data collection technique for this study uses a questionnaire. To test the research instrument, validity and reliability tests are used. The analysis method used is the T test and F test. The results of the T test show that the physical work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover, which means that the better the physical work environment, the lower the employee's desire to leave the company. Conversely, costs and workload do not have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover, which indicates that these two variables do not directly affect employee desire to leave the company. However, the F-test results show that simultaneously, the physical work environment, reserves, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover. This finding demonstrates the importance of a holistic approach to managing factors affecting employee retention.
