Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan impelementasi pendidikan karakter dalam mata kuliah dengan memanfaatkan penokohan, peristiwa, ataupun kreativitas model dan media yang digunakan oleh pendidik. Proses internaliasi nilai kayuh baimbai dan haram manyarah waja sampai kaputing dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi dalam mata kuliah Sejarah Asia Timur terkhusus dalam materi Sejarah Jepang melalui 3 (tiga) tahapan, yakni tahapan persiapan, tahapan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model VCT (Value Clarification Technique), dan tahapan evaluasi yang melalui dua tahapan yakni tahapan penilaian sikap dan tahapan penilaian secara menyuruh menyangkut aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa internalisasi nilai lokal Kalimantan Selatan dalam Mata Kuliah Sejarah Asia Timur pada materi Restorasi Meiji dapat diimplementasi dalam 7 materi pembahasan.

Abstract

The village boundary dispute that occurred between Pakan Dalam Village and Paramaian Village in North Daha Subdistrict, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency was triggered by the issuance of the Cultivation Rights Title of oil palm plantations that provided compensation to the affected areas. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of resolving land boundary disputes between Pakan Dalam Village and Paramaian Village in North Daha Subdistrict, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency in 2009-2021.The method used in this research is the historical method. In the historical method there are four stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. Sources in the research were obtained through interviews with government, leaders, villagers, documents, books, and other related sources. The sources were verified, then data interpretation was carried out. After that, writing is done about the research studied and linking it to the theory used.The results showed that the dispute settlement started from the process of sending a letter from the Pakan Dalam Village Government to BPS HSS in 2009-2010 to the stage of asking for assistance to the HSS DPRD to be resolved fairly. In conclusion, the resolution of the village boundary dispute used a persuasive approach by the Daha Utara sub-district head. This method uses a settlement technique that is not adversarial and follows a conciliation approach to resolve the dispute.

Abstract

History learning in Indonesian high schools often relies on conventional methods, which can reduce students’ motivation and engagement. To address this issue, this study aimed to develop an innovative e-comic as a digital learning medium for teaching the history of the Banten Kingdom. The research employed a Research and Development (RD) approach using the Sugiyono model, consisting of four stages: needs analysis, product design, expert validation, and revision. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and classroom observations involving one history teacher and ten Grade X students at SMA Muhammadiyah At Tanwir Metro. The prototype was evaluated by two material experts, two media experts, and students as end users. The needs analysis revealed that existing history learning media lacked variety and technological integration, leading to low student interest. The developed e-comic integrates narrative, visuals, and interactive features, including audio and digital navigation. Validation results indicated good feasibility: material experts rated the product at 81% (very feasible) after two validation cycles, and media experts rated it at 91% (very feasible). Student responses also showed high acceptance, with most ratings falling in the “highly suitable” category. The findings suggest that e-comics can increase students’ engagement and comprehension of historical content by combining visual and textual information, in line with multimedia learning principles. The e-comic on the Banten Kingdom is valid and feasible for classroom use, with potential to enhance historical understanding and encourage the integration of technology in history education.

Abstract

The land boundary dispute between Pakan Dalam Village and Paramaian Village was triggered duet o the issuance of an Oil Palm Plantation Right to use permit in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency and occurred duet o the issuance of a Certificate of Land Ownership unilaterally by Paramaian Village on existing lands in Pakan Dalam Village and cause changes in the image on the map in the Central Bureau of Statistics book of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency in 2009. The purpose of this study is to explain the process of dispute occurrence starting from the pre-conflict, confrontation, crisis, and post conflict periods from 2009-2021. This research uses the Historical Method which in writing goes through the heuristic stage, data is collected from interviews nd documents. Criticism is made to find out the veracity of the data. Interpretation is carried out to analyze the data. The las tis historiography, which is to write systematically based on chronological narratives. The results of the study, in 2009 were shown by changes in map image, in 2016 the Pakan Dalam Village goverment sent a letter to the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, in 2017 the peak of the dispute problem, in 2020 the problem began to subside, and in 2021 there was a peace agreement at the Daha Utara Subdistrict Office. The conclusion is the dispute occurred because of the existence of an Oil Palm Plantation Company, the dispute began in 2009 and ended in 2021 with an agreement to make village pegs at each coordinate point of each village.
