Abstract

Inti Peraga Mandiri is a business engaged in the sale of school teaching aids starting from kindergarten to high school levels. In carrying out its business, it is necessary to collect data, so that all types of transactions that occur can be monitored and checked by cashiers and business owners. The manual data collection process can be done, but the manual process has many shortcomings that can later cause losses for business owners. Based on these problems, this research focuses on building an automated Point of Sale (POS) system so that it can reduce misinformation and can help business owners in managing the flow of their business. POS is an application system applied to shops or supermarkets to handle the processing of data on purchase transactions, retail sales transactions, purchase return transactions, and transaction reporting which is generally important in making strategic decisions by self-service businesses, organizations, or small and medium-sized companies. The POS system is built on a web-based using the Waterfall model development method and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. The results of this study get a POS system that has been developed and can carry out the transactions process, management of goods category, management of goods, manager of purchases, user management, and sales reports. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the point-of-sale system is running well and to the needs of business owners so that it can help develop their business.

Abstract

Problems Internet connection is an impact of interference experienced at important moments, where the impact can cause financial losses due to the delay in sending or uploading and downloading a file. Problems that occur on the internet include not being able to connect to the internet, slow internet connection, so that it cannot share files in the local network. And this is a factor that decreases performance results in any institution. This Expert System was built to diagnose internet connection problems, where this expert system uses the Backward Chaining Method, which is tracking backwards which starts reasoning from conclusions (goals), by searching for a set of hypotheses towards facts that support a set of hypotheses these. Backward Chaining Inference Engine, often called Object-Driven or Goal-Driven. If the premise clause matches the situation (TRUE value), the process will state the conclusion

Abstract

Signal interference can also occur on official smartphones circulating in Indonesia. it is common for a smartphone to have a weak signal so that the smartphone cannot get a signal from the provider used without any incident. The need for analysis of signal interference that occurs on smartphones to find out the causes and solutions in handling signal interference is considered very appropriate to overcome this problem. Moreover, the solutions and information provided are based on experts or people who are experts in the field of Smartphone repair. Forward Chaining is a method of the Inference Engine to start reasoning and tracking from existing facts to a conclusion. So that the diagnosis of Android smartphone signal interference with Snapdragon SoC using the Forward Chaining Method is considered very appropriate for analyzing problems and providing information and solutions to Android users and Beginner Cellphone repair technicians.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam dunia pendidikan semakin terasa dan sejalan dengan pergeseran pola pembelajaran dari pendidikan tradisional tatap muka ke pendidikan yang lebih terbuka dan termediasi. Dalam kondisi kedisiplinan, pegawai yang ada di SMK(Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) Hasanah Pekanbaru menggunakan Finger print yang di rekap manual sehingga untuk penggunaan Finger print yang manual dan tidak dapat mengetahui bahwa pegawai jadwal absennya terlambat. Permasalahan lainnya sistem absensi Finger print yang tidak bisa digunakan dikala pandemi covid-19, karena bisa menyebabkan menempelnya virus sehingga dapat menularkan virus ke pegawai lainnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi absensi pegawai untuk mengelola data yang terkait dengan absensi pegawai. Sistem Informasi Absensi Pegawai ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari tahap analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Sebagai alat bantu pemodelan dalam tahapan analisa dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Model Language). Dengan diterapkannya sistem informasi absensi pegawai di sekolah dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan data absensi pegawai dan meningkatkan kinerja instansi serta absensi kepegawaian berbasis web dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses absensi, pencarian data dan perhitungan rekap absensi, serta meminimalisir kehilangan dan kesalahan pencatatan data absensi di sekolah

Abstract

Di tengah merebaknya pandemi Covid-19 secara global, pemerintah memberlakukan Belajar Dari Rumah (Learning From Home) di masing-masing daerah selama pelaksanaan PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat). Pendidik khususnya guru memiliki tugas untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara online. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memastikan bahwa guru tidak lagi menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengakses dan menggunakan teknologi TIK, terutama dalam proses pembuatan video pendidikan tentang topik tertentu, dan siswa akan dapat dengan mudah memahami materi yang diberikan. Hal ini untuk dapat memahami dan secara tidak langsung memotivasi siswa didalam belajar. Format pelaksanaannya adalah Luring, dengan tutorial langsung praktek. Para guru juga diberikan proyek mandiri sebagai indikator pemahaman dan peningkatan keterampilan terhadap media pembelajaran video. Pihak mitra memberikan respon positif terhadap pendampingan ini dengan mencoba menggunakannya dan sangat terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian berupa pembuatan video pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi OBS( Open Broadcast Software). Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dari evaluasi yang diisi oleh guru-guru setelah kegiatan selesai didapatkan 52,2% yang puas dan 45% sangat puas dengan adanya pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran ini.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki angka kematian ibu dan bayi yang tinggi di ASEAN, dengan 4.129 kematian ibu dan 29.945 kematian bayi pada tahun 2023. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam menurunkan angka tersebut adalah melalui Posyandu, sebuah layanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat. Posyandu Wijaya Kusuma di Desa Rawang Sari melayani lebih dari 150 balita dan ibu hamil setiap bulan. Namun, pencatatan data masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kertas, menyebabkan kesulitan dalam rekapitulasi, pencarian data historis, serta risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan berkas. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dikembangkan sistem informasi Posyandu berbasis website menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, aksesibilitas data, dan akurasi layanan kesehatan bagi ibu dan anak.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology requires vocational high school (SMK) students to have strong basic programming skills, yet algorithmic logic remains a major challenge. This study aims to enhance students’ understanding of basic programming through Flowgorithm training. The training was conducted face-to-face using demonstration and hands-on practice methods involving 32 eleventh-grade students of Software Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci. Evaluation results show that most participants agreed the material met their needs and expectations, was engaging and easy to understand, and improved their programming logic skills. The study concludes that Flowgorithm is effective as a visual tool for programming logic. Its implication suggests similar training models can be applied in other vocational schools to strengthen students’ algorithmic thinking foundation.
