Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is the lack of human resource development and its relation to employee job satisfaction at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan.  The results of observations of various problems that have occurred require complex thinking, this needs to be solved immediately, especially the problem of HR at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan.  Some employees occupy fields of work that are not in accordance with their disciplinary background, besides that there are also complaints that there are difficulties in carrying out their duties as a result of decreased morale.  So that the formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the program and HR development factors on employee job satisfaction.  Then the purpose of this study was to determine the human resource development program and what factors affect employee job satisfaction at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan.  The theory presented in this study is the theory of human resource development, objectives, principles of human resource development, factors that influence human resource development, training theory, career development theory, compensation theory, job satisfaction theory and factors that influence job satisfaction.  work.  The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, with the research location at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation which aims to find out how Human Resource Development and its relation to employee job satisfaction at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan The results of this study are, based on the discussion that has been presented, the results of the research show that the development of human resources in each company is very important to note because one of the factors that influence the development of human resources at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padansgsidimpuan will affect the level of progress of the company and will also affect the employees themselves in order to improve the quality and quantity of employee work so that employees will feel satisfied with the work results and positions or positions of employees at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

There is almost no part of human economic life that is not related to the existence of money. Excessive increases in the money supply can drive price increases beyond expected levels so that in the long run it can disrupt economic growth. Conversely, if an increase in the money supply is low, economic devastation will occur. Sharia Interbank Mudharabah Investment Certificate (SIMA) is a tool used for transactions in the Sharia Interbank Money Market (PUAS). This certificate is a certificate that is used as an investment tool for banks with excess funds to make a profit, and on the other hand, the Interbank Sharia Mudharabah Investment Certificate (SIMA) is also a means for banks experiencing shortages of funds to obtain short-term funds on the mudharabah principle. The theory used is the theory relating to the Sharia Interbank Mudharabah Investment Certificate (SIMA), the Amount of Money Supply (JUB), and the theories that support this research. The method used in this study was started by obtaining data using documentation techniques through the official website of Bank Indonesia, www.bi.go.id, and the official website of the Financial Services Authority, www.ojk.go.id. Then processed with the help of SPSS Version 23. The test used to prove the hypothesis is a partial test (t test) and the coefficient of determination (R2). Partial test results (t-test) can be concluded that the variable Interbank Sharia Mudharabah Investment Certificate (SIMA) affects the Amount of Money Supply (JUB), seen from the tcount t table = 1.67655. Based on the Adjusted R square value of 0.490 or 49% this shows that the variable Interbank Sharia Mudharabah Investment Certificate (SIMA) affects the variable Amount of Money Supply (JUB). While the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is whether there is an influence of location, service, and promotion on customer decisions in choosing a sharia bank. The discussion in this study is a theory related to location, service, promotion, and customer decisions. This research is a quantitative study, the data source is primary data, data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The research sample consisted of 30 samples with saturated sampling technique, the research analysis used statistics, namely SPSS 20. The results of the study it was found that the variable location had an effect on customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks while the service and promotion has no effect on customer decisions. Then based on the results of the F test, it is known that the variables of location, service, and promotion affect customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks in the Nagasaribu village, Kec. Padang Bolak Tenggara.

Abstract

Zakat merupakan salah satu instrumen yang sangat penting dalam islam untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan hal ini dapat diihat pada masa umar bin abdul aziz pada masa tersebut sangat sulit untuk mencari masyarakat yang miskin.umar bin abdul aziz menerapkan pengelolaan zakat dan pendistribusian zakan sesuai dengan prinsip islam.impelementsi zakat dapat diterapkan negara indonesia mengingat masyarakat indonesia mayoritas islam. Pada tanggal 27 Oktober 2011, Pemerintah dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) menyetujui Undang-undang pengelolaan zakat pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 38 Tahun 1999 yang kemudian diundangkan sebagai UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2011 pada tanggal 25 49 November 2011. UU ini menetapkan bahwa pengelolaan zakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan dalam pengelolaan zakat dan meningkatkan manfaat zakat untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Untuk mencapai tujuan dimaksud, UU mengatur bahwa kelembagaan pengelola zakat harus terintegrasi dengan BAZNAS sebagai koordinator seluruh pengelola zakat. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari informan, lokasi, peristiwa atau aktivitas, dokumen dan arsip. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan membayar zakat melalui lembaga resmi yaitu kualitas keimanan masih terdapat rendah, tingkat kepercayaan yang masih memiliki problem dengan berbagai masalah sosial yang terjadi saat ini, tidak semuanya tahu masyarakat mengetahui kewajiban zakat dan perhitungannya dan adanya aturan pemerintah untuk membayar zakat langsung melalui potongan gaji bagi ASN dan motivasi masyarakat untuk membayar zakat. Serta Upaya-upaya lembaga resmi dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan membayar zakat yaitu dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penghargaan, pemberian informasi yang jelas dan tepat, transparan dalam hal laporan keuangan serta ketersediaan fasilitas pembayaran zakat yang memudahkan muzakki untuk membayar zakat dan meningkatkan sosialisasi baznas terhadap masyarakat untuk menjelaskan mengenai zakat supaya masyarakat mengetahui tentang pentingnya membayar zakat.
