Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant effect of the variable quality of service and facilities on consumer satisfaction. This research is explanatory (explaining) is "to test the hypotheses of a cause-and-effect relationship between the symptoms (variables) being studied. The type of data used is the type of quantitative data which is quantified using a Likert scale. The research population is the users of Indonesian Fast Food M2M Delivery Service at Pahlawan Mojokerto branch. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Service quality and facilities had a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction. 2) Quality of service and facilities have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) Facilities have a dominant effect on consumer satisfaction. Limitations of the study: 1) The population of this study was conducted at M2M Indonesian Fast Food, Pahlawan Mojokerto branch. 2) The population and sample consisted of 200 users of the Indonesian Fast Food M2M Delivery Service at the Pahlawan Mojokerto branch. 3) Data collection is carried out on December 23, 2020 until. January 30, 2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant effect of the variable price and product quality on consumer loyalty. The research method explains that the location as a business institution, the type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables price and product quality on consumer loyalty. The research population is consumers who are taken incidentally. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) price and product quality had a simultaneous effect on consumer loyalty. 2) price and product quality have a partial effect on consumer loyalty. 3) product quality has a dominant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price policy and service quality on service purchase decisions at the laundry of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Mojokerto. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing research questionnaires about price policy and service quality and purchasing decisions for service products to 70 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are instrument validity and reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 application. The results show that (1) the price policy variable has a positive and significant effect on service purchasing decisions and (2) the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect to the decision to purchase services.

Abstract

The performance strategy improvement theory put forward by Kasmir, there are several factors that influence performance, both results and work behavior, are as follows: 1. Employee Abilities and Expertise. 2. Work Motivation, 3. Organizational Culture, 4. Leadership, 5. Job Satisfaction, 6. Work Discipline. Meanwhile, the impact of improving performance is that there are 2 factors that are influenced by performance, both directly and indirectly, namely (1) Compensation, namely the remuneration given by the company to its employees, (2) career path, which is an award given by the company to its employees. At Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto, employees lack work discipline and do not obey regulations, however, Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto's income is quite large and stable every month. The type of research used by researchers is field research using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews and observation. The results of this research are the use of strategies to improve employee performance at Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto using the theory of work abilities and skills, work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline. All aspects have been carried out well by Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto, except for the work discipline aspect, there are still many employees who arrive late, leave for various reasons and have not obeyed the regulations made. In the career aspect, Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto has not implemented career management for its employees. At Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto, it only increases salaries for employees who have worked for a long time in stages as a form of loyalty to the company. Meanwhile, the compensation aspect has been implemented well.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata di Kawasan Wisata Pacet, Mojokerto, menghadapi tantangan signifikan seiring meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen muslim terhadap kehalalan produk kuliner. Pemberlakuan Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 yang mewajibkan sertifikasi halal menuntut UKM kuliner untuk menjaga integritas produk secara berkelanjutan, meskipun dalam praktiknya masih dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala administratif dan teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran integrasi Halal Assurance System (HAS) dan Halal Traceability System (HTS) sebagai strategi peningkatan keunggulan kompetitif UKM kuliner di kawasan wisata tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh pemilik UKM kuliner bersertifikat halal di Pacet yang memproduksi olahan daging dan camilan khas. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari regulasi BPJPH dan literatur terkait manajemen rantai pasok halal. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik pattern matching dengan membandingkan temuan empiris dan kerangka teoritis integrasi sistem halal serta perspektif Resource-Based View (RBV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKM yang mengintegrasikan dokumentasi HAS dengan sistem pelacakan logistik berbasis HTS memiliki ketahanan yang lebih baik terhadap risiko kontaminasi bahan baku, terutama saat terjadi fluktuasi pasokan pada musim liburan. Integrasi tersebut meningkatkan transparansi data dan memperkuat kepercayaan wisatawan. UKM dengan rekam jejak kehalalan yang terdokumentasi secara menyeluruh menunjukkan posisi tawar dan loyalitas pelanggan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan UKM yang hanya mengandalkan label halal formal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi HAS dan HTS bukan sekadar pemenuhan regulasi, melainkan aset strategis yang mencerminkan nilai Maqasid Syariah dan mendukung keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan. Pendampingan teknis dan digitalisasi sistem halal direkomendasikan untuk memperkuat ekosistem pariwisata halal di Pacet.
