<![CDATA[abstrak— Destinasi Wisata Sastra Dalam Cerita Rakyat Sumatera Sebagai Alternatif Bahan Ajar Sastra untuk SMA: Studi Wisata Sastra tujuan penelitian (1) Mendeskripsikan penggambaran latar cerita rakyat Sumatera dengan destinasi wisata yang ada, (2) Mendeskripsikan posisi cerita rakyat Sumatera dalam mempopulerkan destinasi wisata. Subyek penelitian ini adalah cerita rakyat dari Sumatera, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah tujuan wisata cerita rakyat dari Sumatera. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik membaca dan mencatat menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Setting suatu tempat dalam cerita rakyat dari Sumatera yang menjadi daerah tujuan wisata. Dalam penggambaran setting dimana cerita terkait dengan destinasi wisata digambarkan dalam bentuk sebagai proses sebab akibat dari sebuah cerita itu sendiri. Rata-rata pola penggambaran latar dalam cerita yang berkaitan dengan destinasi wisata disampaikan dengan cerita seperti kisah cinta yang tak kunjung tiba, durhaka kepada orang tua dan tidak menepati janji. (2) Kedudukan folklor dalam mempopulerkan destinasi wisata yang ada. Cerita rakyat yang beredar dari mulut ke mulut yang memiliki ciri khas tersendiri membuat masyarakat tertarik untuk mengunjungi destinasi wisata yang sesuai dengan cerita rakyat tersebut.Kata kunci— Cerita Rakyat, Sastra Wisata, Destinasi Wisata. Abstract— Literary Tourism Destinations in Sumatran Folklores as Alternative Teaching Materials of Literature for Senior High School: A Literary Tourism Study the research objectives (1) Describe the depiction of the setting in the folklore of Sumatra with existing tourist destinations, (2) Describe the position of folklore from Sumatra in popularizing tourist destinations. The subject of this research is folklore from Sumatra, while the object of this research is a tourist destination in folklore from Sumatra. The method of collecting data is by using reading and note-taking techniques using literature study. The results of this study are as follows. (1) the setting of a place in a folklore from Sumatra which is a tourist destination. In the depiction of the setting where the story is related to tourist destinations, it is depicted in the form as a causal process of a story itself. The average pattern of background depictions in stories related to tourist destinations is conveyed by a story such as a love story that does not arrive, is disobedient to parents and does not keep promises. (2) The position of folklore in popularizing existing tourist destinations. Folk stories that circulate by word of mouth that have their own characteristics make people interested in visiting tourist destinations that are in accordance with folklore.Keywords— Folklore, Tourism Literature, Tourist Destinations. ]]>
