Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja serta kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian produksi PT Supreme Food Rembang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik sensus (teknik sampel jenuh) sehingga diperoleh angka untuk jumlah poulasi maupunnya sampelnya 59 responden. Datanya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif tidak signifikan pada kinerja.Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi, kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show the influence of product diversity , tourist attractions, pricing, service quality mediated by customer satisfaction on tourist loyalty on tourist attraction (case study on tourists of Pasar Mbrumbung Rembang Regency). This study uses independent variables, namely product diversity , tourist attractions, pricing and service quality, bound variables, namely tourist loyalty and mediation variables, namely customer satisfaction. Data collection techniques were carried out in this study through questionnaires. The source of data used in the research conducted is from primary data sources obtained from research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population of this study consisted of all tourists who had and/or recently visited Pasar Mrumbung, Rembang Regency. The sampling technique used in the study was non-probability sampling with the sample technique of convenience random sampling, the sample in the study was 100 people who had and/or had just visited the Mbrumbung Market, Rembang Regency. The results showed that tourist attractions and pricing had a significant positive effect on tourist loyalty. Product diversity and service quality have a significant negative effect on tourist loyalty. Product diversity and service quality have a significant positive effect on tourist loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction from the results of the customer satisfaction path analysis test results are able to mediate the effect of product diversity and service quality on tourist loyalty. Tourist attractions have a significant negative effect on tourist loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction from the results of the customer satisfaction path analysis test is unable to mediate the effect of tourist attractions on tourist loyalty. Pricing had no significant negative effect on customer satisfaction-mediated traveller loyalty and from the results of the customer satisfaction path analysis test was unable to mediate the effect of pricing on tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Pengujian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan pengaruh diskon, sales promotion, gratis ongkos kirim dan reviews product kepada keputusan pembelian online pada Shopee. Populasi pada pengujian tersebut yaitu konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian dan orang yang pernah melakukan pembelian pada saat gratis ongkos kirim di Kabupaten Rembang yang mempunyai aplikasi dan pernah melakukan transaksi di aplikasi Shopee. Teknik sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanayak 100 responden. strategi analisis database yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel diskon, sales promotion, gratis ongkos kirim dan ulasan produk berpengaru positif signifikan kepada keputusan pembelian online di Shopee. Value Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,843 atau 84,3% sebagaimana variabelitas variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian online dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yang meliputi diskon, promosi penjualan, gratis ongkos kirim dan ulasan produk sebesar 84,3%, sedangkan 15,7% oleh variasi lainnya yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract. SMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are a key pillar of Indonesia's economy, playing a significant role in job creation, economic equity, and the growth of the real sector. To help entrepreneurs thrive in facing market challenges, mentoring activities are crucial. One such mentoring activity was conducted for the Piscok Mbak Dea SME, located in Ngotet Village, Rembang District. Throughout her business journey, Mbak Dea encountered several issues, such as a lack of promotion, both online and offline, leading to low brand recognition. Additionally, her business did not have a legal business permit or a business logo as an identity. To address these challenges, a series of mentoring activities were conducted, with the goal of strengthening branding, expanding marketing through social media, and reinforcing the business's legal standing. The strategies implemented included creating a logo, brand, and banner to establish the business identity. To enhance product marketing, training on managing social media accounts was provided, helping Mbak Dea reach a broader audience. Furthermore, assistance was given in obtaining a legitimate business license to ensure the sustainability of the business. As a result of the mentoring activities, the Piscok Mbak Dea business now has a logo, brand, and banner as its identity, a well-organized menu catalog, an active social media presence, and a business license that validates its operations. This mentoring process is expected to serve as a model for developing other SMEs in overcoming market challenges.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of the key factors influencing employee productivity and performance across various industrial sectors. This study aims to analyze the effects of work–life balance, work discipline, physical work environment, and job stress on the job satisfaction of employees at Fish Auction Places I and II Tasikagung, Rembang. The work–life balance variable consists of four dimensions: work interference with personal life, personal life interference with work, work–life enhancement, and personal life enhancement. This research employs a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique involving the entire population of 48 employees at Fish Auction Places I and II Tasikagung, Rembang. Data were collected through questionnaires that had passed reliability and validity tests. The results indicate that work interference with personal life and personal life interference with work have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while work–life enhancement has a positive but insignificant effect. Meanwhile, personal life enhancement, work discipline, and the physical work environment have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.615 or 61.5%, indicating that 38.5% of job satisfaction is explained by factors outside the research model.
