The capital market in Indonesia is developing rapidly. The existence of the capital market means that people who are located or have more financial can invest funds by getting a profit, besides that the company can use the funds for investment purposes without having to wait for the availability of funds from the company's activities.The capital market is one of the financial sectors that is developing very rapidly. An indicator that is often used to see the development of the Indonesian capital market is the composite stock price index (JCI). Which is one of the stock market indices used by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). JCI is an indicator of stock price movements contained in the IDX as a whole. The development of halal tourism is one solution to the development of the community's economy and the development of remote villages because most of the distribution of objects and tourist attractions are in the village area. In Gampong Matang Rayeuk PP, Idi Timur District and Gampong Leuge, Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency, they are currently developing halal tourism for the economic development of the community. This study aims to analyze: (1) the strategy of developing halal tourism on the economic development of the community in Matang Rayeuk PP Village, East Idi District and Leuge Village, Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. (2), community participation in the development of halal tourism on the economic development of the community in Matang Rayeuk Village, East Idi Subdistrict and Leuge Village, Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency (3), implications of halal tourism development on the economic development of the community in Matang Rayeuk Village, PP, Idi Subdistrict. East and Leuge Village, Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. In this study, researchers used the constructivist paradigm. In accordance with the paradigm and problems chosen in this study, this study uses a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study show that: (1) Halal tourism development strategies for the economic development of the community (2) Community participation are: Tour managers, tour guides, producers of various creative products, traders and members of art groups. (3) Implications for the economy of Gampong Matang Rayeuk PP, Idi Timur District and Gampong Leuge, Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency

PUD is a legal entity in which there are business activities based on regulations made by the local area. PUD (Regional Public Company) is one of the BUMDs where the capital is wholly owned by a region. This research is useful for reviewing the role of Medan market PUD in market management in Medan. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the role of PUD in market management in Medan is running well. However, there are several things that need to be improved, such as market management.

Technological developments and further knowledge then encouraged the discovery of new currencies such as e-money which are currently widely circulating including debit cards, smart cards and e-cash until what is being widely used is crypto money or cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency itself is a technology with a database regulated by blockchain which is commonly used as a digital currency.Traditional money is official money issued by the government through Bank Indonesia in the form of banknotes or coins. Meanwhile, digital money is money stored in a computer chipset that can be transferred to another address (account) or withdrawn from an ATM.Bitcoin has the following criteria: (1) is digital (only a mathematical algorithm or does not have a form), (2) can be transacted among bitcoin users or merchant providers, (3) can be withdrawn in currency, (3) peer to peer transactions peer with internet network with verification from PT. Bitcoin or at Bitcoin ATMs, (4) transactions are subject to administration fees. In Islamic law digital money is included in muamalah, especially in buying and selling. From Law No. 7 of 2011 it can be concluded that bitcoin is not a legal tender, especially in Indonesia. Crypto currency or bitcoin has no intrinsic value as currency or other commodities such as gold, because the price is only influenced by supply and demand. PAUD is an institution that has a mission to grow, teach, foster and develop potential and talents according to their development. This research belongs to or uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by reading 28 reference books and reading sources related to the object of research. The research results show that UNESCO is important in organizing PAUD. PAUD itself is a very profitable form of investment for families, communities and children. Judging from its advantages that PAUD can help get the right stimulation for growth and development and influence the success of children in the future, for families investing in PAUD will be able to shape the personality of children who are quality and able to compete at the local, regional and global levels. Likewise with the community, through investment at the PAUD level children will be trained and fostered on how to interact, ethics, morals, and rules that exist in society. Thus later the child can carry out his role as part of society.
