Abstract

This study aims to describe Motivation of Blindness People on Their Efforts to Develop Autonomy at Yayasan Netra Mandiri Palembang. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. The technique of selecting the subjects used purposive sampling and there are three selected subjects. Methods of data collection used interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study describes motivation of the three subjects in an effort to develop autonomy, which is oriented about condition to ensure that their desire to be seen as independent and equal just like normal people, and motivation to fulfill the basic needs of daily life, fulfill the need to growth, develop and become an independent blind especially on economic. Encouragement to be accepted and appreciated while around Yayasan; home and encouragement to socialize to normal people as well as other blind people. The methods and efforts of the three subjects to develop autonomy were participating in the training held by Yayasan Netra Mandiri Palembang. The difference between three subjects is the type of training that is taken because it depends to each interests and talents.

Abstract

The functioning and success of an organization are influenced by various factors, one of which is the leadership style present within the institution, which in turn affects the performance of the employees within it. Transformational leadership is considered an ideal leadership style and is widely used because it can guide employees. The purpose of this research was to identify the elements that play a role in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, which contribute to the positive impact of transformational leadership on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, with a total of 42 participants selected through a saturation sampling method. The results of the hypothesis test show a significance value in both the Kendall version (p is 0.05, sig = 0.058 > 0.05) and the Spearman version (p is 0.05, sig = 0.055 > 0.05), both reaching 0.058. This indicates that there was no correlation between transformational leadership and workplace productivity. The research findings can be used as a reference for institutions in managing their employees' performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kecerdasan spiritual orangtua dalam membimbing anak berkebutuhan khusus tunarungu di sekolah luar biasa negeri pembina kebun bunga palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui pendidikan spiritual pada orang tua yang memiliki anak tunarungu dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga subjek memiliki kecerdasan spiritual yang berbeda-beda. Kecerdasan spiritual orang tua yang tinggi mempengaruhi dalam penanganan anak tunarungu. Ketiga subjek memiliki bentuk kecerdasan spiritual yang diterapkan berupa pendekatan dalam beribadah, seperti sholat, mengaji, mengajarkan norma sosial seperti sopan santun, tolong menolong. Sehingga membentuk menjadi perilaku tersebut menjadi contoh bagi anak mereka yang dalam kondisi berkebutuhan khusus. Adanya kecerdasan spiritual subjek dapat lebih mengontrol emosi, lebih tenang dan bersyukur. Kemudian faktor yang mendukung kecerdasan spiritual subjek dalam membimbing abk tunarungu adalah dukungan keluarga, pasangan dan lingkungan sekitar yang tidak mendiskriminasi kondisi anak subjek yang berkebutuhan khusus
