Abstract

Menurut data World Health Organization (WHO) terdapat 15.000.000 orang yang di dunia mengalami stroke setiap tahunnya. Pada fase pemulihan atau rehabilitasi, keluarga harus terlibat secara aktif dan menyeluruh karena kekuatan dan motivasi dari diri sendiri bahkan dari orang terdekat sangat dibutuhkan oleh pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui peran keluarga merawat lanjut usia pasca stroke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada peran keluarga merawat lansia pasca stroke. Penelitian ini mempergunakan 4 orang sampel.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Merdeka Palembang dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Peran keluarga sangat penting dalam membantu pasien stroke dalam melakukan aktivitas maupun dalam masa pemulihan seperti membantu dalam mengaktifkan anggota tubuh yang lemah, membantu dalam hal kebersihan diri termasuk BAK dan BAB serta membantu pasien dalam memenuhi pola makan serta melakukan kontrol ulang untuk melakukan terapi penyembuhan penyakitnya. Hasil penelitian ini terlihat bahwa ketiga keluarga informan telah melakukan perannya dalam membantu pasien stroke dalam melakukan aktivitasnya pada masa pemulihan. Saran diharapkan tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat dapat meningkatkan konseling kepada anggota keluarga penderita stroke dalam membantu pasien stroke pada masa pemulihan seperti membantu segala aktivitas pasien serta membantu dalam hal kebersihan diri termasuk BAK dan BAB. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) there are 15.000.00 people in the world experience a stroke every year. In the recovery or rehabilitation phase, th e family must be actively and thoroughty involved because the strength and motivation of oneself and those closest to them are needed by the patient. This study aimed to find out the role of the family in caring for the elderly after stroke. This study used qualitative method with case study approach. This study focused on the role of the family in caring for the elderly after stroke. The number of samples was 4 people. 3 people as participants and 1 as a key informant. Based on the results of research conducted at the Merdeka Publik Health Center in Palembang it can be concluded that : the role of the family is very important in helping stroke patients perform activities and recovery processes such as helping in activating weak limbs, helping in personal hygiene such as urinating and defecating and helping patients in performing healthy eating patterns and re-controlling to do therapy to cure the disease. The results of this study indicate that the three families of informants have performed their role in assisting stroke patients in carrying out their activities during the recovery period of stroke experienced. It is expected that health workers, especially nurses, can improve counseling to family members of stroke sufferes in helping patients during the recovery period such as helping all patient activities and helping with personal hygiene such as urinating and defecating.

Abstract

Negara Batin is a village located in the regent Way Kanan. The village government's concern for the facilities and infrastructure of the village is very important to achieve the welfare of the village community. Planning and effective use of village funds are necessary to support the development of Negara Batin Village. Therefore, if the use of village funds can be planned and implemented effectively, it will bring great benefits to the residents of Negara Batin Village in Way Kanan Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine whether planning and efficiency in the use of village funds affect the development of Negara Batin village. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population used is the village of Negara Batin, regent Way Kanan. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using the Slovin formula, such that a sample of 98 respondents was obtained. Data collection was carried out through literature research, documents, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis tools used include several linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, t-tests, F-tests, and R^2 tests. Based on the research results, effective planning and use of village funds has a positive and significant impact on the development of Negara Batin village. Effective planning and utilization of village funds contributed 36.5% to the development of Negara Batin Village in Negara Batin District, Way Kanan Regency. Meanwhile, the remaining 63.5% are affected by other factors that have not been considered in this study.
