Abstract

Sesungguhnya di dalam kitab Subulus-Salam karya Imam As-Shan’ani terdapat sejumlah hadits yang menjadi persoalan bagi para penuntut ilmu dalam memahaminya, karena satu sama lain tampak saling bertentangan (ta’arudh). Makalah ini mencoba menjelaskan sebab-sebab terjadinya persepsi pertentangan, metode para ulama dalam menyikapinya baik dengan cara memadukan (jama’), nasakh, tarjih maupun tawaqquf, serta bagaimana mereka mengaplikasikan masing-masing darinya. Makalah ini -dengan menggunakan metode jama’- akan memecahkan enam masalah pertentangan antar hadits dari kitab Subulus-salam sebagai sampel. Dengan begitu akan memberikan pemahaman teoritis dan praktis di bidang fiqih pemaduan nash-nash, membimbing umat untuk memiliki cara pandang holistik terhadap nash-nash dengan segenap kaitanan dan aspeknya sesuai panduan syariah, dan menutup satu celah di medan fiqih Islam karena -sepanjang yang diketahui penulis- belum ada satupun buku yang ditulis secara khusus yang menghimpun seluruh masalah fiqhiyah yang didasarkan pada pemaduan diantara dalil-dalil yang tampak saling bertentangan.Kata kunci: pertentangan; hadits; jama’; subulus-salam; fiqih.إنّ في كتاب سبل السلام للصنعاني أحاديث استشكل فهمها على طلبة العلم لظهور التعارض فيما بينها. فهذه المقالة تبيّن أسباب تصوّرِ التعارض وطرائق العلماء في التعامل معها من جمع ونسخ وترجيح وتوقّف، ومتى وكيف أعملوا كلّا منها، وتعالج - بطريقة الجمع وإعمال مسالكه - ست مسائل من كتاب سبل السلام كنماذج ، وبذلك تعطي التصوّر النظري والتطبيقي في مجال فقه الجمع بين النصوص، وترشد الأمة على النظرة الشمولية للنصوص بكل ملابساته وجوانبه وفق الضوابط الشرعية، وتسدّ ثغرة في ميدان الفقه الإسلامي، لأنه لم يُكتب – حسب معرفة الباحث - كتابٌ مستقلّ ومستوفٍ لكلّ مسائل الفقه التي بنيت على الجمع بين الأدلة المتعارضة.كلمات مفتاحية: تعارض، أحاديث، جمع، سبل السلام، فقه.

Abstract

Abstract

Village governance involves various important aspects, including planning, policy setting, implementation, organisation and financing. One of the main elements in the planning and implementation aspects is education, which plays a significant role in facilitating village officials in formulating and implementing policies. Adequate education allows village officials to conduct more thorough analyses and planning, so that they can design more efficient policies. Particularly in the management of village funds, education on government administration and village management is essential to improve the capacity of village officials to manage funds effectively. In 2018, the average village fund allocation reached IDR 800.4 million per village, which increased to IDR 933.9 million in 2019, and IDR 960.6 million in 2020. The autonomous management system of village funds gives villages full control over the use of these funds, which requires good managerial knowledge and skills. Education also plays a role in raising villagers' awareness of their rights and obligations, which encourages active participation in development and public services. With good education, village officials can improve the quality of public services that are more efficient and responsive. In addition, motivation and education have a close relationship in influencing the performance of village officials, because with higher education, they will be more competent and ready to carry out their duties. Adequate education will improve the managerial and technical skills of village officials, which are essential to achieve the performance standards expected by the community and village government, thus improving the quality of public services and development in the village.

Abstract

This research was a field research, using quantitative descriptive method; method of data collection was done by observation and questionnaires. Regarding the influence of the Islamic economic competence to the decision to trade using Islamic banking products, samples were taken for this researchto support the implementation of a number of 110 respondents from the study program of Economic Sharia Higher School Islamic Segeran Pangeran Dharma Kusuma Indramayu, and from the number of respondents were given a questionnaire to be answered. Data analysis technique used was to use a statistical technique that is simple correlation technique with the technique Product Moment Correlation analysis using SPSS 15.00 version. The results of this research indicated that the correlation between the Islamic economic competence with the decision to transact in Islamic banks was 0, 915. Based on the interpretation of the correlation coefficient r value, so 0.915 including the level of relations "very strong". This showed that there was a very strong relationship between the Islamic economic competences with the decision to transact in Islamic banks.
