Abstract

Development of awareness of the importance of the environment is a journey that must be pioneered for the sake of the survival of the next generation so that it is not threatened due to irresponsible human behavior today. Environmental education aims at introducing various values ​​and explaining concepts to develop the ability of attitudes and skills needed to understand and appreciate the mutual relations between humans, culture, and the biophysical environment. This analysis was developed as an effort to further explore the development of environmental awareness in Islamic education. The development of environmental awareness can be implemented through religious values ​​with an environmental perspective in Islamic educational institutions. The religious climate in the environment in Islamic educational institutions can be realized through approaches: 1) the creation of a religious education environment, 2) the realization of worship facilities, 3) the realization of the learning method by using the approach of religious values ​​in every learning, especially religious values ​​with an environmental perspective 4 ) the realization of the example of educators who have noble morals in particular having a concern for the environment.

Abstract

This study analyzed the emotional intelligence (EQ) that occurred in the branch of Bank Muamalat Tasikmalaya associated with the behavior and performance of employees serving customers, with the number of respondents reached 68 people. The test is done by using simple linear regression with devenden variable (Y1) serving and Behavior (Y2) performance, where the indevendent variable (X) is emotional intelligence (EQ) in self-awareness identification, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skill. From the result of research found that emotional intelligence (EQ) have significant effect to service behavior 48,5% and influence to employee performance equal to 39,7% significantly. The influence of t count value from 7,886 to model the influence of emotional intelligence on the service behavior and t count 6,587 to model the influence of emotional intelligence on performance and tested at α = 5% and prove the independent variable which influenced on the dependent variable, while regression analysis showed as 10,257 constants the results for the behavioral model of the influence of emotional intelligence function, and the constant of 9,553 for the model of the influence of emotional intelligence on performance, the results of this test explains that emotional intelligence (EQ) in employee roles improves the behavior and performance of Bank employees serving the branch Muamalat Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Employee performance is always a problem for every organization. Private and government organizations are trying to improve the performance of their human resources. This study aims to analyze the urgency of providing additional income to satisfaction and performance. The research method is used quantitatively by collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 354 ASNs in the Banjar city government. It was further analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the study found that providing additional income for ASNs can improve satisfaction and performance. ASN becomes satisfied with the receipt of additional income so that it can improve its performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the problems of using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) towards teachers’ performance in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi Tasikmalaya. Due to the lack of expertise in using ITC, and the use of foreign languages that did not understand that system, so the teachers should have to carry out training, perseverance and discipline by using that ICT. The aim of the research is to determine how to due the application of information and communication technology can be impact to the teacher’s performance with the use of application of ICT in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study were 68 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi. The sample was selected by using saturated sample method. The instrument of this research were taken interview, observation and questionnaire. The research instrument was tested by means of validity and reliability test. The results of this study indicated that the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi is in poor classification, teachers’ performance in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi is in good classification, and there is a significant relationship between the Application of ICT to Teachers’ Performance in SMA 1 Ciawi.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan di Indonesia sangat rendah berdasarkan data Best Educational Systems-2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepribadian, nilai pemimpin, regulatory focus dan servant leadership terhadap mutu Pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan secara kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh kepala sekolah dasar di Kota Tasikmlaya. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara proporsional random sampling sebanyak 447 kepala sekolah. Analisis Data menggunakan SEM PLS untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kepribadian kepala sekolah, nilai individunya dan regulatory fokus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu Pendidikan. Servant Leadership juga menguatkan pengaruh Kepribadian kepala sekolah, nilai individunya dan regulatory fokus terhadap mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have great potential to contribute to economic growth and job creation in various countries. In the ever-growing digital era, marketing innovation is the key to increasing the visibility and competitiveness of MSMEs. However, legal aspects in marketing innovation are often neglected, causing legal risks that can endanger the sustainability of MSME businesses. Through a community service approach, we can provide training and resources to MSMEs to help them understand and comply with relevant legal regulations. We also cover various legal aspects in marketing innovation, including copyright, trademarks, data privacy and taxation. With a better understanding of legality, MSMEs can develop marketing strategies that comply with the law, reduce risks, and create a strong foundation for their business growth. By collaborating, we can create an environment that supports legally responsible marketing innovation for MSMEs. Finally, increasing legality awareness in marketing innovation is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs, support local economic growth, and provide a sustainable contribution to society and the economy.

Abstract

Village governance involves various important aspects, including planning, policy setting, implementation, organisation and financing. One of the main elements in the planning and implementation aspects is education, which plays a significant role in facilitating village officials in formulating and implementing policies. Adequate education allows village officials to conduct more thorough analyses and planning, so that they can design more efficient policies. Particularly in the management of village funds, education on government administration and village management is essential to improve the capacity of village officials to manage funds effectively. In 2018, the average village fund allocation reached IDR 800.4 million per village, which increased to IDR 933.9 million in 2019, and IDR 960.6 million in 2020. The autonomous management system of village funds gives villages full control over the use of these funds, which requires good managerial knowledge and skills. Education also plays a role in raising villagers' awareness of their rights and obligations, which encourages active participation in development and public services. With good education, village officials can improve the quality of public services that are more efficient and responsive. In addition, motivation and education have a close relationship in influencing the performance of village officials, because with higher education, they will be more competent and ready to carry out their duties. Adequate education will improve the managerial and technical skills of village officials, which are essential to achieve the performance standards expected by the community and village government, thus improving the quality of public services and development in the village.

Abstract

Desa Sukamahi memiliki potensi ekonomi kreatif yang besar namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan strategi digital marketing guna memperluas jangkauan pasar produk lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan usaha, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam penggunaan media sosial dan e-commerce, serta tumbuhnya semangat kewirausahaan lokal. Namun, keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital masih menjadi tantangan. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi lintas sektor diperlukan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Untuk mengetahui peluang, ancaman, kekuatan, dan kelemahan yang memengaruhi Hidroponik Al-Falah pada saat pandemi Covid-19. 2) Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh Hidroponik Al-Falah pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik penetuan sampel, purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer (observasi dan wawancara) dan data sekunder (dokumentasi dan studi keperpustakaan). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Peluang yang dimiliki yaitu jaringan pemasaran yang luas, pengaruh positif tren kesehatan di masa pandemi covid-19, pandangan masyarakat terhadap metode hidroponik, loyalitas pelanggan. Adapun ancaman yang dimiliki antara lain munculnya pesaing produsen sayur hidroponik, kondisi perekonomian yang tidak stabil dimasa pandemi covid-19, permintaan yang tidak stabil pada masa pandemi covid-19, cuaca yang tidak menentu. Sedangkan kekuatan yang dimiliki adalah produk memiliki kualitas yang baik, harga terjangkau dan stabil mendukung masyarakat untuk konsumsi sayur pada masa pandemi covid-19, lokasi yang strategis, segmentasi pasar yang tepat, ketersediaan sayur yang stabil dan memenuhi permintaan sayuran hidroponik pada masa pandemi covid-19, volume produksi yang sudah optimal dan kelemahan yang dimiliki seperti harga bahan baku di Kota Singkawang cukup tinggi, promosi perlu lebih dikembangkan, variasi produk sayuran hidroponik yang kurang beragam membuat pelanggan dan konsumen tidak banyak pilihan. 2) Berdasarkan hasil analisa matriks SWOT terhadap faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor ekternal (peluang dan ancaman) Hidroponik Al-Falah diperoleh sembilan alternatif strategi terdiri dari strategi S-O, strategi W-O, strategi S-T dan strategi W-T yang dapat diterapkan oleh Hidroponik Al-Falah pada saat pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Human resource management plays a crucial role in improving service performance at the village level. Sindangmukti Village, Panumbangan District, Ciamis Regency, has considerable human resource potential; however, its management has not yet been fully implemented based on systematic human resource management principles. Several challenges are identified, including unclear division of tasks and responsibilities, weak work coordination, and low levels of discipline and accountability among village officials and activity implementers. This community service activity aims to optimize human resource management to support the improvement of service performance in Sindangmukti Village. The methods employed include human resource needs assessment, human resource management training, mentoring in the implementation of work systems, and evaluation of service performance. The expected outcomes of this activity are improved understanding and skills of village human resources in managing their duties, enhanced service performance, and the establishment of more effective and sustainable village governance.
