Abstract

Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bekal makanan yang kurang bergizi yang dibawa anak ke sekolah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor pemilihan makanan sehat pada anak di TK Kristen GMIT Koinonia Kupang, NTT dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan purposive sampling yang terdiri dari empat anak dan orangtua anak yang bersekolah di TK Kristen GMIT Koinonia Kupang, NTT. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor dalam pemilihan makanan sehat pada anak yaitu pendapatan orangtua, jumlah anggota keluarga dan pekerjaan orangtua. Selain tiga faktor tersebut, ada faktor lain yang juga ditemukan selama pengambilan data yaitu anak yang susah makan dan sering pilih-pilih makanan tertentu, serta tingkat kesabaran dan kreativitas orangtua dalam menyediakan makanan yang sehat tapi menarik untuk anak.

Abstract

The freedom to learning curriculum is a catalyst for transformation and acceleration efforts in improving the quality of early childhood education. The concept of independent learning and independent play is the design of learning activities that are able to develop the child's development phase as a whole. However, in reality school principals and teachers still experience difficulties in implementing the independent curriculum in the phonation phase (PAUD). This workshop activity was carried out for all partners in the East Sumba and Central Sumba district drive school programs, totaling 6 units. This workshop activity aims to train principals and teachers regarding the flow of implementing the independent learning curriculum. Through workshop activities, the entire ecosystem is able to understand the curriculum, both substance and technique. The method used in this workshop is through a preliminary study, method identification stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The independent learning curriculum contains learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (CP), learning objectives flow (ATP) and teaching models. Through this workshop activity, the entire ecosystem of partner schools for the driving school program is able to understand and implement it in learning activities.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic requires teachers to be sensitive and flexible in responding to any regulations issued by the government, especially regarding learning activities. All this is done to maintain and improve the quality of learning in the country. After the issuance of the Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTM) regulations, TK St. Maria Assumpta is enthusiastic and sees this as an opportunity to improve the quality of learning in their school. In this study, the researcher wanted to see how the professional learning practices of TK St. Kindergarten teachers were. Maria Assumpta during this pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with the collection technique using observation and interviews.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out an overview of the role of teachers in training the independence of children aged 5-6 years during learning from home at Siloam Kota Baru Christian Kindergarten Kupang. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis used through steps in the form of data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusion. The findings of this study are that the role of teachers in training children's independence by providing facilities to children, motivating children in forming child independence, making learning resources for children and observing all children's activities. The conclusion of this study is that learning strategies in schools carried out by teachers or educators have a great influence in increasing early childhood independence, therefore good teachers should need to increase their creativity in better learning strategies. This study provides input for the next researchers to conduct follow-up research on increasing independence that is more appropriate for children through certain learning strategies.
