Abstract

The level of stress in postpartum mothers is influenced by several factors including psychosocial factors of the mother during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychosocial factors of mothers during pregnancy with postpartum blues events. Correlational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was all postpartum mothers at Arga Husada Hospital, Kediri Regency, which amounted to 19 respondents. Total sampling technique. Sample of all postpartum mothers at Arga Husada Hospital, Kediri Regency in 2022. The statistical test used is a proportion difference test using chi-square. Based on the table, the statistical value of chi-square is 2.809 with a significance of 0.245. Based on the table, the statistical value of chi-square was obtained at 0.386 with a significance of 0.824. Based on the table, the statistical value of chi-square was obtained at 0.686 with a significance of 0.407. Based on the table, the statistical value of chi-square was obtained at 0.853 with a significance of 0.356. Based on the table, the statistical value of chi-square was obtained at 0.672 with a significance of 0.412.  Based on the statistical test table, there is no significant relationship between the age of the number of pregnancies, occupations, and education with EPDS conditions
Efficiency of Fornas Drug Procurement via E-Catalogue: Comparative Analysis of Price and Stock Availability Before and After Mandate Siswi Wulandari; Bram Mustiko Utomo

Abstract

This study evaluates the efficiency of National Formulary (Fornas) drug procurement via Indonesia’s mandatory E-Catalogue system by comparing drug prices and stock availability before and after its adoption. Using a retrospective quantitative design and Dual-Weighted Analysis (incorporating linear regression), this study analyzed 60 essential Fornas drugs using official LKPP pricing data and aggregated healthcare stock reports. Results conclusively show a significant 18.13% price reduction and price standardization post-implementation (p < 0.001), demonstrating strong financial efficiency. However, logistical efficiency remains unproven; aggregate stock availability increased only marginally by 2.7% (p=0.053), with a notable decline observed for high-cost vital drugs (Stratum A). The Simple Linear Regression analysis further reveals no statistically significant correlation between the realized price reduction and improvements in stock reliability (R = -0.15, p = 0.254). Findings highlight that while the E-Catalogue effectively serves as a cost brake, it does not yet ensure reliable supply for critical medicines, pointing to a fundamental dissociation between financial and logistical efficiency. Policy recommendations include revising pricing mechanisms for vital drugs, enhancing logistical monitoring, and strengthening demand planning capabilities. This research provides critical insights for policymakers and contributes to the evaluation of public pharmaceutical procurement policy beyond sole cost metrics.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengalaman persalinan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam asuhan kebidanan karena dapat memengaruhi adaptasi psikologis ibu pada masa nifas, termasuk pembentukan bonding attachment ibu dan bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengalaman persalinan dengan bonding attachment ibu dan bayi pada masa nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sukorame, Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 ibu nifas yang diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober–November 2025 menggunakan kuesioner karakteristik responden, Birth Satisfaction Scale-Revised (BSS-R) untuk mengukur pengalaman persalinan, dan Mother-Infant Bonding Scale (MIBS) untuk mengukur bonding attachment ibu dan bayi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengalaman persalinan positif dan bonding attachment yang baik. Ibu dengan pengalaman persalinan positif cenderung memiliki bonding attachment yang lebih baik dibandingkan ibu dengan pengalaman persalinan negatif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman persalinan berhubungan dengan kualitas ikatan emosional awal antara ibu dan bayi pada masa nifas. Oleh karena itu, asuhan persalinan yang berpusat pada perempuan perlu diperkuat untuk mendukung pengalaman persalinan yang positif dan pembentukan bonding attachment yang optimal.   Kata kunci : pengalaman persalinan, bonding attachment, ibu nifas.
