Abstract

The distribution network is an integral part of electricity distribution, both technically and non-technically, which is very vulnerable to disturbances. This disturbance should be resolved as soon as possible so that it does not interfere with the performance of the electricity distribution and also damage the distribution transformer. In overcoming this disturbance, it can be done by using a safety device and a voltage breaker in each load area. The protection system in the distribution network must work quickly and immediately isolate abnormal conditions to prevent further damage and minimize blackouts. This disturbance should be resolved as soon as possible so that it does not interfere with the performance of the electricity distribution and also damage the distribution transformer. . The effects of this disturbance are changed in voltage, current, temperature, and gas levels in the distribution transformer. So we need a tool that can monitor the condition of the transformer. NodeMCU ESP8266 is a microcontroller that can connect to the internet network, which is used as the central control. The PZEEM-004T sensor is applied as a current and voltage reader. For gas measurement, the MQ-4 sensor is used to measure CH4 gas levels; the MQ-7 sensor is used to measure CO gas levels, and the MQ-8 sensor is used to measure H2 gas levels. The test results found that due to the unbalanced load conditions, there was an increase in temperature in the transformer, which resulted in changes in gas levels. Where from the test, it was found that the lowest gas content was CH4 reaching 113 PPM, CO went 21PPM, and H2 reaching 158PPM.

Abstract

The Malikussaleh University Academic Portal is a web-based information system used to support various academic services, such as filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS), accessing the Study Result Card (KHS), class schedules, and other academic administrative information. However, several obstacles are still encountered in its use, such as less than optimal access speed, an interface that is not fully responsive, and navigation that is considered less intuitive by users. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the Malikussaleh University Academic Portal using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and distribution of SUS questionnaires to 50 active Malikussaleh University students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed based on the SUS calculation procedure which produces a usability score in the range of 0–100. The results showed that the Malikussaleh University Academic Portal obtained an average SUS score of 74.5. Based on the SUS interpretation, this value is included in the Good category, is on the Grade Scale B, and is included in the Acceptability Range Acceptable. These results indicate that the academic portal has a good level of usability and is acceptable to users. However, several aspects still need improvement, particularly system access speed, responsiveness on mobile devices, and simplified interface navigation. This research is expected to provide evaluation material for system administrators in improving the quality of digital-based academic services at Malikussaleh University.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has accelerated the transformation of banking services into digital-based systems, one of which is mobile banking (Mbanking). This service enables users to conduct financial transactions efficiently without physical interaction with bank offices. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on the intention to use Mbanking among digital native generations using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire. The population consists of Generation Z and Millennials in Banda Aceh who use Mbanking services, with a total sample of 70 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use Mbanking. In addition, perceived risk also shows a significant influence, indicating that security and trust are crucial factors in adopting digital banking services. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect the intention to use Mbanking. These findings suggest that improving service benefits, ease of use, and system security can enhance users’ interest and sustained use of Mbanking, particularly among digital native groups.
