Abstract

The high number of work accidents in Indonesia, especially in the construction sector, makes the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) very important. Behavior that ignores Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is the biggest contributor to the high number of work accidents, therefore it is deemed necessary to manage OSH systematically and comprehensively in a complete management system as an effort to prevent work accidents. The SMKK assessment in the Renovation and Expansion Project of the Class 1A Sungguminasa District Court office building aims to find out how much the implementation level of the SMKK is implemented starting from the Planning, Implementation and Maintenance Stages, what factors influence the fulfillment of the implementation of the SMKK and then provide a response as an effort to carry out corrective action/improvement. The implementation of SMKK in the Renovation and Expansion Project for the Office Building of the Class 1A Sungguminasa District Court is expected to comply with and refer to the applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

Inadequate Work Safety Standards and the still high number of work accidents in Indonesia, are evidence of weak attention to the importance of K3 aspects in a construction work. This is motivated by the discrepancy between the understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) knowledge and the application of construction worker behavior, especially in the Makassar City Pioneer Road and Bridge Preservation Project. The assumption of the use of tribute safety which is always underestimated is the cause of the above problems, so it requires direction and guidance on mechanisms, management systems and risks borne by the importance of Occupational Safety and Health. The research method used is regression and correlation analysis, where the regression equation describes the functional relationship to the variables studied. The results showed that there was a high positive correlation relationship between K3 knowledge and work behavior with a correlation value of 0.608 with a range of interpretation of the value coefficient between 0.600 – 0.799. As well as the coefficient of determination (Adjusted r square) of 0.366 or 33.6% of the variables reviewed, which means that 66.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Penyusunan Design dan RAB adalah salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi pekerjaan masyarakat, Tujuannya agar masyarakat nilai estimasi biaya yang harus disediakan untuk pelaksanaan sebuah kegiatan proyek. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di desa Sanrobone, dimana desa Sanrobone adalah salah satu desa yang ada di kecamatan Sanrobome, kabupaten Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan. Berdasarkan analisis situasi pada lokasi pengabdian, maka ditentukan persoalan prioritas mitra yaitu minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mendesign RAB. Hal ini akan berdampak pada kehidupan sehari-hari mayarakat serta pada wisatawan yang biasa mengunjungi desa tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka perlu direncanakan pelatihan kepada masyarakat terkait dalam mendesign dan pembuatan RAB di wilayah tersebut. Dengan cara memanfatkan sumber mata air dan eksisting tersebut. Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) merupakan perhitungan banyaknya biaya yang diperlukan untuk bahan dan upah, serta biaya-biaya lain yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara terprogram yang akan dilakukan secara bertahap dimulai dengan tahapan interaksi dengan mitra, persiapan, pemeriksaan, perancangan, hingga tahapan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam membuat design taman setelah mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan design taman kantor desa dengan bobot persentase 68.1% yang menilai cukup memahami proses pembuatan taman, 22.8% yang sangat memahami serta 9.1% ang masih kurang memahami proses pembuatan taman berbasis autocad dan design RAB.

Abstract

A project is said to be successful if the project is able to be completed at a competitive cost, can be completed on time or even faster than the scheduled time, and with the achievement of quality. For this reason, a reliable project manager is needed, who knows what his duties are as a project leader and has the required competency requirements. The competence of a project manager can be measured in three ways, namely knowledge or knowledge, skills or expertise and attitude or attitude. The results of the Pearson Correlation analysis show that of the eleven independent variables, only six are correlated with project success, including Communication and Scope Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Project Management, Professionalism and Management Issues, Responsibilities, Dreams and Priorities. Simultaneously these six independent variables have a significant influence on the project success variable. This is evidenced from the results of the F test or multiple correlation test which shows that the value of Sig. 0.032 < 0.050. So it can be said that the competence of the project manager has a significant influence on the success of the project. The influence of a project manager's competence on the success of the project can be said to be not too large, this is evidenced in the Model Summaryb table, by looking at the Adjusted R Square value of 0.080. The six independent variables only have an effect of 8% on the variation (up and down) of project success, and for 92% it is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

risk management from the start of a project to its completion, starting from actively identifying risks, then assessing the levels of these risks so that management priorities are obtained, and determining the handling steps so that risks can be minimized as much as possible. This study aims to (1) identify risks during the construction of the Sp.Perdau – Plb Road Reconstruction project. Ronggang (Sangkulirang), (2) Analyzing the most dominant risks that occur in the Sp. Road Reconstruction project. Perdau – Plb. Ronggang (Sangkulirang) in order to improve project quality performance and (3) Knowing the risk response of the most dominant risks that occur in the Sp. Road Reconstruction project. Perdau – Plb. Ronggang (Sangkulirang). The results showed that (1) 53 out of 95 risk variables occurred in the construction of the sp. reconstruction Preservation project. Perdau-ma. Lembak-port of carang (sangkulirang), (2) the dominant risk in this project is to use the Probablity x Impact table on both cost and time. From this analysis, it was found that 9 risk variables occurred and had a significant impact on costs

Abstract

Kesuksesan proyek atau berhasilnya suatu proyek adalah satu hal yang diharapkan bisa tercapai, memperhitungkan semua persyaratan proyek dan memiliki sumber daya yang cukup agar semua kebutuhan tercukupi. Setiap proyek mempunyai tujuan untuk dicapai dan menggunakan tujuan tersebut sebagai acuan untuk mengukur kinerja, maka dibutuhkan seorang project manager yang handal dalam memimpin proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan kompetensi seorang manajer proyek atas dasar beberapa aspek, diantaranya pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan survei dan menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah individu yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang konstruksi bangunan dan bertindak sebagai manajer proyek. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut terbentuk dalam 11 faktor, hasil pengujian korelasi Pearso menunjukkan bahwa hanya ada 6 faktor yang terkait dengan keberhasilan proyek antara lain: Manajemen Komunikasi dan Lingkup, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang merupakan bagian dari pengetahuan; Kepemimpinan dan manajemen proyek, profesionalisme dan masalah manajemen sebagai bagian dari keterampilan; dan sikap tentang prioritas, dan tanggung jawab. Dari enam faktor tersebut menjadi variabel bebas dari analisis regresi linier berganda.
