Abstract

ABSTRAK Stunting adalah kejadian balita pendek yang disebabkan gangguan pada tumbuh kembang anak akibat gizi buruk. Kabupaten Kampar menempati posisi keempat tertinggi kasus stunting di Provinsi Riau. Desa Koto Perambahan tempat pelaksanaan program kerja KUKERTA merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Kampar. Pelaksanaan program kerja KUKERTA untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu – ibu mengenai pentingnya gizi pada balita sebagai bentuk pencegahan stunting. Pelaksanaan program kerja KUKERTA  dilakukan pada selasa, 09 Agustus 2022 pukul 09.00 – 12.00 wib di Posyandu Mawar Desa Koto Perambahan Kecamatan Kampa Kabupaten Kampar.  Tahapan yang dilakukan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tahap pengamatan, persiapan, pelaksanaan serta tahap penilaian. Pelaksanaan program kerja  KUKERTA, edukasi dan skrining (pemeriksaan) stunting di Posyandu Mawar Desa Koto Perambahan berjalan dengan baik. Pemeriksaan stunting yang dilakukan pada 23 orang bayi dan balita di posyandu Mawar Desa Koto Perambahan.  Terdapat 39,13 % atau 9 bayi dan balita yang terdiagnosis stunting. Sedangkan ada 52,17 % atau 14 bayi dan balita dinyatakan tidak stunting. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 52,17 % memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai stunting sedangkan 47,82 % memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang baik mengenai stunting. Kesimpulan kegiatan program kerja KUKERTA berjalan dengan baik dan dari hasil pemeriksaan terdapat 39,13 % bayi dan balita yang terdiagnosis stunting. Kata kunci: Stunting, Edukasi, Pemeriksaan ABSTRACT Stunting is the incidence of short toddlers caused by disturbances in the growth and development of children due to malnutrition. Kampar Regency occupies the fourth position with the highest number of stunting cases in Riau Province. Koto Perambahan Village where the KUKERTA work program is implemented is one of the villages in Kampar Regency. Implementation of the KUKERTA work program to increase knowledge and understanding of mothers regarding the importance of nutrition in toddlers as a form of stunting prevention. The implementation of the KUKERTA work program was carried out on Tuesday, 09 August 2022 at 09.00 – 12.00 WIB at Posyandu Mawar, Koto Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The stages carried out for the implementation of activities are the observation, preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The implementation of the KUKERTA work program, education and screening (examination) for stunting at Posyandu Mawar in Koto Perambuhan Village is going well. A stunting examination was carried out on 23 infants and toddlers at the Mawar Posyandu in Koto Perambuhan Village. There were 39.13% or 9 babies and toddlers diagnosed with stunting. Meanwhile, 52.17% or 14 infants and toddlers were declared not stunted. From the research results it was found that 52.17% had good knowledge about stunting while 47.82% had poor knowledge about stunting. The conclusion of the KUKERTA work program activities is going well and from the results of the examination there are 39.13% of infants and toddlers diagnosed with stunting. Keywords : Stunting, Education, Screening

Abstract

The development of independence in preschool children (3-6 years) cannot be separated from the role of the family, especially the mother. One of the factors that influence a child's independence is the mother's age, mother's education, mother's occupation, mother's religion and mother's ethnicity. Therefore, this study aims to identify the relationship between maternal stimulation and the development of independence in preschool-aged children. The design of this research is descriptive correlational, the data collection tool is using the Pre-Screening Questionnaire (KPSP), data analysis is univariate and bivariate analysis, the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The population in this study were all mothers who had preschool age children in Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. The total sample in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the research were 55 mothers (55%) who received stimulation in the good category and 68 children (68%) who received stimulation in the appropriate category. The chi-square test results obtained p value (0.000) α (0.05), which means that H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal stimulation and the development of independence in preschool children.
