Abstract

The academic data processing system at ITSNU Pekalongan is not yet efficient, where activity recording is still carried out in the bookkeeping. This has the potential to cause data to be scattered and the preparation of management reports to take a long time. This study aims to design a UI (User Interface) and UI (User Experience) information system model for managing academic data at ITSNU Pekalongan. System development uses the Extreme Programming approach, where information collection is carried out by observation and question and answer. The results of research conducted at ITSNU Pekalongan concluded that with the construction of this system, it can help officers from BAAK, BAU and LPPM or LPM in managing academic data and information quickly, and can reduce errors in recording and conveying information. From testing the system, the reliability level was obtained with 65 respondents and the percentage proved 100%, which indicated that 65 respondents were suitable and there were no respondents who entered the Excluded type.Keywords: Academic information system; Extreme Programming; User Experience, User Interface AbstrakSistem pengolahan data akademik di ITSNU Pekalongan belum efisien, dimana pencatatan Kegiatan masih dilakukan dalam pembukuan. Hal ini berpotensi menyebabkan tercecernya data serta pembuatan laporan-laporan manajemen menjadi lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain model UI (User Interface) dan UI (User Experience) sistem informasi untuk mengelola data akademik di ITSNU Pekalongan. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Extreme Programming, dimana pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan serta tanya jawab. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di ITSNU Pekalongan menyimpulkan bahwa dengan dibangunnya sistem ini, dapat membantu petugas bagian BAAK, BAU serta LPPM ataupun LPM dalam mengelola data dan Informasi akademik secara cepat, serta dapat mengurangi kekeliruan dalam pencatatan dan penyampaian informasi. Dari pengujian sistem diperoleh tingkat reabilitas dengan jumlah responden 65 serta persentase membuktikan 100%, yang menunjukkan kalau 65 responden itu sesuai serta tidak terdapat responden yang masuk ke jenis Exculded.Kata kunci: Sistem informasi akademik; Extreme Programming; User Experience, User Interface

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the economies of countries in the world, including Indonesia. The low trade balance, public consumption and the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) have caused business actors to suffer losses and even go out of business, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Assistance to MSMEs has been provided by the government to maintain the functioning of the economy in the micro environment. However, the provision of this assistance needs to be carried out further analysis because there are reports that the assistance is not on target, causing the budget spent to be ineffective. In this research, an analysis will be carried out on the provision of assistance from the government to MSMEs, especially in Pekalongan district, using data mining techniques, especially classification. The algorithms used are K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and C.45 which are then compared to determine the highest level of effectiveness in recommendations for providing MSME assistance in the District. Pekalongan. The data used was 312 MSMEs and after going through the data preprocessing process we got accurate data, namely 279. The data was divided into 2, namely training data of 200 data and testing data of 79 data. The results of this research, the K-NN algorithm obtained an accuracy level of 94.94%, precision 94.73% and recall 94.73%, while the C.45 algorithm obtained an accuracy level of 86.08%, precision 87.21% and recall 88.3%. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of data mining techniques with the K-NN and C4.5 algorithms has a high level of accuracy for recommendations for assistance to MSMEs, however for the best results you can use the K-NN algorithm which has an accuracy level of 94.94%.

Abstract

Pekalongan City is one of the cities where batik grows. Until now, there are thousands of batiks MSMEs spread across many points in Pekalongan. To introduce batik MSMEs to the general public, a WebGIS-based platform is needed as an information center for Pekalongan batik. This research aims to build a website-based Geographic Information System (GIS) using GeoJSON as a platform for mapping the distribution of MSMEs of Batik and a digital batik literacy center in Pekalongan City. The GeoJSON method is used because it has the ability to read population data in only 14.7 seconds, loading geographic data via the GIS REST API usually takes 38.4 seconds, this makes it very suitable for use in web applications. Its simplicity, compatibility and platform independence have contributed to the geospatial community. GeoJSON is a natural fit with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, which makes it easy to use in web application development and integrates with web service APIs. The test scenario results obtained a total score of 85.8 and the System Usability Scale (SUS) test results obtained a total score of 83.5, which places it in the very good category. The SUS rating scale indicates that potential users find this application easy to use. The design of this application based on test results shows a better effect in terms of ease of use, apart from that, potential users generally give positive marks, so it can be concluded that the implementation of WebGIS using the GeoJSON method for visualizing the distribution of Batik MSMEs can be implemented very well.
