Abstract

Assets means of supporting business processes in an agency, one of which is building assets. The asset requires organized systematically and structured management. One of the alternatives in asset management is by using a web-based information system. The research describes the design of asset management information systems owned by PCNU Pekalongan. This web-based asset information system designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system development method uses Waterfall and tested with blackbox testing. Based on the results of blackbox testing, it can be concluded that asset information system has good functionality and has no errors. With this development, it can increase the effectiveness of asset management at PCNU Pekalongan. Keywords— Information System, Web, Asset, Unified Modelling Language

Abstract

Assets are one of the supporting equipment for business processes in a higher education organization. Asset management requires a system that is organized systematically so that the tracing process becomes more effective and efficient. In this case, asset management can be implemented in a web-based information system. The development of web-based asset management information system is carried out using the waterfall method, and for decision making in asset procurement priorities using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The system development process uses the Codeigniter framework based on PHP and MySQL. The result of this development is a web-based asset management information system that is used to optimize asset tracking which is implemented at ITS NU Pekalongan.

Abstract

Fuel Oil (BBM) is a very important commodity for the people of Indonesia. The increase in fuel prices will have an impact on economic instability in Indonesia. Therefore, the government makes a policy by providing Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) to the community to ward off the impact of rising fuel prices. However, there were various responses from the public regarding the provision of BSU on the increase in fuel prices, especially on Twitter social media, some were supportive but some did not agree. This study aims to analyze the sentiments of the Indonesian people on government policies related to the provision of BSU to the increase in fuel prices. The data used are 795 tweets on each keyword BBM and BSU. The data is divided into 2, training data of 263 and 532 for testing data. The method used is classification with Naïve Bayes algorithm. The results of the analysis show that the BBM keyword positive sentiment is 28.2%, and negative sentiment is 71.8%. For BSU keywords, positive sentiment is 65.2% and negative sentiment is 34.8%. At the level of accuracy with this method, the result is 82.64% and the precision is 92.89%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the results of public sentiment towards the Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) received a positive response, while the increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) received a negative response.

Abstract

Implementation of information systems is currently needed in all areas of life such as economics, social, health and education. One of the uses of information systems in the field of education is to assist in managing the schedule of activities at Islamic boarding schools. Some Islamic boarding schools currently still use the manual method of scheduling activities, such as recording in the agenda book and the delivery of activity information still uses the bulletin board. This causes the possibility of redundancies of activities and activity information being delivered late. So an application system was developed to assist in managing scheduling at Islamic boarding schools. The application is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and developed using Kodular tools. The results of the development are then tested using blackbox testing, the results that all menus and features in the application are running according to the performance flow, there are no errors and bugs and according to the needs of the Islamic boarding school. So that the application can be used to assist in managing the scheduling system at Islamic boarding schools effectively and efficiently.

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai target penjualan sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemasaran yang baik. Strategi perusahaan merupakan wujud yang terarah dibidang pemasaran. CV ICON TEKNO berkomitmen untuk memberikan solusi mengenai teknologi serta memberikan dukungan kepada pelanggan yang baik. sistem informasi berbasis web agar perusahaan dapat mengolahnya untuk memasarkan barang sesuai dengan kebutuhan produk konsumen. Integrasi dan koordinasi merupakan elemen penting dalam upaya mensinkronkan proses penjualan perusahaan sehingga bila dilakukan dengan baik, efisiensi biaya tercapai dan menguntungkan perusahaan. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan CV ICON TEKNO dan memberikan sumbangan pemikiran kepada perusahaan agar meningkatkan volume penjualan serta kegiatan pemasarannya. Metodelogi yang digunakan yaitu Waterfall dalam pembuatan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian dengan penerapan system ini akan sangat membantu dalam pengolahan data transaksi penjualan unit motor. System informasi penjualan unit motor memudahkan petugs dalam pengolahan data, pencatatan menjadi lebih efektif, efisien dan laporan yang dihasilkan akan lebih akurat.

Abstract

Sistem informasi tumbuh seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi. Sistem informasi merupakan keberhasilan organisasi dan menuntut komunitas bisnis untuk menjalankan aktivitasnya secara efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui kemampuan bersaing baik secara lokal maupun internasional terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia dan barang atau jasa yang dihasilkan. Dalam era yang serba canggih ini, tidak luput dari sebagian perusahaan mikro yang masih mendata pegawainya secara manual maupun menggunakan sistem komputerisasi sederhana seperti menggunakan aplikasi MS Office Excel. Namun, penyimpanan data kepegawain yang masih dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi MS Office Excel, maka data-data tersebut tidak disimpan dalam database. Metode pengembangan sistem yaitu waterfall. Dengan hasil yang didapatkan Sistem informasi kepegawaian saat ini memiliki fitur dasar untuk mengelola data pegawai, termasuk informasi pribadi. Sistem ini telah memberikan manfaat dalam mengurangi pekerjaan administratif dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data pegawai. Namun, terdapat beberapa kelemahan dalam sistem ini, seperti kurangnya fitur analisis data yang mendalam, integrasi yang terbatas dengan sistem lain, dan kurangnya kemampuan untuk memantau kinerja pegawai secara real-time.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the economies of countries in the world, including Indonesia. The low trade balance, public consumption and the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) have caused business actors to suffer losses and even go out of business, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Assistance to MSMEs has been provided by the government to maintain the functioning of the economy in the micro environment. However, the provision of this assistance needs to be carried out further analysis because there are reports that the assistance is not on target, causing the budget spent to be ineffective. In this research, an analysis will be carried out on the provision of assistance from the government to MSMEs, especially in Pekalongan district, using data mining techniques, especially classification. The algorithms used are K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and C.45 which are then compared to determine the highest level of effectiveness in recommendations for providing MSME assistance in the District. Pekalongan. The data used was 312 MSMEs and after going through the data preprocessing process we got accurate data, namely 279. The data was divided into 2, namely training data of 200 data and testing data of 79 data. The results of this research, the K-NN algorithm obtained an accuracy level of 94.94%, precision 94.73% and recall 94.73%, while the C.45 algorithm obtained an accuracy level of 86.08%, precision 87.21% and recall 88.3%. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of data mining techniques with the K-NN and C4.5 algorithms has a high level of accuracy for recommendations for assistance to MSMEs, however for the best results you can use the K-NN algorithm which has an accuracy level of 94.94%.

Abstract

Distro Sextor merupakan industri di bidang pakaian dan fashion yang mengalami penurunan penjualan karena perlambatan ekonomi daerah serta masih belum pulihnya dari dampak pandemi. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan penjualan berbasis teknologi informasi. Penggunaan data mining dengan teknik clustering dan association rule dapat digunakan sebagai analisis penjualan produk di Distro Sextor dengan menemukan pola-pola yang terkait pada transaksi penjualan. Algoritma pada teknik clustering yang digunakan yaitu K-Means dan hasilnya terdapat 5 cluster yaitu 0,1,2,3,4. Cluster yang dipilih adalah cluster 0 karena memiliki jumlah transaksi terbanyak dengan kategori produk yang harganya lebih murah dan jenis produk yang paling sering terjual yaitu kaos, celana pendek, celana panjang, dan lainnya. Analisis ini dilanjutkan dengan teknik association rule yang menggunakan algoritma Apriori untuk menentukan keterkaitan antar produk pada transaksi. Hasilnya terdapat 5 rule dan 7 produk yang dapat direkomendasikan sebagai media promosi yaitu SE130, SE111, SE128, SE126, SE04, SE40, dan SE11.
