Abstract

Membaca merupakan sebuah  aktifitas yang sangat baik untuk mendukung perkembangan seseorang dalam memahami sesuatu.  Dengan membaca akan memubuka jendela dunia. Membaca menambah wawasan dan khasanah pengetahuan. Menumbuhkan minat atau kegemaran dalam membaca diperlukan cara atau metode dan media dalam merealisasikannya. Cerita dan dongeng adalah hal pertama yang menarik bagi anak-anak khususnya di Taman Kanak-kanak (TK)  untuk dibaca atau di bacakan (diperdengarkan). Para pendidik harus cerdas dan pandai dalam memilih  tema-tema  yang akan dibaca. Proses belajar membaca akan telaksana dengan baik bila media yang diguanakan menarik.  Guru bisa menggunakan media diantaranya; cerita bergambar, dongeng-dongeng  yang mengandung nilai moral, kisah-kisah yang menarik dan memberi kesan gembira dan bahagia.   Membangkitkan kegemaran membaca perlu tindakan nyata dan didukung oleh lingkungan yang kondusif.   Kata kunci : membaca, cerita dan dongeng, Taman Kanak-kanak. Abstract Reading is a good aktifity for improving human understanding of a thing.  Reading routine will explore the world. Reading also will be become a insight of knowledge. To supply encourage the interest and delightful are needed a good media and method for its realization. Story and fable are the first  point thing which are interested in kindegarden students. These stories will be read by the teacher. Teachers should choose the good theme wisely. The process of reading will be run well if it uses the interesting media. Teachers are also can be used the media  such as like illustration story, picture stories, stories which is contain good moral value and give a lovely impressive ending, and others.  To build a motivation reading for students is supported by a conducive enviorenment. Abstract

This study aimed at finding out The Travel Staff English Communication problem A Survey At Look Lombok Tour & Travel 2021. The writer took one group tour of the population (group tour A with 22 guest) as the sample of this study. The data of the study were obtained from the observation, questionnaire, and interview and were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative method. The results showed that: 1) There were four kinds of communication failure in speaking office at Look Lombok Tour And Travel, Failure to convey the message correctly, with the occurrence was 22.7%; Failure to react to the message (40.9%); Failure to control the communication (18.1%); and Failure to understand the purpose of the message (18.1%); 2) There were two factors accounting for the causes of communication failure in the Speaking. They are internal factors, which consist of lack of self confidence, mental exhaustion, less of background knowledge, lack of vocal/voice control, and less of body movement and facial expression; and external factors that is including the factors on inattentive listener, uncomfortable environment, and lack of opportunity.
