Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Christian leader competence on the effectiveness of the ministry of the Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia Daerah Melawi Hilir Kalimanatan Barat. This research is motivated by the existence of leaders who have served in the Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia Daerah Melawi Hilir Kalimantan Barat, but do not yet have the competence as Christian leaders. This study uses quantitative methods with 60 respondents as research subjects. The data collection technique was carried out using an experiment to examine the cause and effect relationship. The data for each variable were analyzed using the frequency distribution of the data scores and continued with linearity test analysis. Before analyzing multiple linear regression with SPSS, normality test analysis was performed; The normality test was conducted to test whether the data obtained came from samples that were normally distributed. The results of this study prove that it turns out that the influence of Christian Leaders' Competency in the Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia Daerah Melawi Hilir Kalimantan Barat is at a high level and tends to be very high. The competence of Christian leaders strongly influences the effectiveness of services at the Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia Daerah Melawi Hilir Kalimantan Barat.

Abstract

The idea conveyed by the government related to independent learning and independent campus, the aim is to answer and keep up with the times. This was initiated by the state so that students have skills and excellence in the world of work. Independent learning and independent campus also need to be applied within the scope of the Theological College, because theological students are part of what is expected to be skilled and skilled in keeping up with the times. That is the basis for which this paper is written. Using the qualitative method of literature approach, then this article asks the main question? The findings in this article MBKM can be started from a paradigm shift, and the implementation of education policies to become more autonomous with an innovative learning culture. The more skilled the students, the wider the service power that will be carried out.  Abstrak Gagasan yang disampaikan oleh pemerintah terkait merdeka belajar dan kampus merdeka, tujuannya untuk menjawab dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Hal ini digagas oleh negara  agar mahasiswa memiliki skil dan keunggulan dalam dunia kerja. Merdeka belajar dan kampus merdeka ini juga perlu diterapkan dalam lingkup Sekolah Tinggi Teologi, sebab mahasiswa teologi merupakan bagian yang diharapkan untuk terampil dan penuh skil dalam mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Hal itulah yang menjadi dasariah tulisan ini ditulis. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan kepustakaan, maka artikel ini mengajukan pertanyaan utama. Bagaimana membangun dan menerapkan merdeka belajr dan kampus merdeka dalam lingkup Sekolah Tinggi Teologi? Hasil temuan pada artikel ini MBKM dapat dimulai dari perubahan paradigma, dan pelaksaan kebijakan pendidikan agar menjadi lebih otonom dengan kultur pembelajaran inovatif. Dengan semakin terampil mahasiwa, maka semakin luas daya pelayanan yang akan dilakukan. Kata Kunci: Merdeka Belajar, Mahasiswa, Sekolah Tinggi Teologi

Abstract

The Church's View on Divorce and Polygamy Amidst Various Views of Christian Ethics must be a serious concern so that Divorce and Polygamy can be understood properly and no problems occur in the future. The emergence of various Christian ethical views on divorce and polygamy has advanced Christians to be able to make wise decisions regarding divorce and polygamy that often occur among Christians. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which means the author analyzes data from books or other literature. The results or conclusions of this research are First, Christian marriage is once for a lifetime, second, the Church's Teachings Should be Realistic and Biblical, specifically on Divorce and Polygamy, third, the longevity of marriage is a big and new challenge for all couples, and fourth, Marriage in Christian teachings is a Christian ceremony that must be respected because God has united and blessed them.AbstrakPadangan Gereja tentang perceraian hidup dan Poligami ditengah berbagai pandangan Etika Kristen harus menjadi perhatian yang serius supaya Perceraian hidup dan Poligami dapat dipahami dengan baik serta tidak terjadi masalah dikemudian hari. Munculnya berbagai pandangan etika Kristen tentang perceraian dan poligami memaju orang Kristen untuk dapat mengambil keputusan yang bijak terhadap perceraian hidup dan Poligami yang sering terjadi di kalangan orang Kristen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang artinya penulis menganalisis data dari buku atau kepustakaan lainya. Sebagai hasil atau kesimpulan dari Penelitian ini adalah pertama, Perkawinan Kristen adalah sekali untuk seumur hidup, kedua, Ajaran Gereja Semestinya Realistis dan Alkitabiah secara khusus terhadap Perceraian dan Poligami, ketiga, lama keberlangsungan penikahan merupakan tantangan besar dan baru untuk semua pasangan, dan keempat, Pernikahan dalam ajaran Kristen merupakan upacara Masehi yang harus dihormati karena Allah yang telah mempersatukan serta memberkatinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pelayanan kontekstual dalam menyampaikan Injil di era digital. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perubahan budaya komunikasi dan interaksi akibat perkembangan teknologi digital yang menuntut gereja hadir secara relevan tanpa kehilangan esensi Injil. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dari berbagai jurnal teologi dan penelitian terkait pelayanan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan kontekstual digital memiliki empat aspek utama: kebutuhan strategi untuk menjangkau generasi digital, landasan teologis yang berakar pada inkarnasi Kristus dan Amanat Agung, peluang pelayanan melalui media sosial dan jejaring daring, serta tantangan berupa banjir informasi, penyederhanaan teologi, kesenjangan teknologi, dan isu etika digital. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi kajian teologis dengan dinamika digital sehingga menghasilkan kerangka pelayanan yang lebih kreatif, relevan, dan transformatif.

Abstract

The digitization of the Bible has marked a pivotal transformation in Christian engagement with the text since the Reformation; however, its theological ramifications remain inadequately explored. The paper is a critical analysis of how computational interfaces, such as the biblical applications to algorithmic study tools, are changing the ontology and hermeneutics of Scripture. Informed by theology, bibliology, media theory, and historical textual analyses, we argue that digital spaces pose a risk to reducing the Bible as a tool of divine interaction to religious information, emphasizing fragmentation over canonical understanding, algorithmic suggestions over ecclesiastical wisdom, and searchability over thoughtful reading. The present paper will analyze case studies of well-known online Bible platforms (YouVersion, Logos, and machine-generated Bible interpretation tools) to show how interface choices (such as isolating verses, hyperlinking structures, and the presence of machine-generated interpretation) reflect certain theological assumptions, which, in most cases, go unchallenged. Such advancements have raised urgent questions about the sacramental character of Scripture, the role of tradition in interpretation, and the nature of revelation in the age of computational mediation. This essay is a critique of technological reductionism and, without lapsing into reactionary technophobia, offers some principles of more authentic digital interaction, such as designs that are contextually sound, reveal algorithmic partiality, and restore contemplative slowness. These considerations complement the discussion at the intersection of digital humanities and theological hermeneutics and provide practical advice on how churches to which the biblical practice turns digital can be guided.
