Abstract

Berdasarkan data Pemerintah salah satu penyumbang angka pengangguran yang besar merupakan alumni pendidikan menengah, termasuk alumni SMK ini. Sehingga melalui Program Tri dharma ini UNPI Cianjur, SMKN 1 Sukanagara, dan Ghippams Academy melakukan Pelatihan dan Uji Kompetensi untuk digitalisasi administrasi perkantoran bagi Alumni yang baru saja dinyatakan lulus dari SMKN 1 Sukanagara, Pengabdian bagi civitas UNPI dan Pelatihan bagi Alumni SMKN 1 Sukanagara ini untuk memberikan softskills tambahan dan memberikan rasa percaya diri pada saat memasuki dunia kerja, bagi SMKN 1 Sukanagara sebagai upaya sekolah dalam memberikan value tambahan pada alumni. Pada pelatihan ini untuk efektifitas dan agar didapatkan hasil yang maksimal pelatihan, diaplikasikanlah metode Pretest dan Post-test untuk mengetahui seberapa baik pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dan tingkat keberhasilan pelatihan, dan diakhir dilakukan Uji Kompetensi (Ujikom) oleh TUK Ghippams Academy untuk mengetahui kesiapan alumni memasuki dunia kerja. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan pada Pretest dari 10 pertanyaan terhadap materi pelatihan tidak ada memperoleh nilai 100% atau benar semua, maksimal nilai yang diperoleh peserta pelatihan hanya 17 jawaban benar, dan hanya 5% dari total peserta pelatihan sebanyak 20 orang. Pada akhir pelatihan dilakukan Post-test untuk mengetahui pemahaman akhir peserta terhadap materi pelatihan dan hasilnya signifikan 90% peserta pelatihan mampu menjawab pertanyaan dengan sempurna nilai 10 atau 100% jawaban benar dan 10% sisanya pun berdasarkan hasil Ujikom Ghippams dinyatakan layak untuk mendapatkan sertifikat (lulus Ujikom). Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini sangat berguna dan penting dilakukan untuk softskills tambahan paraalumni SMKN 1 Sukanagara.

Abstract

The earthquake that rocked Cianjur on November 21 2022 with a magnitude of 5.6 caused around 58,000 residents to be forced to flee. The large number of evacuees and volunteers has caused a pile of garbage at the evacuation site. Seeing this fact, the Faculty of Psychology, Jayabaya University, in collaboration with Putra Indonesia Cianjur University, took the initiative to provide education and training in making eco-brick from used plastic drink bottles. Eco-brick is an easy and inexpensive way to reduce plastic waste that is difficult to decompose. The activity was carried out at MTSN 6 Cianjur on December 28, 2022. From this training, it is hoped that the community will have the ability to utilize waste bottled drinks in goods that have high economic value. Eco-bricks can be used as chairs, tables and even building additives. This activity is also a form of application of environmental psychology as a branch of psychology that studies the interrelationships between individuals and the physical environment, both the natural environment and the human-built environment; set an example and increase public awareness and concern to always maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding environment under any circumstances.

Abstract

In higher education, where it is required to create superior human resources, digitalization is a challenge that must be overcome both administratively and in, terms of learning functions. The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic seems to encourage and force the implementation of digital education, one of the implementations of which is an online learning system. The online learning system should not be an obstacle that discourages the pursuit of knowledge. The academic community of Universitas Putra Indonesia (UNPI) Cianjur in collaboration with the Faculty of Psychology, Jayabaya University is trying to answer all the challenges above in the form of Community Service activities with the Short Class – Influencer Academy program. Through the Short Class – Influencer Academy program. This activity uses the Service-Learning or SL method, which is an activity that involves practical experience, academic learning, and community involvement. Activities will take place from 20 December 2022 to 20 January 2023. From the activities that have been carried out, it is concluded that this activity can not only be carried out for disaster survivors but can become an annual program to prepare advanced students to enter higher education.

Abstract

Making an LPG gas leak detection system, where the detection component uses the MQ-2 gas sensor which is widely produced and widely circulated in the market, where the controller and data processing system uses an Arduino Uno-based microcontroller, besides that this system is also able to convey notifications or information to the user system smartphone, where the system displays high gas data detected by the hardware. In this study, the object of this research is the LPG gas system placed in a residential house, where the system is developed and developed using the extreme programming system development method with the implementation sequence starting from: Analysis and definition, system design, system implementation and testing. While data collection is done by observing and studying the literature, then for system modeling using UML modeling or Unified modeling language using the JAVA programming language. So that in the end an early detection system of LPG gas leaks is produced which is applied to residential homes, the advantages of which are to provide a sense of security for those who use LPG for personal needs.
