Abstract

Meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat akan kebutuhan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru setelah otonomi daerah, membawa dampak industrialisasi yang demikian kuat. Atas dukungan logika itu, maka penelitian ini ditopang oleh metode penelitian yang menggabungkan antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa Setelah otonomi daerah Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru melaksanakan berbagai kebijakan dalam memantapkan iklim investasi bertujuan untuk menarik minat investor agar menanamkan modalnya sebanyak mungkin di Kota Pekanbaru dalam rangka pengembangan sektor industri.

Abstract

In general, what is meant by the Era of Disruption is a period in which massive innovation and change occur. These changes occurred fundamentally, changing various systems and orders to new ways. The characteristic of this era of disruption is that there is a total change that massively changes the behavior of the people, in which these changes tend to be irreversible to normal conditions as before. This research was conducted at the Uwais al Qarni Integrated Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru which is located at Fajar Ujung Street, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted for 1 month. The methodology used in this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of this study show the urgency of the existence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in fortifying the morals of students from the adverse effects of the unstoppable progress of the Disruption Era by making several efforts, including; (1) Instilling the straight values of monotheism, namely monotheism salafussholeh (2) providing an understanding of and the importance of morality, (3) setting a good example for all students (4). strengthening faith by getting closer to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, of course, by diligently praying, praying and also diligently reading the Koran, (5) by providing exemplary stories from the time of the Prophet from Islamic figures who had good morals and worthy of imitation and also imitating the morals that the Prophet had applied in his day.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) How do lecturers in Pancasila and entrepreneurship courses plan religious character education for MI/SDIT prospective teacher students; 2) How can MI/SDIT teacher candidates take advantage of learning religious character education in Pancasila and entrepreneurship courses and develop it so that it is realized in a reel idea in the real world; 3) How do MI/SDIT teacher candidates assess character education in learning Pancasila and entrepreneurship that is very important so that it leaves an imprint in their hearts; 4) How do MI/SDIT teacher candidates realize the value of religious character in entrepreneurship courses through commerce with God. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were PGMI UMRI Pekanbaru teaching staff. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded as follows. 1) Lecturers in the Pancasila and Entrepreneurship courses have planned character education for MI/SDIT teacher candidates properly and internalized in the IQF curriculum and designed according to the indicators in the SNP-PT guidelines. 2) Prospective MI/SDIT teachers who are currently studying at UMRI PGMI follow the implementation of character education properly. 3) MI/SDIT teacher candidates assess character education very well as character improvement in the study program environment.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the role of the principal in improving the quality management of education in Al Rasyid Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The headmaster of Al Rasyid Islamic Elementary School being a main sample in this research. Data collection techniques using the interview, observation and documentation methods. Analysis of research data using reduction techniques, triangulation and conclusions from research data. The results obtained explained that the principal had carried out various efforts and had played a role in improving the quality management of education in Al Rasyid Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru. Efforts made include various important roles in terms of leadership and also madrasah management both for teachers, students, infrastructure and also supporters of other schools. Conclusion in this study is the role of the principal is very important in improving the management of education quality and the role of the principal has been carried out in various roles; As educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators and motivators.

Abstract

Education has an important role in determining the development and self-realization of individuals. Therefore, the teaching and learning process is essentially centered on one issue, namely how teachers implement a classroom management system in an effective teaching and learning process in order to achieve a goal. This study aims to determine the Application of Classroom Management by School Teachers in the Perspective of Structural Functional Theory. The research method used is library research, then analyzed and presented the data findings objectively. The results showed that the application of classroom management in the structural-functional theory was reflected through the role of the group controlled by the classroom teacher. The role of the existing group is expected to meet and satisfy the needs of both teachers and students in the classroom, this will familiarize the needs and interests and bring the expectations of the members closer. Classroom management systems must complement, maintain and improve both individual motivation and the cultural patterns that create and sustain motivation. Abstract

Kehidupan anak ditengah-tengah masyarakat akan berbeda dengan kehidupan mereka disekolah. Pengaruh lingkungan sangat besar dalam pembentukan karakter anak, jika yang dilihatnya dilingkungan sesuatu yang buruk maka hal itu akan berdampak pada prilaku buruk anak, begitu pula sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pola pendidikan orangtua terhadap anak usia sekolah ditengah-tengah masyarakat agar didapat model pendidikan yang bisa dijadikan pilot projek atau memberikan solusi jika yang ditemukan adalah kasus yang berdampak pada prilaku buruk anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menjadikan sumber bacaan dari majalah, buku, artikel atau sumber bacaan lainnya yang dianalisis untuk kemudian dijadikan sumber rujukan dalam mengambil kebijakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua orangtua menerapkan model pendidikan yang baik, pada orangtua yang berpendidikan atau yang bekerja sebagai pendidik, maka dalam kehidupan sehari hari masih tetap melakukan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat, tetapi pada orangtua yang sibuk dengan usaha atau pedagang, kebanyakan mereka lebih sibuk dengan pekerjaannya dan membiarkan anak-anaknya bermain sesukanya sehingga terbentuklah akhlak yang kurang baik.

Abstract

This study explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital learning strategies in enhancing Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in the digital age. Using a qualitative approach and a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, this research examines various AI-powered tools and their integration into Islamic education. The study identifies key benefits such as personalized learning experiences, real-time assessments and feedback, and interactive learning tools that can enhance student engagement and understanding of Islamic teachings. AI-driven platforms, including adaptive learning systems, chatbots, and gamification, were found to provide tailored content and foster an engaging learning environment for diverse learners. However, challenges such as the digital literacy gap among educators and the need for AI tools to align with Islamic values were also highlighted. The study concludes that AI can support teachers in delivering more personalized instruction and expand access to Islamic education, but successful implementation requires overcoming these challenges. Recommendations for future research include exploring the effectiveness of AI in specific Islamic education settings, adapting AI tools to diverse cultural contexts, and investigating the long-term impact of AI on student outcomes in IRE.
