Abstract

The group of housewives who play a role in contributing to the family's economy is the manager of the Dpapahares Café located at Perumnas Bumi Teluk Jambe, Karawang. This group of housewives has been under the guidance of PT Kalbe Farma's Corporate Social Responsibility since 2020. This training has produced various coffee drink products, side dishes, and home-cooked food. So far, Dpapahares Café has generated revenue of around IDR 500,000 on weekdays and IDR 1,000,000 on weekends. Unfortunately, in managing the Café business, the Chairman often faces internal conflicts caused by non-compliance with rules, and schedules, rejection of directions, and others. This problem makes Dpapahares Café not yet provide maximum profit and often experience internal conflicts. Even if the members pursue it seriously, this income can help their family's economy

Abstract

This study is structured to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and digital marketing training on performance. This quantitative approach research conducted with the unit of analysis of the Jasijuka Sejahtera MSME Association, with population of 32 people representatives of Jasijuka Sejahtera. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with saturated sample technique. The data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result concludes that there is an insignificant effect of digital marketing training on performance, while extrinsic motivation has a positive, significant influence on performance. And last, there is no simultaneous effect between digital marketing training and extrinsic motivation on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how remuneration and work discipline impact the performance of contract workers (TKK) at Junior High School 21 in Bekasi City. There were sixty participants in this study. This study adopts a quantitative methodology and uses a questionnaire to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis is performed as the method of data analysis. The findings of this study indicate that compensation has no significant effect on performance. Discipline in the workplace influences productivity. Pay and work discipline have a substantial impact on the performance of contract employees at Junior High School 21 in Bekasi City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between PT.ABC's organizational citizenship behavior and intelligence, servant leadership, and organizational commitment. This is a quantitative study conducted with the use of SPSS Statistics. A total of eighty PT.ABC employees were selected using the approach of purposive sampling. This study's measurement scale is a Likert scale. The measuring instrument is a paper-based and Google Forms-based survey. According to the findings of this study, emotional intelligence has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, and emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and organizational commitment all have a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously. The benefits of PT ABC's research will enhance organizational citizenship through emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and professional competence on the performance of Muhamadiyah Matraman Middle and High School teachers in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. This study uses a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The research method uses multiple analysis regression. The population in this research is teachers who work in SMP and SMA Muhammadiyah Matraman. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling and data analysis was processed using the SPSS 20 application. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the work discipline variable had no effect on teacher performance. professional competence variables affect teacher performance and work discipline and professional competence variables have an influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and remuneration on work productivity of office employees of PT. XYZ. The variables used in this research are leadership style, remuneration, and work productivity. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. This research is a quantitative study with a total sample size of 45 respondents who work in the PT. XYZ. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling which is part of the non-probability sampling. This study uses SPSS version 22 as a data processing tool. Data processing was analyzed by validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, f test, and determination coefficient test. Based on the results of the f test, F count > F table (91,544 > 2.11). This concludes that the variable leadership style and remuneration together have a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between workload and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Orientama Prosperous Eternal. The population in this study were employees of PT. Orientama Prosperous Eternal. Sampling technique using saturated samples. The analytical method used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach through distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of PT. Orientama Prosperous Eternal. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) show that the workload variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable. This is indicated by the t arithmetic value of 3.375 > t table 1.984 which is greater than t table. Likewise, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance variables with t count 4.855 > t table 1.984 which is greater than t table. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, to determine and analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions and to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for goox shoes. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study is the whole. while the sample that meets the criteria for sampling the observations made amounted to100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. Partially it is known that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for goox shoes where it is obtained (tcount.6,692) > (ttabel 1,984) and sig 0.000 <0.05. Partially it is known that the price has a positive and significant influence on the decision to buy goox shoes where it is obtained (tcount.4.453) > (ttabel 1.984) and the sig. 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, it is known that product quality and price have a significant influence on the decision to buy goox shoes where it is obtained (Fcount.37.694) > (Ftabel 3.09) and sig 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Export and import activities are very influential to the economic development of Indonesia, especially in this pandemic situation. The growth rate had significantly dropped over the past 2 years. The situation in the recent year had changed with the rapid growth rate of export and import per March 2022. One of the many companies that are affected by the pandemic situation is PT XYZ. This company focuses on exporting and importing goods. The main purpose of this research is to acknowledge how rewards, experiences, motivation, and work discipline towards employees can have an impact on the overall performance of a company. This research utilizing 4 independent variables and 1 dependent variable using quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires to 103 employees with non-probability technique saturated sampling. The result shows that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a significant impact on the employee’s working performance in PT XYZ. However, the other variables such as reward and work experience do not have an impact on the employee’s working performance.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know if there are any influences between technical training and work discipline on employee performance at the General Secretariat of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC). This Research uses quantitative methods by conducting surveys and testing to 52 employee in the general secretariat. The sampling method is non-probability sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each statement, the tests carried out were validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and multiple regression tests with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The results showed that the technical training variable have a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables significantly affect employee performance, and technical training and work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance.
