Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of training and motivation on the productivity of PT Sigzacindo Nusantara (coloni) employees. the method in this research is quantitative. Based on this research, the researcher used quantitative data and distributed questionnaires. The sample in this study used a saturated sample and used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear tests and t tests, f tests and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 22. The t count regression value was 6.360 t count > t table = 6,360 > 1,683. the t- count value is 2.915 where the t-count value > ttable 2.915 > 1.683 it can be said that there is a significant influence of training and motivation on productivity. Based on the results of the calculated F test > F table = 103.787 > 3.23 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, it can be said that training and motivation together have an effect on productivity

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and financial compensation on employees’ productivity and performance at the PT XYZ plant office in Bekasi, West Java. This research itself can be calculated. The sample taken was 40 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire shared and spreaded via google form. The data in this research were analyzed using SPSS 22. From the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that; Work discipline has a notable effect on employee work productivity, financial compensation does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity, while the results of the f-test for the three variables effect simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on employee performance at XYZ College in East Jakarta. Field research method with quantitative approach. Employee population 150 people with a sample of 50 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with the type of random sampling. Data processing using multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of this study conclude that there is no direct effect of recruitment on performance, there is a significant effect of training on performance and simultaneously recruitment and training have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Amos Indah Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Distributing the questionnaire as many as 197 respondents were employees at PT.Amos Indah Indonesia who had met several criteria. This study uses hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression tests that are processed using the SPSS v.25 program. The results showed that, Work Stress and Work Discipline had a significant effect on Work Productivity, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the direct and indirect effects that arise from reward and punishment on work motivation and the partial impact on employee performance. Two exogenous variabels with one endogenous variabel and one intervening variabel were discussed using quantitative research with survei methods to 40 respondents at PT. XYZ with path analysis techniques. The results of the processed data show that reward and punishment variabels directly have a significant effect on employee motivation. The reward variabel does not directly affect employee performance, but punishment and work motivation variabels directly have a significant effect on employee performance. As well as the reward variabel indirectly affects the work motivation variabel on performance, but the punishment variabel does not affect indirectly through the work motivation variabel on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between workload and the modernization of the tax administration system on the performance employees in the XYZ Government Office. This study uses a quantitative approach through distributing questionnaires to 100 XYZ Government Office employees. Hypothesis test results (t test) show that workload variables have a significant effect on employee performance variables. This is indicated by the value of t arithmetic of 3.375> t table 1.984 which is greater than t table. Likewise, the modernization of the tax administration system variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables with t count of 4.855> t table 1.984 which is greater than t table. The conclusion of this study is that the workload and modernization of the tax administration system have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance at the Jakarta Operational Office of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated non-probability sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 60 employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis in this study used the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f test with the SPSS22 program. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on performance. Job stress has no significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, work environment and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the work environment and compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a variable between pt Sinar Surya Matahari Motor. This study uses validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, and path analysis tests with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. Samples were taken by 110 respondents. The research uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data collection is done by disseminating questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure each statement. The results showed that there was a separate positive and significant influence between the work environment and compensation for the performance of employees directly. While the significance of the influence of the work environment and compensation through job satisfaction is not greater than the direct influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Objectives on Employee Performance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Tebet. There are three variables in this study which include organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods through google form by distributing questionnaires. The results of distributing questionnaires were used as measuring tools in data collection techniques because researchers could not come directly to the research site. The data collection technique is done online. From the results of the questionnaire distribution, the number of employees who filled out the questionnaire was 60 respondents who were employees of KPP Pratama Jakarta Tebet. The sampling technique in this study, the use of quota sampling technique which is from non-probability sampling and data analysis processed using the SPSS 22 application. The results of the study shows that the organizational culture variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the job satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee performance and the organizational culture variable and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the distributor and importer of chemicals. There are three variables in this study which include extrinsic motivation, work discipline and work performance. This study uses quantitative methods by calculating the results of distributing questionnaires using paper questionnaires as its distribution to 30 respondents who are employees of PT. XYZ. The sampling technique in this study, using a saturated sample which is part of non-probability sampling and the research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 13 application.
