Abstract

This community service activity is entitled "Packaging Design Training as an Effort to Increase Product Sales Results at the Jeunieb Bireuen Raya Sejahtera Producer Cooperative, Bireuen Regency". The aim of this training activity is to provide knowledge and train participants how to design packaging using the Canva application for the products being sold to make it more attractive and creative. This training activity was carried out in September 2023 for 2 days with 15 MSME participants and members of the Bireuen Raya Sejahtera Jeunieb Producer Cooperative. Meanwhile, the benefits that participants get from training activities are increased knowledge, insight and skills of participants on how to design attractive and creative packaging through the Canva application. The result of this service activity is that participants are very enthusiastic about taking part in the training and are starting to be able to design packaging that is unique and appropriate to the products they sell.

Abstract

Antibiotik merupakan salah satu imbuhan yang dipakai dalam pakan yang digunakan sebagai pemacu pertumbuhan (growth promoter) dan diberi namanya Antibiotik Growth Promotor (AGP) dengan tujuan untuk menaikkan efisiensi ransum Antibiotik Growth Promotor (AGP) telah lama digunakan dalam pakan ternak untuk mencegah vektor penyakit dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ternak baik untuk ternak ruminasia maupun unggas. Tetapi terrhadap cara kerja dari antibiotik pemacu pertumbuhan (AGP) tersebut belum seluruhnya terjelaskan. Namun efek pemacu pertumbuhannya dapat dihubungkan dengan pengaruh pada mikroflora usus, yaitu penambahan antibiotik pemacu pertumbuhan dalam pakan membantu menurunkan jumlah mikroflora usus, menekan bakteri patogen dan menambah ketersediaan energi serta zat gizi untuk ternak dan tercapai efisiensi penggunaan pakan serta menghambat perkembangan penyakit dalam tubuh ternak

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Information Systems has significantly influenced organizational management practices in various sectors. This research aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Information Systems in enhancing organizational management performance through improvements in operational efficiency, decision-making accuracy, employee productivity, communication effectiveness, and system reliability. The study employed a quantitative descriptive method involving organizational employees, managers, and information system administrators as research subjects. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation analysis, then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of AI-supported Digital Information Systems improved operational efficiency by 23%, decision-making accuracy by 21%, employee productivity by 22%, communication effectiveness by 22%, and system reliability by 20%. The results demonstrate that AI technologies contribute significantly to automating operational processes, reducing human error, accelerating information processing, and supporting data-driven managerial decisions. In addition, integrated digital systems improved organizational coordination, transparency, and information accessibility. Despite several implementation challenges, such as infrastructure limitations and employee adaptation, organizations that successfully adopted AI technologies experienced measurable improvements in management performance and operational effectiveness. Therefore, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Information Systems can be considered effective technological solutions for supporting organizational competitiveness and sustainability in the digital era.
