Abstract

Teknologi blockchain telah membawa perubahan besar dalam sektor keuangan, terutama dalam transaksi digital yang berkaitan dengan cryptocurrency. Sejak kemunculannya melalui Bitcoin pada tahun 2008, blockchain terus berkembang pesat dan mulai diterapkan di berbagai industri. Teknologi ini memungkinkan transaksi berlangsung dengan aman, transparan, dan tanpa perantara, seperti bank atau lembaga keuangan lainnya. Dengan sistem yang terdesentralisasi, blockchain lebih tahan terhadap ancaman keamanan siber dan manipulasi data, menjadikannya solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keamanan transaksi mata uang digital.Sebagai sebuah buku besar digital, blockchain mencatat setiap transaksi dalam bentuk blok yang saling terhubung melalui teknik kriptografi. Validasi transaksi dalam sistem ini dilakukan melalui mekanisme konsensus seperti Proof of Work (PoW) dan Proof of Stake (PoS), sehingga dapat menjamin integritas serta keabsahan data tanpa perlu otoritas pusat. Selain itu, dengan adanya smart contract yang diperkenalkan oleh Ethereum, blockchain dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan transaksi secara otomatis dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk Decentralized Finance (DeFi).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana teknologi blockchain dapat meningkatkan keamanan dalam transaksi mata uang digital, dengan fokus utama pada implementasinya dalam Bitcoin dan Ethereum. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan analitis, penelitian ini membahas bagaimana blockchain mampu mencegah tindak kecurangan, meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, serta memberikan solusi bagi tantangan dalam sistem keuangan digital. Di sisi lain, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapan blockchain, seperti masalah skalabilitas, regulasi yang masih berkembang, serta konsumsi energi yang tinggi dalam sistem PoW.Meskipun demikian, blockchain menawarkan berbagai peluang bagi masa depan industri keuangan. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam bidang DeFi, tokenisasi aset, dan sistem pembayaran berbasis blockchain berpotensi untuk merevolusi cara transaksi dilakukan secara global. Dengan terus meningkatnya penelitian dan inovasi dalam teknologi ini, blockchain dapat menjadi landasan utama dalam membangun sistem keuangan yang lebih aman, efisien, dan transparan.

Abstract

Visually impaired individuals face significant challenges in mobility and safety during daily activities, especially in public spaces that are not disability-friendly. Conventional white canes are limited in their ability to detect obstacles. This study aims to design and implement a smart cane based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and the real-time object detection algorithm YOLO V3 to enhance the mobility and safety of visually impaired users. The developed system utilizes ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles on the left and right sides of the user, a GPS module for real-time location tracking via a web server, and an ESP32-CAM integrated with YOLO V3 to detect objects such as vehicles, holes, and people. Information is conveyed to the user through voice alerts using a DFPlayer Mini and is also displayed on an LCD and a web interface. Test results show that the system operates accurately, with an average sensor error rate of only 0.12%, and all components function properly. Usability testing involving 50 respondents indicates a very high level of user satisfaction, with average agreement rates exceeding 85%. This research demonstrates that the integration of IoT and computer vision can produce a smart, responsive, and user-friendly assistive device for the visually impaired.

Abstract

The production of Nile tilapia fingerlings plays a crucial role in ensuring the sustainability of freshwater aquaculture systems, particularly in Indonesia, where tilapia is a major source of protein and livelihood. Accurate prediction of fingerling output can significantly enhance resource efficiency, reduce operational costs, and support economic sustainability in hatchery operations. This study aims to predict fingerling production based on environmental factors and feed quantity, using data from the Center for Freshwater Aquaculture Development (BBPBAT) in Sukabumi, Indonesia. Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) was chosen for its interpretability and suitability for modeling linear relationships in moderate-sized datasets. MLR was applied to model the relationship between water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), ammonia concentration, and feed quantity with fingerling production. The dataset consisted of 147 historical records, and model performance was evaluated using R² = 0.836, Mean Absolute Error (MAE) = 35,664, Mean Squared Error (MSE) = 2,014,982,858, and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) = 44,852. These results indicate a strong predictive capability. Compared to baseline mean-based predictions, the model significantly reduces forecast error and captures the production variability more effectively. Furthermore, the model was deployed via an interactive web-based tool using the Streamlit framework. This application allows hatchery staff to input current environmental conditions and feed data to generate real-time production forecasts, facilitating proactive management and better resource planning. Overall, this study demonstrates that MLR is a practical and effective tool for supporting decision-making in aquaculture production systems.

Abstract

Batununggal Village faces persistent challenges in administrative services, including manual processes that cause delays, inefficiencies, and limited access to information. This study develops a web-based village information system designed to optimize these services through the Prototype method. The system integrates React.js for the frontend, Laravel for the backend, and MySQL for the database, forming a scalable and user-friendly architecture. Unlike previous studies that focused only on basic services, the proposed system introduces a more comprehensive model by combining online letter submission, resident data management, UMKM promotion, transparent APBDes reporting, and citizen complaint channels.The Prototype method was applied iteratively, allowing continuous refinement based on feedback from both residents and village staff. System testing employed black-box evaluation, confirming that all features functioned as expected. Furthermore, user satisfaction was measured through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 31 residents, resulting in an overall score of 81.55%, categorized as “Agree.” Similarly, evaluations from 10 village staff indicated that 70–80% found the system very helpful in supporting their tasks. These findings demonstrate that the system improves service efficiency, increases transparency, and enhances community participation in governance. In addition to addressing long-standing service issues in Batununggal Village, the system provides a replicable model for other rural communities. Future development will prioritize the integration of automated notifications and a mobile application to broaden accessibility and ensure long-term adoption.

Abstract

Online donation platforms in Indonesia despite the nation’s leading position in the 2024 World Giving Index continue to suffer from low public trust due to insufficient transparency in fund management. This lack of verifiability creates opportunities for fraud and misuse, ultimately deterring donor participation. Addressing this challenge, the present study proposes a novel blockchain-based donation system built on The Open Network (TON), specifically designed to embed transparency, accountability, and trust directly into the donation process through decentralized mechanisms. Unlike previous platforms that rely on centralized fund tracking, this system integrates smart contracts programmed in the Tact language to automate and enforce donation logic without human intervention. Core functionalities include campaign creation, donation receipt, fund withdrawal, and balance transfers all of which are transparently recorded and publicly accessible on the blockchain. The system achieved 100% functional suitability and a 94% usability score, based on evaluations involving 36 participants, while all 14 smart contract unit test scenarios returned successful outcomes. These results highlight the platform’s robustness and user acceptance. By enabling tamper-proof transaction records and public verifiability through the TON Explorer, the proposed platform demonstrates strong potential for restoring donor trust and setting new standards for transparency in digital philanthropy. The study contributes both a practical system prototype and theoretical insights into blockchain’s role in reengineering trust within charitable ecosystems, offering a replicable model for future philanthropic technologies in Indonesia and beyond.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plays a critical role in sustaining customer relationships, particularly within SMEs in the retail sector that depend on repeat purchases. This study aims to examine how the IDIC (Identify, Differentiate, Interact, and Customize) framework can be operationalized under SME resource constraints through the design and evaluation of a web-based CRM system. Using empirical transaction records collected during an operational period, the study adopts a design-oriented empirical approach combining system development with IDIC-based analytical evaluation. The primary research contribution lies in the conceptual operationalization of the IDIC framework into implementable CRM modules rather than in proposing a novel technical architecture. Customer identification is achieved through centralized customer records, while differentiation relies on transaction frequency as a pragmatic behavioral indicator of repeat purchasing. Interaction is facilitated through automated reminder notifications, and customization is intentionally bounded to personalized reminders derived from transaction histories. System effectiveness is evaluated through a usability assessment involving 21 SME users, employing a five-point Likert-scale instrument that reports positive perceptions across usability dimensions, with mean scores exceeding 3.7. These findings indicate that limited CRM functionalities, when structured through a clear analytical model, can effectively enhance relationship-oriented practices. The abstract explicitly situates the study within a single-SME deployment context, clarifying its practical scope and limitations. Overall, the study demonstrates that an analytically grounded, resource-conscious CRM implementation can provide actionable insights for SMEs seeking to strengthen customer engagement and retention without adopting complex or costly CRM solutions.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce memberikan peluang besar bagi UMKM kopi untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran serta meningkatkan kenyamanan transaksi secara digital. Namun, banyak UMKM masih menghadapi kendala dalam penyajian informasi produk, navigasi website, dan alur pembelian yang belum tersusun dengan baik sehingga mengurangi pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang website e-commerce “UMKM Kopi Kita” menggunakan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD) agar tampilan dan alur interaksi lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta perilaku pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat berupa rancangan website yang lebih mudah dioperasikan, mendukung proses pembelian yang lebih efisien, dan meningkatkan potensi konversi penjualan bagi UMKM kopi. Dataset penelitian mencakup hasil wawancara dengan calon pengguna, observasi pada website serupa, serta analisis kebutuhan pengguna yang digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan persona, struktur informasi, dan user flow. Metode UCD diterapkan melalui tahapan user research, perancangan arsitektur, desain antarmuka, pengembangan prototipe interaktif, dan evaluasi heuristik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain yang dihasilkan lebih intuitif, konsisten, dan mendukung proses transaksi yang sederhana.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui program internship (magang) di Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Nusa Putra selama lima bulan. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk berpartisipasi dalam operasional manajerial serta memberikan solusi teknis terhadap kendala logistik Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Berdasarkan observasi partisipatif selama bekerja, ditemukan permasalahan utama berupa ketidaksinkronan informasi kedatangan stok atribut dari vendor dengan jadwal pengambilan mahasiswa, serta proses pencatatan manual yang menyebabkan inefisiensi pelayanan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi adaptasi lingkungan kerja, partisipasi aktif dalam administrasi logistik, identifikasi masalah, hingga perancangan solusi sistem. Sebagai hasil dari kegiatan magang ini, penulis berhasil merancang bangun sistem informasi berbasis web yang memfasilitasi monitoring stok secara real-time dan menggantikan pencatatan manual. Implementasi sistem ini berdampak pada peningkatan efisiensi kerja staf dan transparansi informasi bagi mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesional peserta magang di lingkungan kerja nyata.
