Abstract

Dalam memproduksi makanan sangat perlu untuk diperhatikan tingkat kebersihan, dimulai dari tahap pemilihan bahan baku hingga proses produksi. IKM XYZ di Bekasi merupakan salah satu industri kecil yang telah lama memproduksi makanan jadi, baik untuk dijual secara offline maupun online. ISO 22000:2018 merupakan salah satu standar Internasional yang mengatur mengenai standar industri pangan. Dalam rangka mengaplikasikan ilmu yang dimiliki agar bermanfaat bagi masyarakat terutama dunia industri, dosen Politeknik APP Jakarta melalui kegiatan penyuluhan mencoba untuk memperkenalkan standar ISO 22000:2018 kepada IKM makanan di Bekasi. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi IKM-IKM yang menjadi binaan agar dapat memahami dan lebih meningkatkan standar kebersihan yang ada di ruang produksi mereka, terutama di masa pandemi saat ini kebersihan, higienitas dan sanitasi menjadi faktor yang semakin harus diperhatikan dan dijalankan guna memastikan produk yang mereka jual terjamin kebersihan dan kesehatannya. Melalui makanan yang sehat dan bergizi, diharapkan imunitas tubuh dapat terjaga dalam melawan berbagai virus dan bakteri merugikan.

Abstract

Dalam institusi perguruan tinggi, tridarma perguruan tinggai merupakan bagian dari kewajiban setiap dosen. Tridharma perguruan tinggi ini terdiri dari pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada tahun 2020 ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan penyuluhan kepada Industri Kecil dan Menengah Minuman Tradisional yang berlokasi di Tanjung Barat Selatan, Gg. 100, RT011/01, Jakarta Selatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan pentingnya Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) dan ISO 22000:2018. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelaku IKM Minuman Tradisional yang ada di Jakarta Selatan, khususnya pada IKM Minuman Tradisional dengan tujuan agar dapat memperkuat daya saing IKM, terjalinnya kerjasama yang kuar antara dosen Politeknik APP Jakarta dan para pengusaha IKM serta untuk menambah wawasan pengusaha IKM terutama mengenai Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) dan standar ISO 22000:2018.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely quality research with a descriptive approach in explaining the main topics in this article. The data used in this study is secondary data that researchers obtained from various credible sources such as books, scientific articles, and so on. The data obtained was analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data selection, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion in this article show that The Nickel Downstreaming Program has significant potential to improve these three sectors, but this potential comes with trade-offs:1. Food Security: Improved through fiscal strengthening, but threatened by environmental risks. 2. Tourism: Improved through infrastructure and business tourism, but threatened by environmental degradation. 3. MSMEs: Benefit directly from local market demand. To ensure a sustainable positive impact, the government must focus on rigorous environmental risk mitigation and MSME mentoring programs so that economic benefits are not solely enjoyed by large corporations. The establishment of Danantara has significant potential to simultaneously improve Food Security, the Tourism Industry, and the Welfare of MSMEs, through its primary role as a professional and strategic financing institution. Danantara addresses the funding and governance barriers that have hampered the development of these three sectors in Indonesia. Its successful implementation will depend on:1. Transparency and Accountability: Maintaining clean governance so that investment funds are properly targeted. 2. Inclusiveness: Ensuring that large-scale investments not only benefit large corporations but also empower MSMEs and local communities.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide education on the importance of attractive marketing content for improving the Yama Roti Depok West Java business. The results of identifying problems in the field found that Yama Roti still sells products in a simple way so that consumers are less interested in the bread and cake products being sold. Knowledge of social media as a promotional medium is also limited, which has an impact on Yama Roti's income. The community service program was carried out through site visits to the business location and implemented in the form of training, mentoring, and consultation on marketing content development. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can provide new insight and understanding to owners and employees about the importance of marketing content for product marketing. This activity can have a positive impact on increasing marketing of Yama Roti. Business owners and employees will gradually create more interesting and creative marketing content. However, this has not been done consistently so a lot of assistance is still needed so that the results of the extension activities can be carried out well.
