Abstract

To improve company performance, employees are one of the important elements in this regard, especially in the placement of new employees. The procedure for placing new employees in this case is carried out with Fuzzy Logic. The input parameters used are IQ Test, Psychological Test and Academic Test. To express the preferences of decision makers on the most desirable alternatives, it can be done by transforming the preference format of Utility Vectors to Fuzzy Preference Relation. Furthermore, choosing the SAW method to determine the weight value for each attribute, which is continued with the ranking process to select the best alternative, in this case it is a suitable alternative to determine the employee's work position in accordance with predetermined criteria. With this method, it is hoped that the assessment will be more precise and accurate because it is based on predetermined criteria and weights.

Abstract

Salah satu langkah preventif untuk meminimalisir dampak buruk serangan siber adalah dengan melakukan penilaian kerentanan yang hasilnya dapat dianalisa sesuai framework OWASP Top 10. Menurut hasil monitoring keamanan siber BSSN tahun 2021 menunjukkan bahwa serangan siber pada sektor pendidikan tinggi semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi seperti FMIPA UNSRAT untuk meningkatkan keamanan siber mereka dan memperkuat perlindungan infrastruktur informasi vital mereka. Dengan mengikuti rekomendasi yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini, diharapakan dapat membantu FMIPA UNSRAT dalam meningkatkan perlindungan  keamanan website dan mencegah serangan siber yang dapat membahayakan informasi penting mereka.

Abstract

CV. Abdi Karya Kabanjahe adalah suatu badan usaha di bawah moderamen GBKP yang bergerak di bidang percetakan dan perpustakaan seperti undangan, sablon spanduk, dan lain – lain. Sebuah perusahaan membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola aktivitas bisnis pada perusahaan tersebut. Untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam kegiatan penggajian, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat menunjang aktivitas penggajian di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Masalah penggajian yang sering terjadi di badan usaha ini adalah tidak efektifnya kegiatan penggajian dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional dalam pengerjaannya. Pembuatan sistem informasi ini di lakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, implementasi hingga pada uji coba sistem informasi, obyek penelitian dalam Penggajian Karyawan. Sistem informasi ini dibuat mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil akhir dari skripsi ini adalah sistem informasi penggajian karyawan pada toko buku dan percetakan Abdi Karya Kabanjahe berbasis web.

Abstract

Student attendance at SMKN 1 Kebun Tebu is still done manually. The student affairs department often struggles when asked for information about student attendance. Many parents/guardians complained because they did not know the attendance information or delay of their children from the school. Communication devices in the form of cellular phones or mobile phones are not a luxury anymore but can be said to be a secondary need for everyone because the function is much more practical and efficient. These technological advances can be used as a reporting system about student information, especially attendance. Currently, there are still many schools that cannot maximize the technology at least to monitor children from anywhere without having to go to school just to ask about their children's attendance. Therefore, a web-based student attendance information system and SMS Gateway are needed to facilitate the process of monitoring students by parents. Using software development, the author tried to build a web-based student attendance information system with SMS Gateway at SMKN 1 Kebun Tebu using Java and PHP programming languages with MySql as the database. So that the input process and data processing are faster. With this application, it is expected to help the school and students in the student attendance process.

Abstract

A website-based school exam information system is an application that can process student exam data at SMA Negeri I Torue. The purpose of this research is to build a CBT (Computer Based Test) information system. This system can make it easier for research parties in terms of carrying out exams so that they become even more effective. This research in its application uses existing research methods such as data collection techniques used are observation and documentation methods as well as testing methods used descriptive testing methods using a Likert scale. The results of this study resulted in a test of 91.6% which can be categorized as very feasible.

Abstract

Church worship services require a system that can assist in organizing and presenting worship materials in a structured manner so that congregants can follow the service effectively. However, the conventional presentation of liturgy, Bible verses, and songs creates challenges in material management, slide transition flexibility, and limited access for congregants. This study aims to design and implement a web-based liturgical presentation system to improve efficiency and flexibility in managing and delivering worship materials in a single church, namely GMIM Kanaan Likupang Dua. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method, which includes requirement analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), development, testing, and evaluation. The system is developed using PHP with the Yii Framework 2 and MySQL database, implementing the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The main features include liturgy management, web-based presentation, a Quick Switch feature for rapid content changes, and QR Code integration that enables congregants to access presentation content through personal devices. Black Box Testing results indicate that all system functions operate properly. Furthermore, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) shows a high level of user acceptance, with 98.75% from multimedia staff and 88.86% from congregants. Therefore, the developed system is considered feasible and effective in supporting more structured, responsive, and inclusive worship services.

Abstract

Skor kompetensi pendidik berdasarkan kriteria penilaian akreditasi di SD Plus Islamic Centre Manado berada pada peringkat terendah di antara semua indikator, yaitu 80 sedangkan rata-rata keseluruhannya adalah 92. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru di lembaga tersebut. Faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap hal ini adalah terbatasnya kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang efektif, yang mengakibatkan rendahnya keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa membutuhkan penerapan metode pengajaran yang interaktif, komunikatif, dan menyenangkan, seperti mengintegrasikan permainan edukatif yang selaras dengan materi pelajaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bertajuk “Pendampingan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Ular Tangga” terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kompetensi mengajar pendidik di SD Plus Islamic Centre Manado. Melalui proses terstruktur yang melibatkan lokakarya, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan, para guru menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan hingga 90% dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka dalam merancang dan menerapkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya program pengembangan guru yang inovatif dan partisipatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

The smoothness of healthcare services, particularly in the registration and queuing processes, is a key factor influencing patient satisfaction. The Bunda Meifa Foundation Clinic, located in Tondano, faces challenges in patient management due to its manual registration process and dynamic doctor schedules. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system that not only provides a user-friendly self-registration interface for patients but also integrates QR Code verification to expedite the check-in process, reduce waiting times, and ease the workload for staff. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which emphasizes a rapid and adaptive development cycle. The developed system offers modern features such as self-service online registration according to available doctor schedules, the creation of a Digital Card with a unique QR Code as proof of appointment, and an innovative "scan-to-queue" system where queue numbers are assigned upon QR Code scanning at the clinic. For administrators, the system includes a protected dashboard to flexibly manage practice schedules, monitor the queue in real-time, and print queue receipts via a thermal printer. System testing was performed using the Black Box Testing method, and the results indicate that all developed features function as designed. With this system, the registration and queuing processes at the Bunda Meifa Foundation Clinic are expected to become more organized, fair, and structured, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of service.

Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan dan Indonesian Renal Registry mencatat bahwa lebih dari 134.000 pasien menjalani hemodialisis akibat gagal ginjal pada tahun 2024, yang menunjukkan tingginya prevalensi penyakit ini serta implikasinya terhadap aspek kesehatan dan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peluang ketahanan hidup menggunakan metode Nelson–Aalen dan menghitung premi bersih asuransi jiwa seumur hidup bagi penderita gagal ginjal usia 35 hingga 75 tahun. Data diperoleh dari data akumulasi pasien penderita gagal ginjal yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal Indonesian Council of Premier Statistical Science. Estimasi fungsi hazard kumulatif dilakukan dengan pendekatan Nelson–Aalen, lalu digunakan untuk memperoleh fungsi survival sebagai dasar analisis ketahanan hidup. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa estimasi peluang ketahanan hidup pasien penderita gagal ginjal sebesar 55,438%. Berdasarkan estimasi survival, tingkat suku bunga 5%, dan santunan sebesar Rp150.000.000,00, didapatkan premi bersih asuransi jiwa seumur hidup untuk usia 35 tahun, sebesar Rp 63.755.240,18 bagi laki‑laki dan Rp 63.730.011,13 bagi perempuan, sedangkan pada usia 75 tahun masing‑masing sebesar Rp 65.601.981,23 dan Rp 65.227.734,90. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa premi meningkat seiring pertambahan usia, yang selaras dengan menurunnya peluang ketahanan hidup dan meningkatnya risiko kematian pada usia yang lebih tinggi.
