Abstract

Corn is one of the agricultural commodities that specializes in food crops that are cultivated by the community as one of the staple foods to replace rice. In terms of the economy, corn is a commodity that can generate profits for farmers. So, this study aims to find out the village that is the flagship of corn commodities (Zea mays L) in Bualemo District so that it becomes the input to stakeholders regarding the importance of development in the corn crop base area in supporting economic growth in Bualemo District. This research uses the method of service economics (Base Analysis, Localization Analysis, and Specialization Analysis). The results showed that the analysis of the maize crop base in the Bualemo District of Banggai Regency had obtained 11 villages (77%) which became the base and non-base ones obtained 6 villages (23%). This means that the village that is the base of the corn crop is an area that can meet the needs of its region and other regions. Furthermore, the analysis of the localization of corn crops in the Bualemo District area obtained a small localization efficiency from one (α < 1), which means that corn commodities in the Bualemo District have spread throughout the area of the villages. As well as the analysis of the specialization of corn commodities in the Bualemo District area, the results were obtained, namely (β < 1), which means that the corn crop is not a crop that specializes in the Bualemo Kecamtan area.

Abstract

Efforts to maintain a competitive advantage require long-term planning. The analysis used to identify the company's strategic position in the industry, one of which uses a SWOT analysis tool. A marketing strategy is needed because of the increasingly widespread growth and increasingly fierce market competition. This situation of course forces entrepreneurs to use various methods in their marketing strategy. The objectives of this study were to determine Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats to rice marketing at CV. Berkat Padaelo in Bakung Urban Village, Batui District, Banggai Regency. Based on the results of scoring internal factors and external factors, the highest score obtained was the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy of 4.6, the ST strategy (Strengths-Treats) of 3.92, the WO Strategy (Weaknesses-Opportunities) of 2.67, while the lowest is found in the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy of 1.99. SO Strategy (Strengths-Opportunities) of 4.6, is a situation that is very profitable for respondents to have the strength to take advantage of existing opportunities, namely: Strategic Location, Quality Production, Modern Machine Tools, Own Capital, Farmer's Trust, Availability of raw materials, Market support , Support for cooperation with buyers, There is relatively extensive warehousing support, There is support for a skilled workforce.

Abstract

Vegetables produced using hydroponic technology have better quality compared to conventional vegetables but the cost required is high. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out how much cost and income as well as the feasibility of hydroponic vegetable business at Andri Farm. This research was carried out in the month of june until the month  august 2022, using quantitative approaches and income analysis methods and R/C ratios to calculate revenue and like the business of Andri Farm. The results of the research obtained are the large costs incurred  in Andri Farm's hydroponic vegetable business in a month amounting to Rp 21,717,292.15 and Andri Farm's hydroponic vegetable business income in a month amounting to Rp 10,497,707.85. Based on the cost of expenditure and income of Andri Farm's hydropinic vegetable business, the R/C result of > ratio was obtained, with a final result of 1.48, so that Andri Farm's hydroponic vegetable business is feasible to be developed

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis produksi budidaya ikan nila dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Kecamatan Palolo. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglass. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 pembudidaya yang berada di Kecamatan Palolo Kabupaten Sigi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata produktivitas budidaya ikan nila dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh benih ikan dan pemberian pakan dilihat dari pengujian menggunakan uji f dan uji t. Benih ikan nila dikatan signifikan karena hasil t hitung 132,466 > t tabel 2,00. Pemberan Pakan dinyatakan signifikan karena t hitung 9,300 > t tabel 2,00. Sedangkan penggunaan pupuk tidak signifikan terhadap produksi ikan nila karena hasil t hitung -7,157 < t 2,00.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kelayakan finansial agroindustri Banua Cokelat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 sampai dengan Februari 2021. Penentuan responden dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial agroindustri UKM Banua Cokelat di peroleh nilai Net Present Value (NPV) lebih besar dari nol, yaitu sebesar RP 653.767.394, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) lebih besar dari satu yaitu sebesar 1.26, Internal Rate of Return lebih besar dari discount rate yaitu sebesar 19,7% dan Payback Period membutuhkan waktu selama 2 tahun 8 bulan untuk mengembalikan modal yang telah dikeluarkan dalam kegiatan investasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan finansial menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak untuk dilanjutkan atau dikembangkan.

Abstract

Harga merupakan salah satu faktor yang dipertimbangkan oleh pelaku usaha dalam menetapkan harga produknya. Penetapan harga mempengaruhi kualitas produk dan volume dalam penjualan. Pengusaha perlu memikirkan tentang harga jual secara tepat karena harga yang tidak tepat akan berakibat tidak menarik para pembeli untuk membeli atau menggunakan produk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh foof quality dan brand image dalam keputusan harga pada Toko Roti La Longz Bakery. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai September 2022 di Toko Roti La Longz Bakery dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik Accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa food quality dan brand image mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penentuan harga roti di La Longz Bakery.
