Abstract

The principle of the Indonesian Red Cross service is the spirit of neutrality and independence, having a major role in providing safe, ready-to-use blood in sufficient quantities so that it can meet the demands of patients in need. The purpose of this activity is the implementation of blood donor activities in the community as an effort to maintain health. Activities in community service include health education and blood donation. The number of residents identified as registering to become blood donors was 61 people. After being screened by the Blood Transfusion Unit officers, 49 people were eligible to donate their blood. Public understanding of the importance of blood donation has increased and blood donation activities can be carried out smoothly as expected. People who cannot donate blood should be given an education

Abstract

Self-image is a description or assessment of each individual's self, both in terms of knowledge and physical aspects. Meanwhile, social relationships are relationships between people who need each other and have a reciprocal relationship. The research objective is to determine the relationship between self-image and social relationships between peers on the level of self-confidence at SMAN 1 Cilaku-Cianjur. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. Population and sample of students in grades 10 and 11. The sampling technique is: simple random sampling. The results and discussion concluded: 1. The results of the research found that there is an influence of Self Image. 2. The results of the research found that the influence of social relationships was that most of the respondents, 29 (61.7%) had moderate social relationships and some of the respondents, 18 (38.3%). ) have high emotional regulation skills in social relations. 3. The results of the study found that the self-confidence of the majority of respondents as many as 43 (91.5%) had moderate self-confidence and some respondents as many as 3 (6.4%) had high self-confidence and 1 (2.1%) of the respondents had low self-confidence. 4. There is an influence of self-image on self-confidence among teenagers at SMAN 1 Cilaku. 5. There is an influence of social relationships on self-confidence among teenagers at SMAN 1 Cilaku. 6 .Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the results of this hypothesis are accepted as showing that there is a relationship between self-image (X1) and social relationships (X2) on self-confidence (Y).

Abstract

When preparing a presentation plan which includes the ability to recognize the audience, determine objectives, manage the duration and time of the presentation, provide systematic material, complete material content, and prepare oneself to present the material. Self-confidence is defined as a positive attitude to be able to make a positive assessment of the situation one is facing. The level of anxiety is defined as being worried that something undesirable will happen. influence in achieving learning goals for students to determine how difficult and high level of analysis is needed in learning. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-confidence, anxiety level and learning motivation in implementing presentation techniques for nursing students. The design of this research is a descriptive correlation research design and a cross sectional approach with a population of 281 nursing students at the University of Indonesia Maju. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with cluster random sampling technique. From the statistical test results, it was found that the positive correlation value was 0.59, P value = 620, positive correlation 0.98 and P value = 419, which means P value > α (0.05). The results of the Ha hypothesis were obtained, namely that there was a relationship between learning motivation and anxiety levels in carrying out presentation techniques among nursing students at Advanced Indonesia University. From the statistical test results, a positive correlation value of 828 was obtained, P value = 0.00, which means P value <α (0.05).
