Abstract

Database menjadi peran penting saat ini dalam sistem informasi manajemen, maka perlunya juga manajemen informasi yang memberikan keamanan fisik data perusahaan terjaga dengan andal. Data rangkuman harian disebarluaskan melalui media sekunder yang dapat diakses secara langsung maupun berurutan. Hal tersebut maka perlunya mengenal lebih dalam keamanan dalam sistem database agar sebagai pengguna bisa menggunakan sistem database dengan baik dan terjaga dari kebocoran privasi data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bahwa sistem basis data yang digunakan dalam teknologi informasi tidak hanya merampingkan proses tetapi juga memiliki mekanisme untuk melindungi data yang sensitif atas keamanan data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan sistem manajemen informasi tertentu merupakan faktor penting yang lebih meningkatkan kualitas. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk menerapkan sistem database yang handal dan dapat melindungi kerahasiaan informasi dengan fasilitas keamanan sistem database.

Abstract

This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of training and compensation on employee work productivity. The population in this study was 25 employees, and 25 employees were saturated. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study state that, first, training has a positive but insignificant effect on employee work productivity, partially with a t-count of 2.003 > t-table of 1.72 and a significant level of 0.058 > 0.05. Second, it states that partially compensating employees has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a t count of 2.003 > t table of 1.72 and a significant level of 0.001 0.05. Third, it states that training and compensation have a significant effect on employee productivity simultaneously, with an F-count of 8.776 and F-table of 3.44 meaning F-count > F-table. Result of significance = 0.002 0.05 Keywords: Training, Compensation, Work Productivity.

Abstract

With the growth of the times greatly affecting information technology, so companies must understand and be quick in taking action. Therefore, companies must also be more innovative by changing the way they work and adjusting to the rapid growth of information technology systems. With the development of the times that continues to grow, the role of information technology is growing, especially for users to simplify their work by utilising the technology. The use of a system that is suitable for the times will now provide benefits for employees because it can increase creativity, improve employee performance and improve the quality of the company's work so that the management of the company's system development can be carried out more efficiently and effectively.Information systems that are processed simply, systemized and tight can be used by users better, especially about personal information. In the information system there is software called SAP (System Application and Product) which is owned by the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. This study discusses the application of SAP (System Application and Product) at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III, Kebun Air Molek - 1, and sees its effect on employee performance in the human resources section. Along with the continuous development of information technology, the business world needs to implement a system that can increase productivity and efficiency.  The analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, where interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation are used as data collection techniques. This research shows the results that the implementation of SAP with the support of training and good online infrastructure will facilitate employee data management, increase efficiency and speed in business activities and can improve maximum employee performance.
