Abstract

AbstractThis article is the result of fundamental  research conducted  in 2011. It is intended to see how far the ideas of pluralism can be understood and accepted by public who are often involved in violance on the behalf of religion.The method applied in this research is indepth interview, news paper documentation, discourse analysis.Based on the analysis result, it is found that  there are three opinions about religious pluralism. First, formalitistic tradisionalist opinion, that is: there is only one true religion, it is the religion that he/she belongs to. second, the unconcerned attitude or apathy to the religious reality of religion in Indonesia.. Third, a radical opinion, they think that the followers of other religion –out side of the religion that they belong to, must be have enough, and if it is needed by using violance and force.Keyword:  pluralitas, kekerasan, konflik agama

Abstract

Abstract

This article discusses the idea of Political Ethics from one of the Indonesian scholars named Muhammad Cholil Bisri in the Book of Al-Durr Al-Rumbānī. This study is under descriptive qualitative research using a socio-historical approach and sociology of knowledge that studies the interrelationships between thought and society. The results of this paper state that in Islam; the political problem is the area of ijtihādī which has strong roots in Islam. The relationship between them can be called a mutually reinforcing symbiotic relationship (ʻalāqah indimājiyah). One of the influences of Islam in political traditions, for instance is its teachings on ethics that must inspire all policy issues. Even ethical configuration must also inspire the most important elements in the democratic political systems as called political parties. The term animates, explains that Islam as a system does not have to be realized in the form of formalization of sharīa or political Islam movements. In addition to ethics, the goals that result from political dynamics must be in the form of benefit (maqṣad al-siyāsah). Therefore, political work carried out in the corridor of truth can be considered as worship and deliver the politician to the noblest profession in the sight of God.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menggali informasi lebih lanjut mengenai respon guru PAI terhadap gagasan moderasi beragama di sekolah. Gagasan moderasi beragama memiliki 4 (empat) indikator yaitu komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti radikalisme, dan akomodatif kebudayaan lokal. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat rumusan masalah bagaimana pemahaman guru PAI terhadap gagasan moderasi beragama di sekolah dan bagaimana respon guru PAI terhadap gagasan moderasi beragama di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru PAI terhadap gagasan moderasi beragama dan untuk mengetahui respon guru PAI terhadap gagasan moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk memperoleh data di lapangan. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa guru PAI memahami dan menerima konsep moderasi beragama sebagai gagasan yang diterapkan di sekolah, yang memiliki toleransi agar tidak saling menjatuhkan antara agama yang nantinya memicu perpecahan.

Abstract

Islam as a worldview has a different point of view from other religion and civilisation perspective to see the world. This point of view is reflected and accumulated in the key concept understood from the main Islamic teaching source, Al-Qur’an and Sunnah. For example, related to the concept of science in the western civilisation. The concept of science in Islam has an effect on the goal orientation of Islamic education, that is different from the goal orientation of the western education. These Islamic Education goal are: Producing human being, having a good moral value, who can put something based on the real honor, using the right ways to reach the correct goal, and struggling for something to reach the right goal. The concept of science in Islam has an orientation to curriculum and classroom learning process. The education curriculum has to be developed integrally. Integrate between fardhu ‘ain and fardhu kifayah science development. In addition, the implementation of this can be dinamic. In the learning process of courtesies related to the science, the courtecies of the relationship between teacher and student in the educative interaction has to be implemented.Keywords: The concept of science, courtecy, and education

Abstract

Adolescence is a transmission period to adulthood involving a physical, physic and social changes. Adolescents seeking for identity tend to be reckless in dealing with problem including sexuality and reproductive health problem. Unhealthy behavior can be seen from the two perspectives (environment and growth). According to Islam the healthy  social interaction should do no harms to oneself and others. Islam has a rule the adolescent social interaction. SMP Islam Nudia and SMP Kesatian 2 Semarang are our partness in PKM, both have a similar problem related to juvenile delinquency in which  the information related to reproductive health are commonly obtained from internet and  lack of understanding on the proper social interaction based on Islam. The method applied was an education on the reproductive health for the students grade 7 and 8 using  tasawuf,  physical examination of female students, the role of school health unit  (UKS)  and training for UKS personnel as peer educator. The education can improve the knowledge and awareness and behavior. The Hb evaluation showed a case of moderate and severe anemia. There was a standardized UKS and UKS as peer educators in the  schools.
