Abstract

Adanya perintah wajib zakat bukan hanya sekadar untuk ditunaikan semata, akan tetapi harus disertai dengan pengelolaan yang baik dan didistribusikan secara merata kepada pihak yang berhak menerima zakat.Namun pada kenyatannya peraturan tentang zakat tidak begitu terealisasikan dikalangan masyarakat masih banyak kesenjangan yang terjadi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana sistem pemberdayaan zakat untuk mengentaskan kemiskinanyang ada di Kabupaten Barru bisa teratasi dengan pembayaran zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dalam teknik mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, intervew, dan dokumentasi.Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer data yang diperoleh langsung dari hasil wawancara, data sekunder data yang diperoleh dari sumber buku, jurnal, laporan tahunan dan dokumen lain yang berhubungan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemberdayaan zakat BAZNAS Kabupaten Barru dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan meliputi; 1) Usaha mikro produktif, 2) Usaha kelompok bersama atau zakat comunnity development (ZCD), Hasil pemberdayaan zakat BAZNAS Kabupaten Barru dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan yaitu; hasil yang telah dicapai dalam program pemberdayaan zakat pada BAZNAS berubahnya status mustahik menjadi muzakki. Kendala dan solusi dalam pemberdayaan zakat baznas kabupaten barru dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Kendalanya; 1) Belum semua orang dapat dipercaya untuk mengembang usahanya, 2) Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait pentingnya membayar zakat, 3) Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait program pemberdayaan zakat yang telah di rancang sebelumnya. Solusi; 1) Meningkatkan sosialisasai akan pentingnya berzakat, masyarakat yang kurang paham mengenai zakat diberikan edukasi agar pemahaman masyarakat bertambah akan pentingnya mengeluarkan zakat.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology are currently expected to support service programs to the community in Indonesia, one of which is through a website that has adopted a digitization system with the development of the Lembang Bo'ne Buntu Sisong website. Its application in Lembang Bo'ne Buntu Sisong, there are still several evaluations that need to be done because the target in understanding and using the digitalization system has not been fully achieved. The purpose of this activity is to explore and evaluate the readiness of the implementation of the digitization system at Lembang Bo'ne Buntu Sisong. The service method used is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. The results of the service showed that the implementation of the digitization system in Lembang Bo'ne Buntu Sisong was successfully developed with the Lembang government as an effort to improve information and administrative services. Several evaluations in its development such as: human resources to review the success of human resources in maintaining the continuity of website performance; infrastructure and internet access. The benefit of this service is the presence of a digitalization policy carried out in Lembang Bo'ne Buntu Sisong to facilitate digital-based citizen services. It also adds to the experience of students to increase competence and concern for changes in their social environment and build collaboration with the community

Abstract

This study was motivated by the increasing complexity of career women's consumption behavior. This behavior is influenced not only by basic needs, but also by psychological factors such as self-reward and self-healing. Religiosity is seen as a moderating variable that can control consumption behavior, especially in the context of a religious society in Parepare City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of self-reward and self-healing on the consumption behavior of career women in Parepare City with religiosity as a moderating variable. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling of 100 career women aged 18–50 years in Parepare City. The research instrument was a Likert questionnaire, while data analysis was performed using SmartPLS through validity and reliability tests, T-tests, determination coefficients, and path analysis. The results showed that self-reward and self-healing had a significant positive effect on consumption behavior. Religiosity also had a significant effect and was proven to moderate the influence of these two psychological factors. These findings contribute to consumer behavior science and provide practical benefits for career women in managing balanced consumption.
