Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement and commitment to the performance of generation y employees at BRI Bank in Wonosobo Regency. The population in this study were employees of Bank BRI Wonosobo which were categorized as Generation Y (ages 18-38 years). The method applied in this study is a quantitative method. Based on the results of the test and data analysis, employee engagement and employee commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide input for BRI Bank in Wonosobo Regency.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) have a very important role in an organization.Of course, by processing good human resources can drive the performance of an organization. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, a company in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of employee engagement, organizational culture conditions and performance at the company. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is descriptive and causal research. The population in this study were employees of the PT. XYZ. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple regression analysis. The findings in this study concluded that employee engagement and organizational culture had a positive and significant influence partially on performance. In addition, it can be concluded that employee engagement and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of training on employee’s competency. This study was conducted at PT. Len Industri (Persero) Bandung. The sampling was using Slovin’s techniques with error rate 5%.The dataanalysis was using Path Analysis for this research and processed by using SPSS software ver.20 for windows. Data obtained by questionnaires to 192 employee respondents of PT. Len Industri (Persero) Bandung. The result showed that training variables had a significant influence on employee’s competency with simultaneously. But in partially, there’s didn’t have a significant influence on the employee’s competency. The variables that didn’t have a significant influence were training materials and trainees.

Abstract

A company will not run without assistance from human resources (HR). Therefore, human resources within the company generally must be maintained properly. This research was conducted on the employees of PT. Bangkitgiat Usaha Mandiri part of the Palm Oil Mill (PMKS), it is known that the level of turnover intention on employees is at a very high percentage from 2017 at 11%, 2018 at 20% and JanuarySeptember 2019 at 18%. one of the factors that can influence turnover intention itself is job satisfaction and organizational commitment felt by employees. The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously affects the turnover intention of the employees of PT. Bangkitgiat Usaha Mandiri section of the Palm Oil Mill (PMKS). This research is a descriptive and causal research. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The research sample used was 115 respondents. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial hypothesis test (T test) and simultaneous (F test). The results showed that job satisfaction is high, organizational commitment is low and turnover intention is low. Tests on the coefficient of determination show that the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention of 6.8% and the remaining 93.2% are other factors not examined in this study. This study concludes that job satisfaction (X1) does not have a significant effect partially on turnover intention (Y) and organizational commitment (X2) has a significant effect partially on turnover intention (Y). In addition, job satisfaction (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) simultaneously influence (together) on turnover intention (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di STIKES Aisyiyah Bandung dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir D3 Keperawatan. Populasi dari penelitian merupakan mahasiswa tingkat akhir D3 Keperawatan dengan sampel yang berjumlah 56 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan penelitian deksriptif. Analisis data penelitian ini melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis Uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan nilai koefisien regresi linier 0,400. Sedangkah hasil nilai koefisien determinasi untuk melihat pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kesiapan kerja sebesar 27% and hasil hipotesis uji t hitung 4,446 ≥ t tabel 1,673 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. This research was conducted at STIKES Aisyiyah in Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work readiness at STIKES Aisyiyah in Bandung. The population in this study weas nursing students of STIKES Aisyiyah with a sample og 56 people. The method applied in this study is a quantitative method with the aim of descrptive research. Data analysis in this study through descriptive statistical anayisis, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determinan, hypotesis test T test. Based on the resluts of the test and data analysis, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on work readiness by 27% and hypothesis T test 4,446 ≥ T table 1,673 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
