Abstract

This research reveals interesting things from the phenomenon ofda'wah with the art of music as a means to attract mad'u, especiallyyoung people. Da'wah and the art of music both have a mutuallybeneficial relationship. Da'wah as an effort to call for goodness whilethe art of music makes beauty in calling for goodness. The QasidahModern At-Tarbiyah Putri Cilendek Cibeureum Group, KotaTasikmalaya, which was founded by Hj. Siti Habibah (Alm) as anexample in conveying da'wah messages decorated with music. The this group continues to exist due to empowerment in the economicsector for members.progress of the times is a step to innovate in the development ofda'wah and music, so that song lyrics as a means of preaching, youngpeople as targets of propaganda and even for group personnelbecome a means of propaganda in the field of economicempowerment. This research uses a qualitative approach as an effortto uncover the meaning behind its establishment and activities fromstage to stage at the Qasidah Modern At-Tarbiyah Putri CilendekCibeureum Group, Tasikmalaya City. Field observations, in-depthinterviews and documentation became the methods in this study. Theresult of this reserch reveal a deep philosophy in carrying out da'wahamidst the progress of the times, presenting modern music as themedium, then da'wah messages are mixed into song lyrics so thatIslamic values are embedded in young people and on the other hand dakwah dan musik, sehingga lirik lagu sebagai sarana dakwah, kawula muda sebagai sasaran dakwah bahkan untuk personil grup mejadi sarana dakwah di bidang pemberdayaan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai upaya mengungkap makna dibalik berdirinya serta kegiatan dari panggung ke panggung Grup Qasidah Modern At-Tarbiyah Putri Cilendek Cibeureum Kota Tasikmalaya. Observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi menjadi metode dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini terungkap suatu filosofi mendalam dalam melaksanakan dakwah ditengah kemajuan zaman, mengadirkan musik modern sebagai medianya, kemudian pesan dakwah yang diramu ke dalam lirik lagu supaya tertanam dalam diri kawula muda nilai keislaman serta disisi lain grup ini tetap eksis disebabkan oleh pemberdayaan bidang ekonomi untuk anggota. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana identitas politik-Islam terbentuk di ruang digital melalui studi etnografi terhadap akun-akun media sosial yang terkait dengan partai politik berbasis Islam, aktivis politik Islam, dan lembaga dakwah politik di Indonesia. Dengan menganalisis akun-akun dari PKS, PPP, Felix Siauw, Salim A. Fillah, dan MUI, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana platform digital menjadi alat penting dalam membangun narasi politik-Islam modern, mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai syariah dengan konteks demokrasi. Penelitian ini juga melihat bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi digital berkontribusi terhadap mobilisasi politik dan penyebaran dakwah politik di era digital.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of youth in building religious-based social awareness through effective communication. This study was conducted through community service activities carried out with the Islamic Broadcasting Communication (KPI) Student Association at the Nahdlatul Ulama Institute Tasikmalaya. The focus of the study includes the definition and concept of effective communication, the role of youth in socio-religious issues, integration of religious values in communication, communication strategies, media, and challenges faced. The methods used include group discussions, interactive counselling, and environmental and social studies. The results of the service showed that effective communication with a religious approach can increase understanding, involvement, and real action in solving social issues. Communication approaches that integrate the values of honesty, empathy and fairness strengthen messaging and create deeper emotional connections. Youth play a strategic role as a link between traditional and modern generations through the utilisation of digital media such as Instagram and TikTok, which allows for widespread and interactive dissemination of religious messages. Challenges faced, such as cultural resistance and different interpretations of religious values, can be overcome through collaboration with local communities and the involvement of community leaders as mediators.

Abstract

The global ecological crisis has required a reconstruction of higher education paradigms that extend beyond the cognitive dimension of science to incorporate ethical and spiritual values. In the context of Islamic higher education, students’ ecological literacy has not been systematically developed through an integrative curriculum approach. This study aimed to analyze and synthesize the integration of environmental theology into an integrative science curriculum to foster ecological literacy among Muslim students. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a meta-analytic method based on thematic synthesis of scientific literature published between 2016 and 2025, retrieved from the Scopus, Google Scholar, and Sinta databases. Data were collected through systematic digital documentation and analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis. The findings indicated that the principles of tawhid, khalifah, amanah, and ecological balance functioned as epistemological foundations in developing an integrative science curriculum. A transdisciplinary integration model strengthened students’ ecological knowledge, religious-ecological attitudes, and critical thinking skills, although the transformation into pro-environmental action required further pedagogical reinforcement. This study contributed to the development of a value-based science curriculum model relevant to Islamic higher education and expanded the discourse on sustainability education from a theological perspective.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the increasing complexity of contemporary educational challenges, which extend beyond academic achievement to include students’ mental well-being. Conventional education systems that tend to be rigid and cognitively oriented were considered insufficient to address holistic learning needs. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the synergy between humanistic pedagogy and a flexible curriculum in supporting mental well-being and academic achievement. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a meta-analysis method of scientific literature published between 2018 and 2025 from reputable databases. Data collection was conducted through systematic digital documentation procedures, while data analysis used thematic analysis to identify patterns and relationships among variables. The findings indicated that the integration of humanistic pedagogy and a flexible curriculum significantly contributed to improving mental well-being, which subsequently functioned as a mediating variable in enhancing academic achievement. This study provided theoretical contributions in the form of an integrative conceptual model and practical contributions as a basis for strengthening educational policies and learning practices that are more adaptive and responsive to students’ needs.
