Abstract

PT Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri is one unit of the legal metrology agency in Serang Regency that functions are to control, manage and determine the types of measuring instruments, scales and equipment (UTTP) by setting mass standards, volume standards and length standards. PT Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri is under department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Banten province, as one of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). In accepting UTTP (Measuring, Measure, Weighing, and Equipment) submissions from institutions or companies is still manual and there is no system. For this reasons, the author was designed a system to facilitate the processing of UTTP submissions received at the Technical Implementation Unit in a systemized (online) manner. The solution is using a web-based application. For this reason the author choose the title "Web-based UTTP Submission Information System at PT. Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri Serang”. In designing this system the tools used are UML (Unified modeling language) including Flowmaps, Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, File Structures, Input Output Design. The result of this study is the design of an UTTP submission information system that is used to facilitate work units in maintaining consistency and their level of performance in receiving and preparing test results reports

Abstract

Scholarships are a work program that exists in every school. The scholarship program is held to ease the burden on students in pursuing their study period, especially in terms of costs. Krakatau Polytechnic is an educational institution that already has a scholarship program for students. Therefore scholarships must be awarded to deserving and deserving recipients of them.To assist in determining students who are eligible to receive scholarships, a decision support system is needed. In the process of developing a decision support system for determining scholarship recipients at the Krakatau Polytechnic using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is those who are entitled to receive scholarships based on predetermined criteria. The research was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best achieving students who deserved to receive scholarships

Abstract

Library data processing at MTS Raudlatul 'Ulum Pabuaran Jaha is still done manually so it has drawbacks, namely archiving becomes disorganized, messy, and searching for data takes a lot of time. Therefore, it is necessary to have a web-based library information system so that the administration, management and service processes to users are better. The research method used is the waterfall method, which involves the stages of software requirements analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, and system maintenance. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The interview method is used to determine user needs, questionnaires are used to test the feasibility of usability aspects, while observation is used to test performance efficiency aspects. The result of this research is a web-based library information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server which can optimize library management, increase service efficiency, and meet the needs of library users effectively, so as to improve the learning process in schools.

Abstract

Herbana Cilegon Pharmacy is one of the places that functions as a public health service. Seen from its function, this pharmacy functions to provide medicines that the community needs to achieve good and optimal health. Herbana Pharmacy is still done manually, employees have to record drug data in a ledger, so it takes a lot of time. The data collection process at the Cilegon Herbana Pharmacy still uses manual methods and experiences many obstacles in data processing such as data collection, calculations and making drug stock reports. Because errors in drug data collection often occur, causing inconsistencies in the amount of drug stock data recorded in the drug supply book. To overcome this problem, the author designed a system that can help in collecting data easily and can simplify the drug data collection process. To build a sales system at the Cilegon Herbana Pharmacy, the author uses use cases, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, normalization and hypo, while the implementation uses PHP and MySql. The result of this research is that a web-based drug inventory information system for drug data collection is used to simplify the drug data collection process
