<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis fungsi Badan Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten Poso terhadap penyelesaian pelanggaran pemilihan kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah tahun 2020. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwa (1) Fungsi Badan Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten Poso Terhadap penanganan Pelanggaran Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Dan Wakil Kepala Daerah Tahun 2020 bahwa Bawaslu Kabupaten Poso Bersama Gakkumdu telah memproses dugaan tindak pidana dengan melibatkan unsur Gakkumdu. (2) Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi fungsi Badan Pengawas Kabupaten Poso penyelesaian pelanggaran pemilihan kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah tahun 2020, yakni faktor substansi hukum, Faktor struktur hukum dan Faktor budaya hukum. The research objective is to analyze the function of the Poso Regency Election Supervisory Body in resolving violations in the 2020 regional head and deputy regional head elections. This type of research uses empirical legal research. The results of the study are (1) The Function of the Poso Regency Election Supervisory Body Regarding Violations in the 2020 Regional Head and Deputy Regional Head Elections that the Poso Regency Bawaslu with Gakkumdu have processed alleged criminal acts involving Gakkumdu elements. (2) Factors affecting the function of the Poso Regency Supervisory Board for the settlement of violations in the 2020 regional head and deputy regional head elections, namely legal substance factors, legal structure factors and legal culture factors.]]>
