Abstract

Dempul lelet (Glochiodion rubrum BI) still quite foreign to hear, but for women, this plant is quite popular because it can be used as cosmetics. Its use as a cosmetic indicates the presence of antioxidant compounds contained in the leaves so identification is carried out. The thin layer chromatography and infrared spectrophotometry methods used showed that the presence of flavonoids in fraction A was indicated by the presence of OH groups at an absorption of 3452.58 cm-1, aliphatic C-H at an absorption of 2954.94 cm-1, C=O group at an absorption of 1811.16 cm-1 , and C=C aromatic group at an absorption of 1643.35 cm-1.

Abstract

Postpartum blues in Indonesia is ranked fourth, namely around 31 births per 1000 population. If this incident is not handled immediately, it will progress to the next stage, namely the depression stage and then the psychotic stage. Baby blues syndrome can be overcome by having open communication with your husband or family. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of husband's support and family support on the incidence of baby blues in post partum mothers. This type of research is a cross sectional research design. The location used for this research is “Seuat Jaya” Village, Serang - Banten from December 2023 to January 2024. The sample used in this research used total sampling with a minimum sample of 30 people. The dependent variable in this research is the incidence of baby blues syndrome and the independent variables are husband's support and family support. The bivariate analysis used in this research was the chi square test. The results of the chi square analysis show a p value of 0.004, so there is a significant influence between good husband support and the incidence of baby blues syndrome. The p value is 0.006, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between good family support and the incidence of baby blues syndrome

Abstract

Efforts to accelerate the reduction of MMR are carried out by ensuring that every mother can access quality maternal health services, especially completing pregnancy checks (antenatal care/ ANC) from health workers. However, ANC coverage in several health centers is still not complete according to the target in each trimester. Various factors can influence the completeness of pregnant women in ANC. The aim of this research is to conduct an analysis of the relationship between education, working status and husband's support on the regularity of ANC visits for pregnant women in the third trimester. The design of this research is cross sectional. The location of this research was UPTD Kemayoran Community Health Center in December 2023. The sample used in this research was 30 pregnant women in the third trimester using accidental sampling. The independent variables are education, working status and husband's support. The dependent variable is the completeness of pregnancy checks/antenatal care (ANC). The bivariate analysis used in this research was the chi square test. Based on the results of the analysis, it is indicated that there is a relationship between education, working status, and husband's support on the regularity of ANC visits. The higher the mother's education, the more routine and complete her ANC visits are (p value 0.045). Mothers who do not work tend to make regular and complete ANC visits to check their pregnancy (p value 0.015). And mothers who receive support from their husbands tend to make regular and complete ANC visits to check their pregnancy (p value 0.001)

Abstract

Toddlers are children who are vulnerable to infection, because their immune system is not yet optimal and strong. Toddlers' immune systems must be well maintained to support their growth and development processes. The role of parents is very important in providing balanced nutrition, such as providing additional food (PMT) for children as a way to improve their immune system. Providing supplementary food (PMT) to children under five is carried out as a supplementation strategy in overcoming nutritional problems so that malnutrition cases can be reduced. Nutritional problems in children under five can affect children's cognitive abilities and intelligence, and also cause low child productivity. Supplementary feeding (PMT) is an intervention program for toddlers suffering from malnutrition which aims to improve the nutritional status of children and to overcome nutritional deficiencies that occur in the toddler age group
