Abstract

Tuha Peut in Gampong Juli Meunasah Tambo was still not optimal in carrying out his functions during the discussion of the Gampong Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This is due to a lack of understanding of the main tasks and functions of tuha peut during the discussion, so they only supervise and give approval to the RAPBG, such as the discussion of Gampong Qanun Number 2 of 2021 concerning the Gampong Juli Meunasah Tambo Expenditure Budget for the 2021 fiscal year. empirical juridical research. The results of the study show that the function of Tuha Peut has not been implemented effectively. During the discussion of the gampong income and expenditure budget, Tuha Peut gampong tends to assume that this function has been carried out only with the representative of the Tuha Peut chairman. Abstract

The Citizenship Status of the elected Regent in Sabu Raijua attracts the attention of various parties about Orient who is known to have an American Passport, but he is also registered as an Indonesian Citizen and has original Population Documents such as e-KTP, while if an Indonesian citizen has dual citizenship, his status as an Indonesian citizen will be canceled. This article is reviewed using the Normative Juridical research method. Based on the results of the study, it explains that the dual citizenship provisions for nominating regional officials that apply in Indonesia are that they must be Indonesian citizens other than that in Law Number 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship which provides a time limit for having dual citizenship with an age limit of 18 years. The reason the elected regent Orient Riwu Kore was canceled by the Constitutional Court Decision was because it was known that Orient's brother had an active United States Passport and this was contrary to Law Number 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the integration of religious values, Aceh culture, and global issues, which form the Sexual Violence Crime Law (UU-TPKS). This article is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach where the primary data were obtained through interview and group discussion. The study used relevant sources from books, journals, and articles related to the chosen theme as the secondary data. This study shows that integration of religious values into the Sexual Violence Crime Law (UU-TPKS) is necessary because Indonesian law must be based on the Pancasila philosophy as a result of the translation into Islamic values. It further shows that religious, cultural, and global values embodied in that law are the values of tauhid, justice, freedom, kindness, cooperation, equality, and tolerance. The state must measurably implement all values and derive them into laws and regulations. The study also reveals that such an integration reflects the integration of religious principle and values and local wisdom described in various meanings and symbols.
