This study discusses the measurement of partial discharge in air insulation. Partial Discharge measurement is very important to know the condition of electrical equipment. Partial discharge causes are not only old equipment, but also from set-up errors and insulation problems. In this research, partial discharge measurement is using non-electric method. The non-electric method uses a loop antenna sensor that detects electromagnetic waves generated by partial discharge. Modeling the occurrence of partial discharge with a needle-plate electrode at a distance of 1 cm with air insulation. Partial discharge measurement parameters include Background Noise (BGN) measurements, Partial Discharge Inception Voltage (PDIV) and Partial Discharge Waveforms. The different parameters of each discharge were analyzed based on the given voltage level. The resulting data is a discharge wave obtained from an oscilloscope. The resulting data is processed using origin software so that it can determine the characteristics of the amplitude, duration of rise time and fall time of the discharge that occurs. From the results, it is known that the amplitude and duration of the rise time and fall time is greater at discharge with a higher voltage. The discharge characteristics depend on the applied voltage.

The Bidik Misi Scholarship Program is a form of educational assistance provided to outstanding students from economically disadvantaged families. This program aims to expand access to higher education, reduce the gap in learning opportunities, and support the improvement of human resource quality. In practice, the selection process for scholarship recipients is still often carried out manually based on assessments of various administrative, social, and economic criteria. This process has the potential to create subjectivity, requires a relatively long time, and increases the possibility of errors in decision-making. Therefore, a prediction system is needed that can assist the selection process more objectively, quickly, and accurately. This study developed a prediction model for Bidik Misi Scholarship recipients using the Backpropagation algorithm optimized through the Grid Search method to obtain the best hyperparameter combination. The data used were new student registration biodata covering various social, economic, and academic indicators. The model was built using an Artificial Neural Network by comparing the performance of the Grid Search optimization model and the standard Backpropagation model. The results showed that the optimized model using Grid Search achieved an accuracy rate of 88.46%. In comparison, the standard Backpropagation model with the Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) solver produced a higher accuracy of 96.15%. These findings demonstrate that selecting the right hyperparameters significantly impacts model performance and indicate that the standard Backpropagation model is more appropriate for the characteristics of the data used. The resulting system is expected to support the scholarship recipient selection process more efficiently, objectively, consistently, and transparently.

Population administration at the Tanah Merah Village Office, Pasir Penyu District, previously relied on conventional records that created duplicate data, inconsistent information, slow retrieval, and delayed report preparation. This study designed and implemented a web-based population data processing information system using observation, interviews, literature review, and the waterfall development model. Requirements were translated into use-case, activity, and class diagrams and a MySQL database. The implemented PHP-based system provides administrator authentication, user management, population and destination records, move-out requests, online birth-certificate registration, death-certificate registration, monitoring, document-completeness checks, and service outputs. Black-box testing covered seven navigation and data-management scenarios. All seven scenarios produced the expected results, yielding a 100% pass rate within the documented test scope. The system centralizes village records, reduces dependence on physical archives, and supports faster retrieval and reporting. Further work should evaluate usability, security, data validation, interoperability with higher-level civil-registration services, and operational performance after deployment.

Ufaira Printing in Sigambal, Labuhanbatu previously relied on manual records to manage stationery products, inventory information, customers, and sales related administration. This practice created inconsistent stock information, risk of lost records, delayed reporting, and operational decisions based on estimates rather than verified data. This study aimed to design, implement, and functionally test a PHP based stationery sales information system supported by a MySQL database. Development followed the waterfall model through requirements analysis, system and software design, coding, testing, and maintenance planning. Requirements were obtained through observation, literature study, and examination of the store's product and sales activities. The design was documented using a registration flowchart, context diagram, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, database tables, and interface plans. The implemented application provides customer registration, role based authentication, product and category administration, shipping expedition data, product catalog pages, and category specific displays for stationery, ink, office automation equipment, files, and furniture. Black box testing covered registration, login, logout, and product management access. All eight nonduplicative cases reported in the thesis produced the expected responses. The findings indicate that the system can organize product information and support more consistent catalog administration. However, the current evidence does not establish complete transaction processing, automatic inventory reconciliation, payment handling, security robustness, usability across users, or long term operational impact. Future work should complete these functions and evaluate data accuracy, task completion, and user experience after deployment.

Raskin and social assistance data processing in Kutambaru Village, Munte District, Karo Regency, had relied on manual records that were vulnerable to human error, inconsistent entries, fragmented information, and slow report retrieval. This study aimed to design, implement, and functionally validate an information system developed in PHP that integrates population, household condition, demographic, and assistance data within an administrative environment. The system was developed using the waterfall model through requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment preparation, and maintenance planning. Requirements were obtained through observation, document examination, and discussion with a prospective village office user, then translated into flowcharts, data flow and context diagrams, relational database structures, and interface modules. The resulting application provides administrator authentication; population, housing, and hamlet data entry; public program information and beneficiary searches; demographic summaries; an administrative dashboard; population and assistance classification; and printable reports. Functional validation was conducted directly with one prospective end user from the Kutambaru Village Office. Within this limited validation scope, the user confirmed that the documented functions operated in accordance with operational needs. The findings indicate that the application can centralize dispersed records, support more consistent data retrieval, and improve the organization of assistance administration. Nevertheless, the study does not establish targeting accuracy, usability across users, security robustness, or long term administrative impact. Future development should therefore formalize eligibility criteria, implement access controls and audit trails, expand structured testing scenarios, and evaluate processing time, data quality, user satisfaction, and beneficiary targeting outcomes after deployment.
