Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the leadership role of religious leaders in improving the religious attitude of the community in Sangowo Village, East Morotai District. The research was conducted from February to April 2022. The research was conducted in Sangowo Village, East Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is the leadership role of religious leaders in increasing the attitude of diversity in society. Data was collected through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of religious leaders aims to increase community diversity which is still lacking because from the author's observation that in general in Sangowo Village, East Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency there are still many people who preoccupy themselves with working only in world affairs so they forget about religious affairs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more deeply how the effectiveness of Minimum Service Standards at the Regional Education Office of North Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted from March to August 2022. The selection of respondents was done intentionally. This research uses descriptive qualitative research design. Research informants used purposive sampling technique. The research focuses on the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, achievement of program objectives, and program monitoring. Data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Minimum Service Standards program has not run effectively and optimally. This is because this program does not run to the entire community and the process for verification with data control is not strict so that people still do not choose education facilitation from the government. In addition, the socialization process by the Regional Education Office of North Sulawesi Province did not reach the community, only to school administrators in the regions. The lack of control and supervision to influence the level of achievement of the fulfillment of students in each school in the region. There is no direct assistance from the field responsible for continuing to schools, especially those that are still included in remote areas so that this program does not show satisfactory results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in the development and development of Pulisan Beach tourism in Pulisan Village, East Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from November to December 2021. This type of research used a descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the development of the Pulisan Beach tourism object in Pulisan Village had involved many parties such as the village government, community leaders, and the entire community. Participation in the implementation of activities in this research is a continuation of the decision-making that has been mutually agreed upon during the deliberation in its implementation which is planned by the government to influence the success of a tourism development process. Furthermore, the Pulisan Village government in an evaluation meeting related to the implementation of the program as a whole has never been carried out with the community in Pulisan Village in the development of Pulisan Beach tourism. Participation in the utilization of the results found that there was data showing an increase in the number of tourists visiting Pulisan beach tourism objects in 2018 to 2019 after tourism development carried out by the government and the community.
