Abstract

Osteoatritis merupakan penyakit sendi degeneratif yang ditandai dengan kerusakan tulang rawan hyalin sendi, meningkatnya ketebalan serta sklerosis dari lempeng tulang, dan pertumbuhan osteofit pada lapisan sendi. Di Indonesia Prevalensi osteoartritis di Indonesia mencapai 5% pada usia di bawah 40 tahun, dan 30% pada usia 40-60 tahun, dan 65% pada usia lebih dari 60 tahun. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, dan indeks massa tubuh terhadap tingkat keparahan osteoartritis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Patut Patuh Patju Gerung Lombok Barat Periode 2021.Penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Cross-Sectional dengan menggunakan 124 data rekam medis pasien Osteoartritis yang terdiri dari 47 pasien laki-laki dan 77 pasien perempuan. Tingkat keparahan osteoartritis dinilai menggunakan sistem penilaian Kellgren-Lawrence. Analisa statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi-Squere.Penelitian ini memperoleh 124 sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa variable yang terkait dengan derajat Kellgren-Lawrence adalah Usia (0,001), Jenis Kelamin (0,000), dan Indek Massa Tubuh (0,002). Terdapat Hubungan antara Usia, Jenis Kelamin, dan Indeks Massa Tubuh Terhadap Tingkat Keparahan Osteoartritis

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) or musculoskeletal disorders are disorders characterized by injuries to muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, cartilage, bones, or blood vessels in the hands, feet, neck, and back. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that the prevalence of MSDs is nearly 60% of all occupational diseases. Most musculoskeletal disorders develop over time. Weaving work is work done by sitting continuously. The study aimed to determine the relationship between a work period and work duration with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among weaving craftsmen in the tourism area of ​​Dusun Sade, Lombok Tengah. Observational analytic quantitative research with cross-sectional research design. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The research was conducted in Sade Hamlet, Lombok Tengah. The research sample is 76 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi-square test. Respondents who had worked > 5 years (long) totaled 74 people (93,4%) who suffered from MSD complaints and the results of the analysis using Chi-square obtained a p-value of 0.00 (p-value <0.05). Respondents who had working duration > 8 hours/day (long) who suffered from MSDs were 68 people (88,2%), the results of the analysis using Chi-square obtained a p-value of 0.00 (p-value <0.05). There is a significant relationship between work duration and MSD complaints and there is a significant relationship between work duration and MSD complaints among weaving craftsmen in Sade Hamlet, Central Lombok Tengah

Abstract

Hallux valgus (HV) or what is known as a bunion or stiff big toe is a deformity of the first toe or big toe. This condition occurs when the first metatarsal deviates medially and the big toe deviates laterally with rotation, this condition is accompanied by or without medial widening of the soft tissue in the distal metatarsal. The causes of Hallux Valgus are multifactorial. but one of the causes of Hallux Valgus is the use of high heels and long standing. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the use of high heels and standing time on the Hallux Valgus event in employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Sumbawa Regency. Type of this research is cross-sectional research is a type of research that emphasizes the time of measurement or observation of independent and dependent variable data, where variable measurements are carried out using a ruler and the Manchester scale. Test results of a total of 30 respondents, 17 respondents (56.7%) had hallux valgus and 13 respondents (43.3%) did not experience hallux valgus. Respondents with high heels ≥ 3 cm were 23 people (76.7%) and respondents with non high heels < 3 cm were 7 people (23.3%) then respondents with long standing ≥4 hours were 14 people (46.7 %) and respondents with a long standing <4 hours were 16 people (53.3%). There is a significant relationship between the height of the heel of the shoe and the incidence of Hallux Valgus and there is no significant relationship between the length of standing and the incidence of Hallux Valgus in employees of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency, Sumbawa Regency
